It is a fusion Asian place. So not just Seoul. Prices are reasonable, however nothing was spicy. We asked them to make everything spice and it was all regular. Side dishes were fresh! Portions are great, are server was amazing as well!! There's soft music playing in the background, bathrooms are clean.

Wow, we had an amazing time here! Seoul Kitchen is truly a diamond in the rough. We came here with a friend visiting and back in town along with our daughter. We had asked for a kids menu and high chair, not expecting much past those requests for staff tending to our child during dinner. We were wrong, the staff were incredible. Not only did they have the usual crayons and colorable menus for kids but the kids drinks had crazy straws, the staff checked in with our kiddo, picked up and replaced dropped utensils a smile. The kid food options were on point! We were pleasantly surprised and made a mental note to return for this reason alone. It's rare to come to a restaurant and have both the adults and children satisfied! We started off dinner with Kang's fried cauliflowers and then ordered the Jap Chae with seared salmon and the Spicy Bulgogi with veggies as our main entrees. I had no notes, every entree was delicious and the portions were huge. When I saw the prices at first, I did think they were on the pricier side, but then after seeing the portions I questioned nothing. Lastly, the Spotify playlist here is gucci and should be a crime to not share with customers haha I loved it and I didn't even order a drink! Great vibes, food, service overall- we can't wait to come back!!

Honestly the taste is not the best so 2 stars, ordered the stone pot bibimbap and kimchi stew which are classic korean foods which you can find at any korean restaurant. Hard to go wrong but the kimchi stew was very salty/flavored wrong and honestly did not taste like any other kimchi jigae I've ever had. The dolsot/hotstone bibimbap was good but it's hard to mess up because it's just vegetables, meat, and rice however, the rice was super low and it honestly was a small portion. Service was mid as we never even got a water refill during the time we were there. So two stars, however the owner of the place was super kind and comped the bibimbap and gave us one to go +1 star. We appreciated that he was very understanding. To be honest, service doesn't matter much to me but the food and taste are more important. Specifically, the kimchi, cucumber salad side dishes, and kimchi stew all tasted really westernized/not seasoned correctly compared to all the korean eats I get from other restaurants when I'm at the DMV for school so might be because of different audience and the area is more predominantly white. Would love to come back and try the sushi and rereview tho!

Despite living five minutes away we have never been here before and what a mistake that was!!! What were we waiting for? One of our goals for 2025 is to try at least 1 new (to us) restaurant each month. May's choice was Seoul Kitchen. Some of our choices so far have been one and done places-but not here. We will be back for sure. Prior to pandemic closures in 2020 we used to go to a lovely restaurant in Woburn center for Bi Bim Bap in the stone pot. We did not think we had a place near us to get this dish. But then we find that we can get it here. It's been a long time since having this dish! We went on Tuesday evening. It was too crowded and we were seated promptly. After being seated, our server-Matt- greeted us and answered questions about the menu. He was very knowledgeable about the food ingredients and was very kind! After taking our order, he brought us some house made pickles and kimchi. Both were delicious. We order the bibimbap and kimchi fried rice with no pork. Both were freshly made and arrived steaming. The bibimbap is served in a hot stone pot and the rice was sizzling. The kimchi fried rice was loaded with kimchi. At some other restaurants we have been to, the kimchi fried rice does not have much kimchi. Not here-almost every bite had kimchi. Portions are ample-we took home enough kimchi rice for another meal. The dining room is clean and comfortable. There is a small outdoor seating an area with a few tables. Even though it is located on a main road, the restaurant is back in the parking lot so we would have no qualms about sitting outside. Unfortunately we ate too much and couldn't fit dessert in. But the dessert menu looked great with a few choices. Next time!

The restaurant was big with a bar area seating. The staff was friendly and quickly sat us and brought us water. The jap Chae was so flavorful and the glass noodle had a great chewy texture. The taco came in chicken, beef, pork all inspired with korean marinades. The sauce, the fresh Veggie, tasty meat, and the soft shell taco all meshed will together creating a very delicious plate. My favorite dish would be the shrimp. The fresh shrimp was perfectly fried and then covered in a flavorful sweet and spicy sauce. I also enjoyed the chicken wings and the kimchi bulgogi fries. You must end your meal with the yuzu cheese cake. It was perfectly sweet and the sour from the yuzu really adds to the deliciousness.

The food and drinks are excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Enjoyed the "bees knees" drink and korean tacos. I have eaten here before and in Leominster. The food is so fine. Ambiance is lovely and clean.

