Adam is an amazing guy to buy a car from. I have no issues with him. I brought my business to Champaign because of Adam and I was not happy with this dealership. I never received any information on the extra packages the finance person suggested I purchase. I did purchase that and an extended warranty and wheel and tire etc. He stated I would receive information in the mail about these coverages. I have yet to receive anything with detail on those items. I also had my old car registration renewed and paid for as told by the Indiana BMV and I've yet to be refunded this. Not to mention I had to correct all the issues of receiving multiple registrations in the mail etc. I cannot remember her name but every time I spoke with who handles plates was very nice as well. I feel her hands were tied. She told me she would be sending me the refund and I have never received it to this day. Just frustrated as I'm a good customer and bring any others with me but if this is the experience and no one is ever willing to make it right including the GM then I feel there must be a problem somewhere. Since they changed hands there service is bad. Someone in the service department lifted my wifes car and broke the windshield .They tried to say it was like that. They finally agreed on changing it. Then I took her car in again for a oil change. She had surgery and couldn't drive. I took the car home and it sat for months. The next time I checked her oil, the dipstick was missing. I went back and asked them about it and the service manager denied it and wouldn't pay for half of it. It was only $43. So I told them that they lost our business. My wife bought her car there and was going to buy another from them but not anymore. That is a shame. Customers beware. CM read more

Well I had different tires put on my then new truck and this shop did the alignment supposedly. I spent $1220 on tires install and 4 wheel alignment. But 9000 miles later(80,000) miles tires all my tires are wore wrong, from a bad alignment or no alignment. I talked to many places today and all inform it goes back to the alignment that most likely was done wrong here or not at all. When I talked to the service mgr today he did not seem to care much and was not offering any help. I'm sure if I went to Sullivan Parkhill in the first place I would not have these issues. Even Truck Trends says the alignment was the issue. Horrible costly experience. Maybe a BBB issue, not sure yet. read more

I bought a used 2019 Chrysler Van from Serra in 2021, one day after I bought it the check engine light came on, at first they refused to work on it unless I paid money but after a few days of going to managers I finally got them to fix it... or so I would like to say but for one they didn't put the screws back in the engine shield so that popped off while I was driving and 5 months later the same issue that happened the day after I bought it re-occurred, I called them but was only sent to leave messages and never called back. I am putting this on now because I've had so many issues with this vehicle that it might as well be called a lemon. Things that should have been fixed and looked at by Serra before selling it. To sum it up I would like to say to anybody looking to buy a car avoid Serra. read more

I lost my only key to my cts coupe, Serra GMC instructed me to buy another key to program. I did so, once I actually bring my car there they tell me I need my original key! Wow. So they say they can still do the work but it will be more expensive and harder of a task! The guy sam needs my car opened tho, so I pay out of my own money to have a tow truck unlock the car. Once unlocked Job could not be done because the couldn't access my trunk, ok! All the while a week passes and when I decide enough is enough my car is locked again but I was told it was still open and I'm charged $500 for them apparently trying to do something Sullivan park hill of Champaign has done before but could not. But Sam seemed like a nice guy, I guess. Never again! read more

Stopped by after noticing a rattle on the left front wheel. These guys git me in and fixed the hub in the wheel on a late Friday afternoon!! The service specialist and the mechanic who fixed it did an amazing job. As a matter of fact, I will be coming here for all my maintenance from now on. **This review is from a couple of years ago, but I still think people should know how WM will try to cheat you.** I would absolutely NOT recommend purchasing your vehicle from these people. They lie to you and cheat you out of money and then won't fix the broken car they sell you. At the start of April we purchased a Jeep Liberty from WM, and traded in two other cars to make the purchase. In less than two weeks AND less than 700 miles, the car was leaking, smoking, and overheating. We took the car in, they claimed it was a coolant hose to the reservoir and that they had fixed it. When we asked how much it cost, they said "nothing, you just bought the car!" Fast forward one week. While driving home from work, the same problem happens. Smoke billowing out from under the hood, engine overheating. As I don't work in Champaign, I had to take the vehicle to a Jeep dealership elsewhere, where the mechanic promptly informed me that no coolant hose to the reservoir problem would result in overheating. Upon informing WM that the car had repeated the problem, they offered to pay. However, when they heard that someone had accurately diagnosed the car as faulty, they rescinded their offer and said we had no warranty. (This news comes AFTER a phone call to my mother alerting her that our one month warranty was about to expire.) Now we're stuck with a dead car, with no warranty (or a voided one because they find it inconvenient?) and an awful taste in our mouths. WM staff are liars, they cheat you out of your money and then do nothing to fix a problem they probably already knew about. Don't waste your time here. read more

We had outstanding customer service from Worden-Martin's service department! I recently brought my Buick to another shop to get a problem diagnosed and found out the issue was covered under the car's factory warranty. We had just left to go out of turn for the weekend, but we called Worden-Martin to see when they could fix it. George offered to pick up the car from the other shop, fix the issue (for free under the warranty), and drop it off at our house so it would be there when we arrived home. To have this all done while we were away was amazingly convenient and impressive! I've also always been impressed with previous service with Chad, especially receiving free rental cars or prompt courtesy rides with all service done. I was raised believing that dealerships weren't the best place to go for service (more expensive, not as friendly, etc.)....but my recent experiences have convinced me of Worden-Martin's focus on customer service! read more

We bought an 2009 Saturn Outlook there back in 2014 and it was GM certified. Well have always had service done there. George is our go to service manager and he has been a blessing. He has bent over backwards to ensure that our car is done in a timely manner and has done great at communicating with us if a part needs to be ordered or if there is a delay. Now having worked in the service industry many years back, I know things can come up and plan for delays. But I can tell they have always gotten our car back to us when we expect it or with little delay. The extended warranty they offer is amazing and they make it clear that it can only be serviced at Worden Martin to be covered by the extended warranty. They continue to impress us each time we take our vehicles in for service. Since we take our other vehicle there to be serviced, though we didn't buy it there. read more

I was able to drive right in for service on my vehicle, was checked in, then offered a ride to anywhere I needed to go. I asked that they call when my car was done, which they did, and someone came to pick me up at the designated time I was given, and took me back to get my car. Worry free!! read more

I called a couple of weeks ago to make an appointment and had to leave a voicemail (during business hours). When the service department returned my call they left a voicemail which stated I didn't need an appointment and could come in at any time during business hours. When I arrived. I was told it would be approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. After an hour and 40 minutes I went to ask about the status and they were just pulling my car out of the garage. I was directed to the cashier who would be brought my keys by the technician. After checking out, I asked for my keys and they could not find them. I went outside to see my vehicle parked but no one was in it. I came back in and asked if the technician happened to drop off my keys while I was outside and they said he hadn't. Finally, they asked someone who said that my keys were in the vehicle and that was likely because they washed it. I was not pleased that my vehicle was left unattended with the keys in the ignition. When I went out to my vehicle, it had not been washed as I was told it had been. read more
