Seoul Kitchen is one of my favorite places to frequent. The food is so good... Korean fusion! Being a foodie I look for great quality and interesting options. SK never disappoints! The service is very good, especially if Polly is waiting your table. Have not had a bad meal here. I have traveled into westford about three time his year and every time we come here there is something on the menu that I decide to try. For appetizers we normally order one to three different items. Today we ordered the dumplings, edamame , and the spicy jalapeño appetizers. All the plates were cleared. For dinner choice I chose the spicy tuna salad and it was spicy and fantastic. It was just the right size for me and isn't too heavy. The beer menu has been great too. I have had a multitude of different light beers ranging from Sapporo, German Pilsner , Hefeweisssbier, white Ale, and their Lagers. I would recommend to anyone. The price although is high. The quality is there so it is worth it. read more

Horrible service, Served water without even asking what drinks we want! took 12 minutes to get water though the restaurant was almost empty. Bulgogi beef was served cold like cucumber, kids noodles was full of oil. The only saving grace was spicy rainbow sushi. Wanted to try fried icecream but they never came back to ask for deserts. Ordering online is fine-if you don't want any special changes due to allergy etc. for take out, but order by phone and it's crazy terrible. Put on hold, sure, but one can barely hear the person taking the order once they get on the line to talk. The person taking the order doesn't know the menu and neither does a "manager" when I tried to order an item that is on a printed menu AND their website (I was looking right at it while talking) and told it is not on the menu. Person taking order can't distinguish key words like "roll" for sushi. There is a specific seafood stew that doesn't list tofu as being in it at all, so expect big hunks of it in place of seafood (hint, tofu doesn't come from the sea), also says crab but is imitation crab too (not noted). Used to be really good food at a fair price (I know inflation...) and okay pickup experience. Now it is okay food, at higher prices, with lousy pickup experience. Maybe I will wait a year and order again but it's been consistently bad the last few months (as of posting). Oddly enough seems to have gotten worse because it is more popular-haven't handled the growth well at all. read more

Seoul Kitchen was my first experience at a Korean Restaurant. My family and I had wanted to go to one for a long time and it lived up to all of my expectations. The atmosphere and decor were modern and clean, yet still welcoming. The wait staff was friendly and attentive and the food was excellent. The second time we went, we brought our own Korean chop sticks and the staff joked with us and we had a great time. By the time we left it felt like we had found a place where our family could enjoy food and feel like we were at home. Now on to the food. Both times my family and I started with the Seafood Panjeon, it was golden crisp, warm, and delicious. I am not a fan of the octopus but the rest of it I enjoy. The Kimchi and sprout banchan were cold (which was a great compliment to the hot stews) and crisp. When we finished them the wait staff was always there to refill. I can't remember what my family members ordered for both visits but every time we went they exclaimed about how good it was. I ordered the Kimchi Stew both times and loved it. It was spicy, hot, and filling. Per the wait staff, it is not good as leftovers due to the rice cakes so be prepared to eat it in full and eat appetizers and banchan sparingly. It's worth it. Soju is a great compliment to the Kimchi Stew too. I can only go to Seoul Kitchen when I fly home because its over 12 hours away from where I live but this has become a must stop when I fly North. Since I can't get there often though I have purchased my own stone pot and tried to make my own Kimchi Stew. Haven't found a recipe that touches the Kimchi Stew I can get at Seoul Kitchen. I hope to be able to return often. read more

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants and I've recommended it to many people. The last three visits have not been good experiences. The service was ridiculously slow for the last two visits and at one of those, our server was having some kind of meltdown. We waited so long for service that time that my husband went to the front desk to try to get some help. They did nothing. We tried again a few months later and service was too slow again although the server was better than the previous visit. Last night I made a reservation for 6:00 but when we got there we were told there was no reservation, then that I had actually made the reservation for 5:00 which I definitely had not done. No apology offered and of course the place was packed so there was no available seating for us. To make it worse, the very rude young man at the front desk who insisted that I had made a mistake, not them, kept rubbing his nose and then touching his computer, desk, menus etc. That was strike three for me. There are several Asian restaurants within a few miles of Seoul Kitchen that are very good. I'll go to one of those from now on. read more

Went to the resturant this past week with a 6:00 reservation. We got there on time only to be told our reservation was for 5:00. Seriously, I heard my wife's call to reserve and she specifically said 6:00. The hosts were clueless as to what to do a and could'n't tell us how long of a wait we would have. Most frustration was that they in way cared about our displeasure, didn't apologize and just had dumb looks on their faces. They were in no way trying to resolve the issue, so we left. We had had other experiences at this resturant, some good and some bad, so what you get is spotty at best. Too bad, this could be a 4 star resturant, not a 3 star resturant. I don't think I will be back there anytime soon. read more

I checked back nope it wasn't ready. The way she responded to me was so rude. We go out to eat every Friday night with our friend Bob. I would guess that 3 out of 5 times, we end up at Seoul Kitchen. We love this place! They make an incredible Mai Tai, their dumplings are to die for, their Bibim bop and anything with the spicy chili butter is amazing! (I could drink that stuff!) They have live entertainment on Fridays which is fun. Staff are funny, friendly and efficient. read more