Knocked off two stars because their beef bulgogi was probably the worse I've ever had. I swear it wasn't rib eye since it was so dry and didn't taste an ounce of fat. Only ordered their Korean offerings. The Pajeon was average and seafood stew was good. Seafood definitely was fresh though no real spice level. Ambiance was good and probably what one is really paying for. I assume the fusion stuff is probably pretty good and do want to try the sushi next tome

I had been meaning to dine here I don't know how long- Years! Tonight we were a party of 7. It was very easy to make a reservation. I phoned, but I believe it can be done online. Needing to unwind I met a friend at the bar before our reservation. It's busy to say the least . I ordered a " tall" Mai tai. My friend ordered a fancy- schmancy martini. Not being a basic Chinese restaurant I had thoughts that it might not be too great, but I was so wrong! Let me add that it was one of the best Mai tais I've ever had! 0ur table was ready at 6 and our server was excellent. We ordered a round of drinks and appetizers. I have a serious allergy to seafood and unfortunately wasn't able to sample the house made kimchee.. but it looked wonderful. It's always fun to dine with a group with everyone ordering something different. The only issue I had was that it would have been great to all be served at the same time. Our server kept apologizing that they were slammed busy and there were people out. So we were patient and all went well. We had the pleasure of listening to an ensemble play some wonderful sounds while we dined... Loved the sax! It's on the pricey side, but well worth it. WE will definitely return soon read more

In theory, they should get 5 stars, but its not just food that i base my rating on. I was there this week as I heard about them and wanted to try them. I watched the owner or manager, berate several employees publicly on the floor to the extent that one of them appeared to start filling up.. The food may be great, but do you really want to give your hard earned money to a restaurant that can't even treat their employees with respect.. If you want good food and want to support a local place, here is not the place. Try seoul soulongtang on comm ave in allston which is only about 45 minutes a way and is 5 star all around. read more

This place is just OK. Our waiter was great and all, but if you're going for Korean food, this really isn't the place to be. Korean food does a lot of stuff, it's not necessarily spicy, but it can be for sure. However every authentic place I've been to, spicy or not, the flavors smack you in the face. You might not like 'em, but by God you're gonna know they're there. The flavors just weren't there through almost any of these dishes. We started with the KFC and Mapo dumplings. The KFC was really, really good. The Mapo dumplings were incredibly bland. I've had Mapo tofu before, and it's got really pronounced flavors, as well as being face meltingly spicy. This didn't have any of that, I wouldn't recommend getting it. As an aside, when it comes to spice, I have a few rules. If an Italian tells me it's spicy, I'll laugh and tell 'em to bring it on. If a Korean tells me something is spicy, I proceed with extreme caution. The Mapo dumplings we ordered were marked as spicy, so I was expecting some heat. There wasn't any. It came in a really fuckin' hot dish, but that's it. At this point, I'm like, "Oh shit, I better ask them to go hotter on my entree." I got the Korean tacos, cuz they were marked spicy and I thought it'd be fun. I asked our waiter if they could make my tacos MUCH spicier, and she said she'd try. She came back and said they'd give me some fresh cut jalapeños to amp it up. I thought that was pretty reasonable, but those jalapeños didn't save my tacos. They relied far too heavily on the slaw and whatever sauce they put on those things, and not enough on the flavor of the dish. It wasn't terrible, but I'd never order that again. My son got yakisoba, which was the best (and cheapest) thing we ordered. It was pretty straightforward. My wife got the tiger shrimp dish, which was OK. It didn't taste like much, and despite how angry it looked, lacked any real semblance of spice. Once we'd finished our entrees, our waiter came back and said, "You know what, I forgot to bring the side dishes." Normally at Korean places, you get various side dishes of kimchi, pickled radish, etc. Honestly I don't mind that she forgot, since I did try them, and they weren't terrible, but not a standout either. This whole restaurant experience was the epitome of," Just OK." I have no idea what the sushi is like, we came for the Korean flavors, and we didn't get it, which is sad to me. It's less Seoul, and more Seoul™. If you can't handle heat or flavor, but wanna know what Korean food kinda tastes like, come here. I'm sure whoever cooks in the back of the house probably already knows everything I said is true, but they've got to run a restaurant in Westford, MA. read more

