This is my second pedicure here, first review! I LOVE their massage chairs, they're so comfy, huge and don't auto shut off after 15 minutes like some places. My previous pedicure lasted me walking in sandals for 30,000 steps in Vegas, and this current pedicure has already lasted through barefoot barre/pilates workouts, bike rides, and many shifts at work. Absolutely the worst salon I have ever been in the bay. I went on Monday afternoon to do simple pedicure and gel ex on my mani. Tuesday pm the first nail pop off. Went back to the salon on Wednesday morning and requested some help with that nail, they promptly set me with the person who did my nail on Monday. BTW her nails were dirty and crusty. She used a gloved on one hand, but then she was cleaning the edges of my nail (like cleaning extra product that over flow) with her ridge dirty nail. Disgusting Wednesday night the second nail pop off. I glued with nail glue. Because was in the middle of the event (the one I decided to make my nails for). Thursday morning another nail pop off. This is ridiculous. I had never had any issues with Gel X and here we are. Never going back to this salon. Was my first time but never again. Update: Friday July 25. I came back to the salon for another nail that popped off (they have been popping off all week) They were very kind to attending me and offered me to make a new set completely from scratch. The lady who did my nails did a terrible job and then she wants me to pay. The host said no and I left but the experience has been absolutely a no. Added new pictures of the last nail that popped off on Friday and the last nails how they sent me out. NOT COMING BACK! read more

I called ahead of time to ensure I was able to get both services. I wanted to have done two things done at once . I made sure to call because I live 15mins from this nail shop. I wanted a pedicure and initially a dip powder set but I ended up getting acrylics since my regular nails are short and I really wanted an almond shape . The quality here is really good! Both ladies were very kind and asked lots of questions before and during the session. I really liked this customer service model since sometimes as a client you can be timid about asking for a change or correction. The vibe was that it was really busy : very popular destination. The pedicure station was very full and the seated lounge where nails are placed was also fairly booked up . I did ask the male possibly owner ? It was my first and LAST time at this nail salon. I went there with some friends to have a good time together. I don't like giving bad reviews, however; I think people should know what they are paying for. I paid $80 for a basic manicure and pedicure and it cost $10 extra for French tip. I understand that is expected for those services, however; I was not expecting my nails to LAST ONLY ONE DAY!!! One lady did my manicure, while another did my pedicure. The woman who worked on my manicure was extremely rude to me. She showed no shame telling me that I am a "very picky person" and that I "take too long to decide a nail color". I felt embarrassed that she talked so bluntly to me. I am a customer and I didn't appreciate how she treated me throughout my manicure. She took my hand and began to use nail clippers. I didn't tell her to clip my nails, they were perfect as they were. She then placed the nail clippers incorrectly UNDER my nail and ON my SKIN. It happened so fast! She had squeezed the clipper down and pinched my skin to the point I thought she cut off the tip of my pinky finger! IT HURT SO BAD!!! I SHOULD HAVE LEFT THEN!! She didn't apologize and SHE DIDN'T CARE. I told her what color I wanted and she did white instead. She tried to convince me it was a better choice. I went along with it just to get the experience over. I didn't want to ruin the experience for my friends. I looked over and they were both enjoying their time and I felt horrible. The lady working on my pedicure was better, but not by much. She did cut into my Big toe which HURT very bad. She did tell me the color I wanted wouldn't show up well and asked if I wanted white instead (I agreed). She listened. I was told that white would last 2 WEEKS, NOT ONE DAY!!! FOR $80!!! They gave me old nail polish. Due to this experience I will just DO MY OWN nails for FREE at home (they last a month before chipping and look good). Vibe is bad here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU DESERVE BETTER SERVICE!! read more

Don't think I'll ever return. Ive been coming here for a year and it's so so. Definitely do not ask for any trendy nails like cat eye. They say they can do it and it never comes out nice. Happened to me the past 2x with them. I wish they'd be honest and say they cannot do it instead of saying they can and give me nails I didn't want. Plus they had me in there for 2+ hours last time so that's why I didn't complain because I just wanted to get out as soon as I could. Also, got Gel-x there last month and it only lasted 4 days.
