Ah the ambience! It reached out and grabbed us from across the street. We walked there from the hotel. When we saw the restaurant, the warm golden glow welcomed us in. I've never seen a restaurant use lighting so well. The restaurant is small, but the lighting made it seem more spacious. My daughter got an arugula pizza, my granddaughter got a kale salad, and I got Brussel sprouts and a martini. All were good especially the martini. I love Brussel sprouts, but I can't roast them without burning them. When I see them on a menu I usually order them. These were sautéed instead of roasted. I think I prefer roasted to a nice crisp, but these were good. The martini was made with Amazzoni gin. I had never tried that and was curious. It was amazing. It's a Brazilian gin with a mixture of classical and botanical. It has very complex flavors. I loved the aroma. All gin is made with juniper, but I've never noticed a scent of evergreen in my martini. The martini was served nicely chilled. I let my daughter taste it and she ordered one, too. The service was quite good. I am glad we ate here.

Solid 3.5-4 star range Some dishes are much much better than the others Pizza is excellent Earl grey kiss seemed more promising than it is All their burrata dishes are excellent so highly recommend I also Liked their crostini and burrata dishes The chicken schnitzel is huge and is good for three meals lol The fish dishes are all great but bass better than the others To my pleasant surprise, Serafina has partnered with Lady M cos I saw lady M cakes on their dessert list Order the original ofc and also the green tea For a big group, Serafina is a safe choice especially if you have fish lovers

The food was delicious. It came a little too quickly that it made me doubt its freshness. It was delivered before the drinks and 7 minutes after ordering. The pasta was warm not hot but the flavor was on point. The meatballs were delicious. That lychee cocktail was next level! I could have had an unlimited amount but I chose to be responsible. The only drawback is we were in the bar area and felt rushed. The servers kept coming back to see if we were done with our plates and we were only there for 44 minutes. They disrupted the flow of our conversations ultimately leading to our early departure.

Excellent option for the area for large groups, it's a good option as it's likely they can manage most dietary restrictions and its food anyone should enjoy. We were a large party and were seated in the main room indoors in a long table in the middle of the room - it was a little squishy but nothing out of the ordinary. The food was really timely, they were fast for having to manage our large group, I ordered the heart shaped ravioli and it was delicious! And a sizable portion of- probably wouldn't get it again as it wasn't legendary but still delicious to have once! We ordered the dessert sampler to share with- that was good but the presentation could be better - felt like it was a cookout where someone just smushed a bunch of food together that we had to continuously pass around. Bartender and service was great! Bartender made an excellent jalapeño margarita!

Visited Serafina 3 times during our visit to New York since we were staying the Frederick next door. We mainly sat in the Bar area, but had the breakfast buffet once. Service was always in point and everyone was friendly. The place itself is cute, cozy and modern. The food was ok, nothing amazing. Overall, we enjoyed our visits to Serafina and would visit again if in the area.

We went to dinner one evening at Serafina, and it was good. The staff was so great. The cocktails were good, and The food was good. The views were great if you sat on the roof, which I would highly recommend!

    fresh calamari

I had the fresh calamari, meatballs, and ravioli degli innamorati. Everything was delicious. Definitely going back to try more.

Serafina in Tribeca one of my favorite places for lunch, dinner or a quick drink by the bar. Serafinas delivers both in flavor and atmosphere. The standout for me was their meatballs are tender, flavorful, and served in a rich tomato sauce that's perfect for dipping. The calamari is perfectly crispy, not greasy, and paired with a zesty marinara that added a nice kick and to ask for more because we loves it so much. The real surprise was the carbonara it's indulgent but not too heavy for me a true comfort food! Definitely worth having! To top it all off, their rooftop is a vibe. Its a great spot for a date night or just catching up with friends over cocktails (the Serafina Champagne is a must have). Between the food, service, and ambiance, Serafina Tribeca checks all the boxes. Highly recommend for a stylish picture worthy dining experience in the city!

We were very surprised and disappointed in the small portions of pasta and risotto. My husband had the Palio E Fierno and he left hungry. It looked like an appetizer size. Although the taste was ok for that dish and the porcini risotto, I didn't see porcini mushrooms on my plate. Better options in the neighborhood.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in Tribeca. One of the best Italian places in nyc you have to try it. The food is always good , service is impeccable make sure to ask for Javier or Jay!

Enjoyed our evening here! Service was good. Waiter didn't know much about the menu when we asked questions or for recommendations. Nevertheless, beautiful rainy evening!

I was excited to dine at another "Serafina" restaurant location. My friends and I met up at this restaurant this past Thursday for lunch. I was so happy this place was close by from the subway station because it was frigid that afternoon. And I was so glad I made a reservation in advance because this place filled up fast. The staff were really nice and friendly. The ambiance was cozy. For appetizer, we ordered fresh Calamari. It was crunchy and nice. Although, everyone else liked the sauce, I wasn't crazy about it because I was used to eating it with marinara sauce. For my entree, I ordered the Ravioli alla Salvia (which is homemade spinach & ricotta ravioli served with butter & sage). The dish was decent, but I think they could have served it with more sauce. I felt like it was missing something. I also ordered the Torta Santa Rosalia which was pistachio ricotta cake with was served with a dollop of whipped cream. That was magnifico. It was heavenly. I should have ordered the Ravioli di porcini instead because that one has more flavor. I had this dish at the other Serafina location. My husband ordered the Pizza di Fabio and he really enjoyed it. Everyone else seems to have enjoyed their dishes as well. Overall, we had a nice time here.

The crust was very thin, even for a NYC slice, and was alright, being a bit doughy at the top. I found the sauce too sweet for my liking, which almost reminded me of the rather terrible Little Italy chain. There was plenty of cheese, and it had a good pull, even if it looked a bit overcooked on top. I'm presuming the average ratings here and on other sites are because of their location and the fact that a lot of tourists who go here can't tell the difference between Joe's and a dollar slice. Perfectly decent slice on the level, if not worse than many slices in the city, as I disliked the sauce, while the rest was fine.

The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard.