This place is amazing! Everything is fresh (they make their own spicy cucumbers and dumplings.) my favorites are the maypo dumplings (they bring it out in a cast iron pot with the broth still boiling) I highly recommend you ask them to add a side of rice to soak up all that delicious broth! (one of the waiters gave me the idea - that's how he eats it. - and if the staff is eating there you know it must be good!) I also like the Korean tacos and the Kang's cauliflower. I "drag" new people there as often as I can. the service is also fast and friendly, and the place is clean and well managed. read more

I went out to eat with a few of my friends last night and we got there right before the rush mind you it's a Wednesday night and I know from working in the food industrie myself that Wednesdays aren't particularly popping and it wasn't popping at least not enough to be ignored the whole time and have to ask other employees around us anytime we wanted food or drinks because our waiter was completely nonexistent and in fact when he did come up to us when we had a question, he he would say things like "oh, they didn't roll up to give you this" or "oh, you didn't get that my b." This is extremely unprofessional I'm not your boy. I'm there to have a good meal with my friends and quite frankly we probably would've spent more money because the food was amazing but he didn't even ask if we wanted a refill and then we had to stand at the hostels stand for at least 30 minutes staring awkwardly at them because non of them could give us are check, telling us that they could not split our check and in fact, we had to settle with him just putting random stuff on each of the check. we talking to the manager. as well and the best she could offer was oh I'll take your cards and just split it all evenly, even though I said I wanted to pay for mine alone.. and they all wanted to pay for theirs separately. we had said at least 3 to 5 times that we wanted to split the check and they just couldn't grasp the concept. They didn't offer any type of apology. In fact they made it seem like it was our fault for wanting to be served properly and wanting to split a check ... read more

I would not characterize Seoul Kitchen as Korean BBQ, but the food is excellent and the service is always great. They have a limited selection of Korean BBQ, so maybe not the place if that is what you are after. Huge sushi selection with many creative dishes. Great bartenders and the wait staff is always good for a recommendation. read more

This is one of our favorite restaurants in the Westford Massachusetts area. The service is always excellent, the food is also fantastic, the kimchi and pickles that you get ahead of time are delicious and they have fantastic live music one night (Thurs or Fri) That sounds like about eight musicians - provided only by three guys!! I always want to try something new but the Bim Bop bowls are fantastic and that's what I always get. The wines are also excellent; I tried once here and ended up getting a case and a half for a birthday party: Joël Gott Cabernet Sauvignon. read more

Searching for a Korean restaurant with an authentic menu, including those wonderful small dishes of tasty morsels accompanying soups and stews (kimchee, cucumbers, sprouts). Found it! Large place with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating, live music - but we came for the food and it did not disappoint! This is an excellent restaurant for families because it has something for everyone. The highlights at this restaurant is the sushi, Hwe Dup Bap, Yook Gae Jang, S'more's, and the Molten Lava Cake. My constructive criticism is the kids' Chicken and Noodles. I have asked for less salt each time and it still comes out like a salt bomb and inedible. It's really too bad because it could be tasty with very little salt. Also, the kimchi stew has great flavor but they use old meat and it leaves a nasty stench. Using fresh meat would elevate this dish to 10/10. Their service is very good! read more

This place used to be good, even great... however they have done away with supplying lettuce wraps and Bean paste with their Korean BBQ entrees, which is how its traditionally eaten. So yeah. Need to find a new place. read more

We had an awesome lunch at Seoul Kitchen on a Saturday afternoon. The decor is very nice and modern, and it's also a super clean restaurant. Our server was very friendly and attentive during our experience. -Pupu platter- came with about 5 wings, a steak and cheese egg roll, crab rangoons, and fried shrimp. My favorite was the crab Rangoon. Extremely crunchy delicious wrapper with a great filling that had larger than usual pieces of crab and veggies. I also really liked the steak and cheese egg roll. There isn't a lot of food for the price, but as everything is fried, it's very filling! -Korean beef tacos (3)- delicious! Tender and very flavorful beef under a bed of slaw and a slightly spicy sauce. -Dok Bokki- one of my favorite Korean dishes. This is one of the spiciest I've tried, but good. Tender rice and fish cakes with some veggies in a spicy red broth. -Green tea creme brûlée- WOW. This is a cannot pass up. Sweet but light green tea flavored custard under a sugar toasted crust. Highly recommend! read more

Wow. I've driven by and decided to stop in while waiting for my flex to start. Sat at the bar. Friendly bartender. Got the sushi special about 13$ with 2 sushi rolls and miso soup with small salad. Got a nice ipa to match. Rice is delicious. Nice and moist. Yes moist and fresh,m, fish was tasty and I love the atmosphere I'll be back here all the time They also have buffet for 29$ every Tuesday from 5pm to close. And they seem to have buffet for lunch too? Cool place. I'll be back!!! (Bitcoin baller$) read more

