Soy garlic wing bowel and k-sauce 5 wing combo
    Yuliana A.

The food was really good. Loved the flavor of the sauce. Crispy too. The meal/sides it comes with is pretty good. Great portion for a meal. It's a little pricey but it's good. The service was good too. First time there and they helped us choose since we didn't know how to order the dishes. The vibes were great. Loved the music. Would go again for the wings. Delish.

I saw the Seoulside Wings truck at an ice house and had to pull up. I got the soy garlic boneless wings that came over rice and with some greens and potstickers (all delicious). Despite the line, I didn't have to wait long!

The food was absolutely amazing. We drive from Bryan/College Station just to eat their delicious food. I highly recommend!

I get excited anytime I see a Seoulside truck, especially close to where I'm working! Service is always great and fast. Their truck is funky with all kinds of cool stickers on the exterior. As for their food, I know with Seoulside I'm going to get plump juicy, crispy, tasty chicken wings! This visit I found them parked at UH for the Frontier Fiesta and had a chance to get some of their boneless wings in Soy Garlic sauce (my favorite) and something I've not tried before from them...their battered cauliflower...soooo good!! Definitely a delicious alternative to French fries and the perfect addition to an order of their wings. They have a light crunch and sauced to perfection. Give them a try if ever by a Seoulside truck!

One of the best places for wings in HTX. All flats half soy garlic, half buffalo fried hard.

I decided to tey Seoulside on a day they were at the University of Houston. They had attracted a good size line so I knew it must be worth the wait! I decided to get the k sauce wings with a side of kimchi and it did not disappoint. The wings had a nice crispy skin while being perfectly paired with the sweet and spicy K sauce. Their kimchi was also quite delicious. Highly recommend if you're looking for some great Korean fried chicken wings.

So happy they have their little kitchen to dine at in the galleria food hall that's not all the way down in downtown plus free parking! They didn't have the garlic Parmesan flavor for the wings I enjoyed from their food truck but still enjoyed the soy garlic flavor. Wings cooked crispy and the honey butter fries is truly chef kiss. We got the bulgogi rice bowl. I love the greens they put in there, but if you have little ones may ask them to keep the salad dressing on side it can be a little spicy. i love the banchan (Korean side dishes) plate that goes on top of the bowl' a game changer! And they weren't stingy on the side dishes either. Now I'm drooling for wings & honey butter fries!!

SO GOOD. I like that there was lots of different sauces to choose from. This is a food TRUCK btw. The parm garlic was my absolute fav but my partner also liked the special k (I think thats what its called) and honey butter flavored wings. There's also drumsticks btw even though they say its wings. We also got ranch on the side free of cost as well. It was delicious and hit the spot when we wanted some late night korean chicken. They unfortunately ran out of radish when we came but it would have been bomb with it also. The guy who rang us up was super nice and told us his favorite was the honey butter. We came on a wed when they had some kind of discount so he told us our wings are larger than normal so we got a little more than what we paid for and also usually honey butter has an extra cost but it was free that day. Oh we also had the seasoned fries. I wouldn't recommend that. It honestly tasted like fried with those dry seasonings from instant ramen tossed on top lol.

Check them out on social media if you want to know where they'll be at. There was a long line at the food truck but it moved fairly quick. The wings were a decent size but what really made the meal was the K Sauce. If you love a good combination of sweet & spicy, this is the wing sauce for you! The fries were also great as they were well seasoned and the dumplings were fried to perfection.

I tried this place yesterday and the food was good the service was quick. The staff were nice. They were a vendor at the Kirby Ice House during the Super Bowl. I was impressed with how quickly my food was prepared. I do feel like I didn't get the full experience because I got wings that usually come with rice but they only served fries for this event. All and all definitely worth trying.

Best wings in Houston! The flavors I got are k sauce and honey butter. The authenticity in the flavors are very well noticed in the wings. The ranch and radish pair well and are delicious! I think they taste 11/10 without the ranch. Their rice and honey butter fries (not pictured) are one of my favorite difference about this food truck. They always take care of me and I would follow this food truck anywhere in Texas or in the U.S.!

Best wings in Houston, hands down. The Hot Bokki does it for me. Recently learned that I can order it straight to my house. So dangerous. I measure every wing I eat against Seoulside Wings. Best Korean wing. Best wing. It an experience to eat. Flavor. Texture. The whole thing.

Wings: Soy Garlic (right) Lemon Pepper (left)
    David T.

Food: The wings were great. We had gotten the lemon pepper right before it ran out and the soy sauce. The wings were still crunchy and not too oily after driving home 20 minutes to eat it. Service: The guy getting our order was pretty fast and helped a lot in terms of questions. The food came out way quicker than we thought. Ordered, and the food came out in about 10-15 mins tops. Surroundings: The area that the food truck was in is amazing. A great patio bar for sports and a fun weekend. We went pretty early in the afternoon because we didn't realize it was a bar lol. Just a warning since its a bar you do have to be 21 to reach the food truck. If you do get there early enough, would recommend eatting there. Big projectors to watch games, shaded benches, as well as a whole bar to get drinks if needed. Pretty quiet in the morning as well, not sure about the night.

