Been going here for 20 years. Used to get the pan pizza when they were on the north side of Northwest Highway. It was amazing. Currently, we get the thin crust Sergio's Special, which has sausage, pepperoni and various vegetables. I forget how good this pizza is. There's always coupons available as well. read more

Manager was rude over the phone as if he was not happy that I am ordering from him. I asked for half the sauce on the side and when I asked the cashier , he said it is in the box. But the fact that the owner decided to stay open for inside dining during this coronavirus outbreak and advertise that they are open inside on Facebook makes me wonder about this place. Hot. No air conditioning. Came across a review somewhere that said this is similar to Charlotte's and they even have in on their menu that the thin crust is "Charlotte's style" or words similar to that. It is not Charlotte's. It is not close to Charlotte's. I grew up having Charlotte's every other Saturday night and I can remember it like yesterday. Crust was soft, not crunchy. My wife thought it was not completely cooked. Bottom line, it was not a super bad pizza, I have had much worse, but it does not stand up to Rosati's and does not come close to Charlotte's. I stopped in to Sergio's Pizza on my way to work about a week ago. That day I experienced the single greatest Italian Beef sandwich that I have ever had. The food was great but what really blew me away was the unbelievable Service. I've been to many "high end" restaurants and never before have I felt so well served as I did that day at Sergio's pizza. Horrible customer service and extremely rude! Our hospital orders from them all the time and when we called to tell the manager that my coworker had an actual STAPLE in the bottom of her salad and a big black hair in her brisket sandwich he claimed we made it all up! All we asked is they credit her food but he fought and fought before finally crediting her $8 back when it was a HUGE order we had placed. I had such a taste for a good stuffed pizza tonight, thought I'd do the usual and get Barone's, Sal's, or Nancy's.....and then I thought something a lil different tonight so I called Sergio's, I called them kinda late and the manager was the one who answered and was very nice about taking the order at 9ish pm and they close at ten. For the pizza, the crust was good, not real buttery but not cardboard either, the cheese was really a good grade of mozz, the sauce however just didnt do it for me, it wasnt that it was bad, it just wasnt pizza sauce, it would have made a very good spaghetti sauce....really soupy and good size chunks of tomatos and onions.....wouldnt order the stuffed again but I might order a pasta dish, seriously.... read more

Best place to get pizza. Great beef combos, awesome dinners. The Guys are always polite and nice. They are fast even on weekends during the more busier times. And if it's taking a bit longer they always got cold beer and some sports on there big screen. Delivers are always less than an hour. This is the only place I'll buy my pizza from. My family and I are regular customers at this place and they have absolutely no regard for us. Don't get me wrong, the pizza is good, but when we get it delivered it's always messed up in some way. The last straw was when we ordered one large pizza and nothing else and it took an hour and a half to get to our house 10 minutes away from the restaurant. My mom called after an hour to ask if the pizza was even coming, and she got a lazy kid on the phone who had nothing but "well, yeah..." to say. When I finally called the manager because after receiving a stone cold pizza I had enough, he argued with me saying he made the pizza at 6:45pm, AN HOUR AFTER WE ORDERED THE PIZZA. ONE PIZZA! These people are stuck in their egos and do not care about their customers. The first kid lied to my mom about having three other orders in addition, which actually turned out to be 2, one of which was next to our house. I'm done, they've lost a regular customer. read more