Great spot to get your Korean food fix. I am a Korean reviewing this restaurant so this review comes with my particular standard for Korean food. Needless to say I have been to the best Korean establishments in northern NJ/NYC (if not from home cooking meals at my mom's or mother-in-law's). Despite this, Seoul Kitchen delivered and exceeded my expectations- excelling in food, ambiance, and service. Food and drinks: 4.5/5 (as a Korean reviewing. Probably 5/5 if I were a non-Korean) Kalbi was really good. However, this rendition with broccoli and cabbage, while delicious, was interesting and non-traditional- perhaps more catered to the American diners. Soon dubu was very good- definitely not the "BCD Tofu House" quality you'd find in Bergen County, NJ- but come on, we are in Westford and what a gem it is to find a good Korean restaurant here! Kids' chicken fingers from the kids menu were a pleasant surprise as they were a far-better quality chicken katsu and not the typical chicken fingers. They were super crisp and good quality. The two drinks were both fantastic. The kimchi and cucumber kimchi (especially this one!) banchan were epic. They were more salad-like than traditional kimchi-like. Again perhaps leaning towards more Americanized style. Nevertheless, I love this type. They were clean and simple with no baggage. Ambiance: 5/5 Outdoor seating was fantastic. We came here in early May and the evening was a bit nippy. With the sun setting, the privacy provided by the nearby fence made it such an ideal place to celebrate an anniversary with the family. We asked our server to turn on the heater and we felt so comfortable. At times, I felt we were teleported to a restaurant on a vacation spot instead of on a local shopping complex. Service: 5/5 The server was great. He was courteous and the drink recommendations were good. read more

Take out service was great as they bring the food to your car when you arrive. Prices were definitely on the higher side, but generous portions. We ordered the kimchi fries, spicy bulgogi pork, Kimchi stew, Japchae, and Korean fried chicken. The pork in the stew was definitely a bit rough and could've been more tender. Also wish they give you more lettuce wraps for the pork. Overall the food was good. read more

We had a great meal at Seoul Kitchen. It was a beautiful day so we sat outside on the patio. I had a Mai Tai which was very good and my husband had a Singapore Sling that he said was also good. Our friends each had a Makku Mango Rice beer (Korean) which I was very impressed with. I had the Spicy Pork Bulgogi which was terrific and my husband had the Kalbi which he enjoyed. Service was excellent. This was our first time here but it won't be the last. read more

This is my first time dining at this restaurant. The atmosphere is casual but warm and inviting. The waitstaff is friendly and is willing to make suggestions. All the sushi I ordered was delicious, especially the smoked sake. The tempura appetizer was good, but sadly the batter was caked on and too dry instead of being light and flakey. The spicy edamame was flavorful, but it lacked any real heat. The Korean dumplings were delicious. I plan to return and try some Korean dishes next time. read more

I can't even put into words how great this place is! Let me set the tone for this visit first. Three girls looking forward to trying this great spot at around 7pm... on Valentines Day...with no reservations. Needless to say we expecting to sit at the bar. When we see that the bar is full, we ask how long the wait is and they tell us they'll have a table at around 8:30...its 6:45 now. We were bummed but decided to wait for it, but the two hostesses put the brains together and somehow got us a table! Great customer service!! Spicey pork tacos where really flavorful and fresh! The toasted coconut Mai Tai was refreshing and beautiful! The hose made dumplings where also on point! On top of the rude bartender I forgot to include when we were seated and got drinks, my friends had a long piece of hair in her drink. The waitress was notified and the drink was remade but they did not make any accommodations for it. i've been meaning to write a review for a while, but saw a post about how the owner, JAY, treats his employees poorly. i not only know jay personally, i also know a lot of his staff as well. Jay cares deeply about his employees. how do I know this? I also used to work for Jay. at seoul kitchen. and did for 2 years. I HIGHLY doubt that he screamed at an employee in a manor that a reviewer describer because in the two years I worked for him, nothing of the sort ever happen. Not only that. but Jay also goes out of his way to build personal connections with his patrons. I may have been an employee, so my review may seem biased, but I can tell you that seoul kitchen is incredible. the staff is friendly, attentive, and deliver great service every time. the food and drinks are as good as people say - incredible flavor, perfectly cooked, drinks are amazing and creative. Horrible service, Served water without even asking what drinks we want! took 12 minutes to get water though the restaurant was almost empty. Meet the Business Owner: Jay C.