I was impressed by the portion size, because each half could've been placed in a separate bowl, add more broth (shaved ice and a slice of Korean pear optional), and that's two portions in most places. Historically, these noodle dishes were a rare treat and a delicacy, as these noodles were very labor intensive and hard to make (although I'm sure they're mass produced now), and had to be served cold in the summer heat. Banchan was tasty too, including the kimchi which was early in the fermentation stage. The kimchi pancake was huge, definitely had to take this one to go, and came with an optional Korean-style spicy soy dipping sauce. I ordered the combo and went with the Bulgogi, which was tender and tasty, but didn't come sizzling so the pan it came in was more for display. Still, great good, fantastic value, and definitely the real deal. It's not as fancy as some of the more expensive neighborhoods of Houston (and a bit out of the way for me), but sometimes you just want some really tasty and unpretentious Korean comfort food.

They make their tofu in-house, and you can really taste the difference. The soup is rich, comforting, and flavorful without tasting overloaded with MSG. It's the kind of meal that just warms your soul. We also ordered the cheese tonkatsu, and my husband got the seolleongtang. We normally aren't fans of cheese tonkatsu--in fact, we didn't even realize it had cheese in it when we ordered it--but wow... it was actually so good. Definitely a pleasant surprise. My husband's seolleongtang was amazing too. The banchan was fresh and well-prepared, and every dish we had was delicious. The service was absolutely perfect. The ladies working there were incredibly kind and even brought my husband extra noodles for his soup without us asking. That small gesture really made our experience even more memorable. Thank you so much! There's a decent amount of parking, but dinner time gets pretty busy, so I'd recommend arriving early since it's not a very large restaurant. 10/10. This is definitely one of our favorite Korean restaurants in Houston, and we'll absolutely be back.

Personally, I haven't tried those because Korean BBQ and sushi together just feels a little odd to me. I grew up in LA where we usually went to separate places for each, but I'm sure plenty of people enjoy having both options. The meat quality is really good, and everything is well-seasoned and flavorful. My only complaint is the soups--they don't really taste like the traditional Korean soups they're supposed to be. They could definitely use some improvement. That said, other side dishes like the tteokbokki are actually really good. For the price, it's an excellent value. The service is usually good, although it can be a little inconsistent depending on your server. One thing I really like is that they include dessert, such as Korean ice cream bars, regular ice cream, and other sweet treats. We've been here several times already and definitely plan on coming back. That said, the consistency of both service and food quality between visits can be noticeable. Service can be very slow at times, even when the restaurant isn't particularly busy. We've had issues with banchan not being brought out, grills not being turned on, and fish orders taking nearly an hour to arrive. Food quality can also be hit or miss. For example, the Cheese Crab Puffs have occasionally arrived completely cold with barely any crispiness or color, and we've had similar issues with other appetizers. My favorites are the Garlic Salmon Sashimi, Black Angus Marinated Short Rib, Wagyu Beef Belly, Black Angus Rib Finger, and Thick Cut Pork Belly. I also enjoy the Takoyaki, Crispy Tuna Rice, and Tteokbokki. There are a few dishes I would skip, including the Spicy Scallop Sashimi and Nigiri unless you enjoy very small scallops, the Baked Green Mussels, which are overly sweet, and the Prime Beef Brisket, which I've found to be tough and dry. Overall, there are plenty of dishes I genuinely enjoy here, but the inconsistency keeps this from being a place I can wholeheartedly recommend. When everything is executed well, it's a great meal, but you never quite know what kind of experience you're going to get. That being said, I tend to get good ones the majority of the time.

What's nice is you can get many of the dishes with noodles or rice as your starch of choice. 10/10 Jjamppong - the broth is flavorful, seafood rich, and noodles perfectly bouncy. SOO good. Coming from Koreatown Los Angeles, this place is super legit. Kimchi is 10/10. The hand cut noodle-…read more10/10. The kimchi just brought me so much comfort like I never left home and the noodles were so delicious. The right texture and the amount of vegetables in there made me feel real good and tingly inside. Service was great cuz looks like the owners run the spot so you know it's A+++ on service The ambiance is modern, hip with the classic wood touches and seeing their noodle making machine to prove they make their noodles - no store bought noodles - made five months ago with preservatives and chemicals. Just your classic flour and water and etc. and you can taste the quality of the noodle & chicken broth in the soup. Food was brought out as it was prepared so we got our lunch entrees at different time (within a few minutes), but we were sharing so this was good. My daughter loved the steamed pork dumplings. The savory pancakes with bulgogi were outstanding. This is not my area of time, so it took us about 20 minutes to get there - ample parking. A huge number of restaurants in this strip center area - you should explore.
