This must be under new ownership. At 5 pm on a Sat we tried to order wings but they were already sold out. I wanted honey butter fries, but they're no longer on menu. So asked the guy if they could do honey butter fries and he checks with another guy and said ok. They were great like always, but why are they no longer on menu. What a beautiful hidden gem to find during Covid! I have been on the lookout for good chicken wings and the scene has been pretty lackluster for some time. The wings here are so, so crispy and flavorful. I've had the original and the hot bokki. Hot bokki: SO SO good! And actually pretty spicy once you get into it. If you're a fan of hot, this has to be the one. I will say, there is a tang of sweetness that just seems pretty common in Korean food? It's not very noticeable nor does it overwhelm the spiciness in the least. I highly recommend getting this flavor. K sauce: So I got this flavor after they sold out the hot bokki one night. I was skeptical about how much of a kick this one could be because I really like spicy food. I was pleasantly surprised to have an ACTUAL kick of spice. It's incredibly mild relative to the hot bokki in terms of spiciness, so I'd say that this is for the people for are less tolerant. Every serving comes with rice (which is cooked to perfection) or fries. The owners of the truck are also very nice and seem very passionate about the food they make. Kudos for the great advertising on Instagram (which is where I found them) and for letting people know when you're sold out for the day. I'd say this is one of the best fried chicken I've eaten and I think it's definitely worth giving a shot! read more

My friends and I came here and let me tell you. These are the best wings we've ever had!! We parked our car and ordered online. The ordering process was easy and it took about 20min for the food to come out. I accidentally double ordered and called them right away. They happily gave me a refund and canceled the extra order (10/10 on service!!). For the wings, we got the garlic soy, garlic parm, and k sauce. For fries, we got the bulgogi and the honey! The garlic soy was the best and every wing was crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection *chefs kiss*. For the price you're paying in comparison to how much fries they give you, it's definitely a bang for your buck!! WOW. Yes all the reviews are TRUE. These wings are the best wings I've ever had hands down. I regret not trying the honey butter flavor as the rest of the reviews rave about it, but the soy garlic and lemon pepper are so good and flavorful. They do stay crisp by the time you get home, we did have to heat up the fries to get them a little more crispy, but they were still amazing. You have to go check them out when you have a chance whether you're in the area or not. The customer service is great and ordering online is a breeze. They do bring the wings to your car so you can just chill while they prepare! We will definitely be going back! Look for the parking lot with the acupuncture office and you won't miss it. Everything was amazing. Super crispy and super flavorful. I'm typically not one for battered wings, but this batter was light and very crispy. Not like the typical frozen chicken tender tasting wings. I had honey butter which was my favorite, hotbokki which was legit hot, and k sauce. All sauces were as advertised and very flavorful. Okay... I would consider myself a wings aficionado and I have to say, these are the BEST wings I've ever had. They are so plump and juicy and flavorful, with a nice saucy crunch. My favorite flavor is the K sauce (literally 1000/10), but the hotbokki is a close second. Terrible service, incredibly slow. Did not finish order by the time they said that they would. "We will have your order out to you in 5 minutes" turned into 15 minutes. And this when we called at the original time the order was to be finished. Meanwhile, I was watching people who ordered after us get their food before us. How is this quality of service sustainable? Furthermore, one of the workers (female) came up and made the excuse that they were 10 minutes backed up, which really didn't help since they were already 20 minutes late. And it's ironic because she was promising a 20 minute turnaround to everyone else in line when we had a near 1hr turnaround. She didn't even apologize, but instead took a tone with us as if we were supposed to know that they were severely behind. Insult to injury, the food was underwhelming and I was late to where I needed to be next (despite giving a 30 minute window to get food). not worth the headache of a wait. I am vegan, so when a food truck comes to my office I usually don't even take notice. But when the menu for Seoulside Wings showed up in my email feed, I saw they had a Korean Ricecup tofu option and decided to give it a try. Great decision! Service was cheerful and friendly, and when she asked if I wanted an egg with my tofu, I told her I was vegan. She volunteered that they would cook my tofu in oil separate from the wings. Bonus! It took about 5 min to get my meal, which was gorgeous and smelled delicious. And it was! My meal came with rice, fried tofu with amazing sauce, slaw with another delicious sauce, kimchi, and two dumplings. AND it is in compostable packaging! No Styrofoam! The wings and fries are good, but it's not worth waiting in a parking lot for an hour on a Friday night, which is what ended up happening when I tried online ordering. I followed all instructions, including calling when I arrived. I was told they would bring the food out in 5-10 minutes. Called three times more when that time passed but no one answered. When someone finally picked up, it became apparent that they had just forgotten the order. They claimed people doing online orders were being instructed to walk up to the truck, which is untrue and also makes no sense considering that part of the online order process is to put down your car make and model. Plus, there were other people around and the whole point of curbside pickup is to be able to keep up social distancing. To their credit they were apologetic and offered a future discount, but I'm not going back after that. If you happen to be in a position to place an order in person it might be worth it, but don't bother ordering online. Update: The owner reached out to apologize and resolved to learn from the mistake, which I really respect. read more