My wife Debbie and I opened the doors of Seoul Kitchen to the Westford community in December 2014. We are passionate about Korean food and want to share with the Westford community authentic Korean flavors made from scratch. Our sushi is one of a kind; hand selected fish from the local seaport to make delicious fresh items from the sushi bar. Providing great food with great service and a beautiful ambiance is what we are all about at Seoul Kitchen. Debbie & I are both graduates of Northeastern University in Boston, and have two kids, 4-year old Samantha, and Ben, who's 2. It was also, apparently, less salty, presumably for the same reason. The amount of kimchi in the "sample" was so plentiful as to almost fill up the mini cup we used for takeout. They have a large selection of vegetarian and vegan food, as well as some gluten free items, though they lack the staff and kitchen size to accommodate celiacs, so it's really more of use for people on elimination diets or with poor digestive capabilities. The owner had prior training in Italian cuisine, which is the reason such food is on the menu, and while neither my father nor I had occasion to try it, it is apparently a passion of the chef's, and the shared discussion of their mutual interest in Italian cooking may be the reason my father was given a free "sample" of kimchi, which was larger than the paid order of kimchi at most other restaurants. The food portions, in general, are massive, with the leftovers of an order of wonton soup not fitting in a to-go canister, with other orders being similarly large. Their jasmine tea is unusual for its slight fruity flavor, and ability to "overbrew" without becoming bitter, instead maintaining its delicate flavor. Each table has condiments, which in addition to including the "normal" chili crisp, and fish sauce often found at Asian restaurants that provide table condiments, have the more western pepper grinder, as well as garlic salt. Curiously, there is no "normal" salt as often found at western restaurants, though bottles of sriracha are found at every table. Perhaps the garlic salt and sriracha are the restaurant's "unique twist"?

At the time of this posting, they were offering takeout, online ordering for pick-up (Toast) and online delivery (DoorDash, higher pricing). The walls were repainted from orange red to lime green. Praya Thai offers a variety of Thai dishes including noodle & rice dishes, curries, appetizers, salads, soups, house special dishes, desserts, and bubble tea. The prices are moderate. On my way home, I stopped off in Westford and headed over the Praya Thai for dinner takeout. I saw they offered online ordering through Toast and ordered the Tofu Drunken Noodles ($14.95 plus tax) and the Massaman Curry with Tofu ($16.95 plus tax). My order was ready in about 12 minutes after placing my order in my vehicle outside the restaurant. I enjoyed my food back at the house. The Drunken Noodles had a mix of veggies (broccoli, green beans, carrots, red peppers, onions, baby corn), sprouts, egg, basil, and firm tofu pieces, soft chow foon noodles in a garlic chili sauce. The Massaman Curry had a mix of vegetables (carrots, green beans, onions, broccoli), potatoes, peanuts, in a hot massaman curry sauce in coconut milk. The side of white rice was a bit sticky, but otherwise good with the curry dish. I enjoyed half of the food and enjoyed the rest for lunch the next day. Overall, I really enjoyed the food that I ordered which had good flavors and was still very hot when I arrived home.

The restaurant has a welcoming vibe and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, even though they seemed short staffed during our visit. The hostess did mention that service might be slow, which we really appreciated because it set our expectations and made the wait much more understandable. The kalbi was tasty, though it did not come with lettuce as expected, possibly just an oversight. The banchan selection was limited to only two varieties, which was a bit disappointing. On the other hand, the sushi was fresh and delicious, easily the standout of the meal. The tuna poke tots were a fun idea, but they might work better with ponzu instead of sriracha to bring out a lighter, more balanced flavor. Parking is easy and the restaurant's convenient location makes it a solid option if you do not want to drive farther out for similar food. With better staffing and a few small menu adjustments, this spot has the potential to become a real favorite. read more

Food was ok, not good enough to make up for the amazingly bad service we received last Saturday. Should have been a warning when the table next to us had to practically beg the waitress to take their order. We waited a bit ourselves before she acknowledged that we had yet to order. At least she was helping a coworker clear a table so fine. Ordered the avocado ball which I loved and a duk bokki which I literally pointed to on the menu and the waitress got me bulgogi instead. We also ordered Korean tacos and chicken katsu. Katsu was great texture wise but a bit bland. The bulgoli was incredibly lame for a dish that costs $21. The single flavor profile was sweet and I would definitely never order it again here. Korean tacos were incredible though. For the amount of money I paid for dinner, I expected better. read more
