    This Sephora is pretty big, and there's plenty of employees ready to help out. I like how they don't start bombarding you with questions and kinda let you come to them when you need some help. This store specifically has lots of brands that come in and out to do small sampling pop ups. The brand Decool was offering donuts and perfumes samples and this particular day so it was nice to be able to participate in something like this!

    Sephora at Grove LA aka The Grove is nothing but solid all the way. It's really spacious and the people who work here always seem open and gracious for anyone who stops in. I don't frequent this location with a few being closer to home, but appreciate the selection and customer service. Lots of great self care products for your body and skin, for all genders. I used to check out the cologne selection a lot but shifted away from scents and fragrances over the years, but absolutely appreciate them still, plus they make great gifts. Sephora as a company shifted away from carrying nail polish in store and have a very limit selection online - they do however carry what they brand Clean at Sephora - cruelty free, non-animal based products as well as fairly natural in a amazing commitment to carrying/offering stellar items that don't contain mineral oils, sulfates, parabens or phthalates. This location has a lot more than most overall being in a central hub of Los Angeles and is always super clean, clear and under control with an easy modern layout, that classic lighting and a smooth checkout/experience from start to finish.

    I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff here at Sephora at The Grove! As soon as my friend and I walked in, the line was already at least 20 people deep. I had my friend stand in line while I went to grab the 2 things I needed. The store was super busy as it probably is every weekend, but the line moved VERY fast. I don't think we stood in line longer than 10 to 12 minutes! This location is big, and they had some sales going on. Although no one assisted me, I was able to find what I needed. One of the employees started taking customers who were paying by card, so that made the check out process even faster. I remembered I had a $10 bonus on my account, so that came in clutch! I'll come back again, and hopefully, I'll have more time to browse and get into even more trouble, lol. I did great this time!

    This Sephora is larger than most, with double the staff and double the crowd! I often visit this location for a day of leisure and luxury, shopping for everything from makeup to skincare and gifts. On my recent trip, I needed to restock my skincare essentials. As a Rouge member, I'm familiar with the layout, so I usually don't need much assistance. The staff are typically busy, so you won't be greeted as often as in smaller stores. However, they're friendly and helpful when you do seek them out. During this visit, I noticed some great holiday sets, perfect for gifts and stocking stuffers, so I recommend grabbing them early before they sell out. Due to the popularity of this location, items can run out quickly, but I was pleased to find everything I needed without having to visit multiple stores. I picked up glycolic acid from The Ordinary, hyaluronic acid and niacinamide serums from The Inkey List, First Aid Beauty moisturizer, and Youth to the People facial cleanser, totaling $115. I'll definitely keep coming back, as this is the largest Sephora in the area!

    I love this sephora, it's huge, has tons of brands and the customer service is on point. Well stock, organized, clean. Very helpful associates who are very into beauty and usually have excellent recommendations. The line to purchase items can be very long, that's the only negative thing here.

I pulled out my phone to see the inventory because I didn't wanna walk up and down and then she kept rushing me to see what products I wanted.. by this point I was over it.. I came here looking to become a costumer and spend money but the lady really needs to learn costumer service. She made it seem like she had somewhere to be sitting behind a desk. And I was walking around the store downstairs for 5 mins waiting for someone to come help me and no one was to be found till I went upstairs. Yikessss.

From the moment I walked in, Lydia the receptionist was so friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean and beautifully decorated. I also noticed how organized the product displays were. I met with Manager Jennifer for a complimentary consultation. She was so knowledgeable and informative. She recommended me products from DBH and Dr. Grandel. I had the Karis facial for anti-aging and skin rejuvenation by Esthetician Michelle. Michelle was so incredible! She was kind and had skilled techniques. When I called to make an appointment and was asked for the voucher information over the phone. I found that a little odd and decided to provide that info at appointment time. I was serviced by Eva. Overall the facial and little massage of the back and arms was great. There were some moments the facial massage was a little too much pressure for the neck/face area, but I was overall pleased with the experience. Once the service was complete Eva TOLD me to leave a tip of at least 20 percent. I responded "I intended to tip anyhow because I enjoyed my service, but you cannot tell me to tip or how much." I left the tip in an envelope where all these signs about tipping are in the service room. After I returned to the reception area Eva is waiting for aggressively pointing at the tip envelope. The lady at the front desk asked how my service was. I replied" I enjoyed my service, but after being told to tip and how much in the service room and now Eva pointing at the tip envelopes I'm very annoyed. A tip is not required." At this point I wished I had left no tip at all. This was a ridiculous end to what thought would be a great experience. If your staff wants a certain amount per person then include it in the price or don't promote on Groupon. No one wants to be harassed for a tip.

What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. I was honestly expecting it to be more uncomfortable, but the technique was so gentle that it was much easier than I imagined. Overall, the entire experience felt very professional, careful, and trustworthy.
