I took my parts to Texas Tire and Auto Repair they put them on, I was pleased as punch, but they said next thing to take care of as quickly as possible is the CV Axles the boots are starting to leak, but the next day Sunday the 15 th ,metal on metal sound was progessively worsened. I got my car to the 11 miles rowing range that my car insurance covers because of what I was told by the mechanic about the CVAxle connects to the transmission and it was about to go out. Had to wait hours for tow, got it to the same place because I had also called a mechanic who Was working on a Sunday what should I do, he suggested I take it back in case it was a neglige nt thing on th mechanics fault. My friend and I move lots of heavy valuables off and out of car so it can be left there on the parking lot of the mech. shop overnight ( bad area). Having to find place to stay and then big ordeal to get dropped off early so they could get to work on time I wait for hours for shop to open. The sound was from them not leaving theDust Cover in right place to not fall down and start scratching loudly, was 't even the CVAxle like the mechanic said. Which I also realzing my brand new front end alignment had been thronwn off during the repair from Saturday. So I explaimed to them I will be back for them to repair my car. All week my car pulling hard to the right from their negligent shabby work, I just came from Texas Tire and Auto Repair they argueed that it was not their responsibility to correct the Front End Alignment . They costed so much money and were negligent, as if they we not certified mech's. And get this since I was able to get this done on a late am Friday , no other people were there for repairs. They all stood around all 5 mechanics and not one of them spoke up during the 8 minute arguement that they should have returned my car to me atleast as good as the way I had left it with them + gained mechanics labor wages from two times in 5 days. Not one of these guys said," You know your right, if someome had borrowed something or used something of mine and it came back in bad shape they would have to pay." Not one of them live by good honest standard , or even know right from wrong. Super, Shabby quality work because a real mechanic doesn't cause so many problems trying to get things fixed. First, the Front end alignment they ruined, then telling me the Cvaxle was going out but left the dust cover to make such noise that it caused the tow truck to get invovled, then that they would correct the alignment they ruined afterwards , all of which all the blessing getting to have my patron monies by chanse I was in S Dallas instead of Allen Tx were I had had to go back down to to see if the sounds of metal sckratchs were due to their negligence and because I new they already needed to get on the level with me. DO NOT GO THERE. I ALSO HAD OTHER WORK FOR THEM THEY COULD HAVE DONE BEFORE I LEFT TODAY BUT I SAID TO MYSELF IF THEY DONT GET ON THE LEVEL AND ALIGN MY CAR EVEN AFTER ALL THE OTHER STUFF THEY HAD CAUSED THEN THEY WILL NOT GET TO HAVE MY MONEY. I ALSO TOLD THEM , GOD, KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE DOING, EVEN IF THERE IS HONOR AMONG THEIVES AND , ALL TRUTH IS HUSH-HUSH. " God, who is all knowing." They seem way too busy at that shop , such low income area , too many people possibly getting took like this. Isnt that what bad intentions people do...? Make themselves readily available to take in this way whenever they can? Oh, yeah, and when I had left about 1:00 ish today they literally had basically not much to do after I had asked them to adjust their ruining my alignment out of all 4 out of 5, I think one rolled a tire out to someone . They had all the time in the world to just. - Do what Is Right.

They wouldn't fix my compressor after THEY didn't install it right…read more.. they are rude and they will make you wait hours And say it's YOUR fault. Horrible customer service and not professional. Just for these texas auto tire people to fix my compressor they made me pay around $750 just for a hour and a half to install (they said it was "for labor") when it takes really only 30 minutes to install it if you know what you're doing. (It's basically just two bolts) My $400 compressor went out a few months after THEY installed it. So I ended up going to several places and they said it was the people who installed it wrong (these fools of mechanics that will cuss you out if you say one thing they do not agree with) So I went back to this place, told them the issue and they straight up said it was my fault ....but every PROFESSIONAL A1 mechanics I went to trying to get my A/C fixed said it was these clowns because they did not install it right so it weakened over time. So after explaining to Adham (I think he is the owner at this point of this place being ran like a circus who know who the owner/manager is) he continued to get in my face and say it is my fault. I stood there and just begged him to fix it because at this point I was desperate.... He said he will fix it with no explanation and told me to wait in the waiting room. i waited 9am-4pm there.... Every hour I would ask adham when can he fix it he kept walking away and dealing with other customers even though I had been there for hours. at 3pm Adam finally said he will start to work on it so I'm excited. At 4 I'm exhausted and I'm getting frustrated and I say "hey I know you're busy but I've been here all day" And he got in my face screamed he's not going to do it today. So I left. the next day I went to this shop (one last time) because I was desperate to just get it done for free Because I expected it to be free since THEY did not install it right and damaged my damn nearly $500 compressor. As soon as they started working on it they said they would not do it for free and it is my fault. after explaining to them how they installed it wrong ; (did not use compressor oil and did not tighten it enough) because If you didn't know compressors are suppose to last for at LEAST A year to a few years. And mine was brand new $500 from advanced auto parts. Horrible experience. I went down the road to -mardini quick tire- (a different shop) and the men there were very sweet they helped me in less than a hour get my ac running cold again in this 108 degree weather! Wouldn't recommend this place to any living soul.