Wow. I have been dying to go here for months and it did not disappoint. The Steak and Cheese eggroll was amazing; unusual and delicious. Fabulous dumplings. I had the STONE POT BIBIM BAP; complex flavors, perfectly spiced and super filling. I had every intention of taking half of it home.....alas...I didn't leave enough. We didn't have a reservation on a Saturday evening; we were greeted warmly and accepted with no reservation; seated immediately even though they were really crowded. Lots of patrons and hustle and bustle which I like to see. The bar was also full. The service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and helped each other. There was a big party so our main course was a little later than it probably would have been but it wasn't a terribly long wait and our waiter kept our appetizers and beverages coming. Solid place for Asian fusion lunch. The service is attentive and the bim bap comes out scorching hot, as it should. I've been here a few times for lunch and have tried the buffet, which has plenty of options, and the poke bowl (which I got most recently). This is an unusual 5 Star review. My family and I have been to Seoul Kitchen many times. It is one of the better restaurants in the area. They don't have table BBQs, but their sister restaurant Sapporo in Westboro has them. We have been there too and they are worth a try. Parking is easy, food is good and pricing is OK. A bit high, but the quality of the food justifies the prices. Here is why this review is a bit odd. We went tonight and were sat within a few minutes of arriving. We waited at our table for 20 minutes and nobody came by to say hi, give us water or take drink orders. We got up and left. The manger caught us at the door though. He apologized and asked us if we would give him a second chance. We did and he brought a waiter over and the rest of the meal went really well. The manager saying he was sorry and getting us a server is why they got 5 stars. This should be expected, but most managers would not have noticed we were leaving and would have blamed us instead of listening to why we were upset with the wait. read more

A few of my friends took me here for a belated birthday dinner on a Sunday night. The place was pretty quiet and we were seated right away. Causal setting. Service: Definitely the best restaurant service I have ever received. Many people expect excellent service but do not always receive it but I must say this place definitely went above and beyond. Our server checked on us often, made suggestions about the food which I love when they know what they're talking about and was always polite and friendly and never seemed annoyed. Food review: Apps: Duk bokki - contained rice cake, fish cake with their chili sauce; savory and flavorful, hot and spicy. Not the typical bland and spicy that I've had before. Scallion pancakes - we got the one with kimchi, perfect amount of crisp, a little salty but not surprised since many fried foods are Entrees: Bibimbap - came out in a steaming stone pot, contained beef, mixed veggies and rice. The flavor was just right with just the right amount of spices added to not be overpowering Summary: Overall highly recommend especially for those in the central mass area. I don't think you'd be able to find a better Asian fusion; Korean and Japanese sushi restaurant around the area. Always a good option. The Asian fusion is on point. Avocado ball and bulgogi tacos are superb. The bar is nice and staff is friendly. The sushi rolls are good too. This is a staple takeout spot at my house. The draft beer selection is strong and there are a lot of sake options. The jap Che is a good noodle dish. The waiters/waitresses kinda rushed us to our table and gave us our menus and left quickly. She didn't really explain anything. I usually would either come alone, because I miss eating korean food and since the resturant is very close to my house. The servers are great, but the hostess at the front ruins your mood and the experience. I almost always get the same thing: the kimchi pajun and any of the soup based entrees. Some other ones I feel is a hit or miss, but still pretty decent. I wish they expanded their menus sometime. When ordering the food and you can't flag down your waitress or waiter, don't even bother to ask the hostess if you were waiting several minutes with no success. Would be 5 stars if not for the cost. Great food but very high prices. I've been a few times and love the food but would go way more often if they didn't keep raising prices. We used to get the Korean Tacos for like $14 for 3 tacos. Now it's $19. That's over $6 for 1 taco. Little too pricey for that in my opinion. Great food though so don't hesitate to go once in a while. read more

This was a disappointing visit to a highly rated place. We had reservations. It was valentines. We waited 20 mins for our drinks, more than 45 for 3 sushi roll apps Place was prob 2/3 full, owner said was short staffed. Took over 1 hour to get our entre order in. Not served...just ordered. I actually asked if our server quit mid meal since I had not seen her for more than 30 minutes. We had to go to hostess station to ask about food and drinks. Owner comes over to tell us everything else will be perfect. At that point we've waited more than 15 mins for our second round drink order. So, it was awkward having to ask where our drinks were after that reassurance. Food was very good, but as an experience it was NOT worth a return trip. If you have a special night and you like their food , get take out. Happy damn valentines. read more

I was SO excited to try this place! We got the scorpion bowl for 2 as our drink and it came on fire which was cool. I will say I didn't feel much after but it was good. We also got the kimchi fries which were good but kinda wish we tried the avocado ball instead. I know I'm going to spell these wrong but I got the Bibimbap and the hunnys got the beef Bulgogi. Both were delicious and our waitress was very helpful with helping how to eat them properly! Everything was so delicious! I'm not going to lie when we got home both our stomachs were feeling some type of way but I'm thinking it was the first time experience with Korean food and I still think it was delicious! read more

The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is really nice. Wait staff was very accommodating. The chicken wings were very crispy and flavorful, definitely the highlight of our visit. The kimchi stew was pretty good. The Kalbi was a bit disappointing, kind of dry and not as flavorful. We have had better else where and for the price of $24, I'd pass. I don't understand the hype about the avocado ball. Quite bland and definitely over $$'d. One of our measures is a place's Crab Rangoon... The restaurant has a wonderful ambience and the waitstaff was very nice. We had Scallion pajeon and Kangs chicken. The pajeon was a good veggie to batter ratio and the flavor was very authentic. Kangs chicken was nicely fried and although a bit sweet in flavor still reminded me of home. As someone who was raised with Korean food and makes it myself I would recommend this restaurant and definitely plan on coming back. read more
