Should you walk in (without prior reservations), they will take relatively a long time to provide a table for dinning (perhaps because there may be a staff shortage). The staff is friendly and will provide great attendance and service for your table. The food menu provides a good variety of American delights, and the portions are adequate. We are a group of 3 girls that get together for breakfast and casino every few months. We arrived about 9am on Thursday 9/14/23 and we were told it was about a 15 minute wait. When we were texted we walked over and the hostess was in the middle of a conversation with another employee. We tried to say you just called us but she quickly advised she would be with us in a minute with a scowl. It was clear that her personal conversation was far more important. After a few minutes another hostess walked up and she took us to be seated. We were told that our waitress would be with us shortly. We looked at the menu. Decided what we wanted and still no waitress. Another group of 4 that was seated after us was already speaking to their waitress. We were feeling a little upset thinking it was our waitress but it wasn't. Our waitress finally walked over and asked to take our drink order. We let her know that we were ready to order our meals. She took our order and went to the back. We saw the table of guests that arrived after us get all their drinks. After about 10 minutes a worker was walking by and my friend asked them if she could just get the coffee she had ordered and they said they would check. Another 5 minutes and a different worker walked past and she asked if he was a manager. He said he was not but did we want to speak to a manager and she said yes. As he walked to the back our waitress finally came out with our drinks and an attitude. She said do you want to see my manager I'll get her and my friend said we just wanted to get our drinks and she said I can get my manager it's no problem (with a lot of nastiness) and so she said yes get her. We spoke to the manager and she said she would expedite our order. We ended up having a terrible time. The manager had another person serve us and she was wonderful but by then the fun of our get together had been dampened and the other waitress was still serving the tables around us and definitely giving us an attitude. It was a terrible experience from beginning to end and I wish we would have just walked out but we were hopeful that it would improve. We have been to many casino cafes and this experience was the worst we have ever had. This is an expensive cafe and with that our expectation is good food and good service. I was extremely dissatisfied. The service is such an important part of a meal when you go to a restaurant and it impacts the way you feel and the enjoyment of your meal and this was just bad. If you want to enjoy a nice breakfast at a casino cafe I would recommend Soboba!! Good food and great service every time we have gone. read more

People are paying 500-1000 a night to stay at Yaamava Hotel and this is what you offer them. And I love when you make a reservation, stay at hotel and the first thing the woman in green says to me - we have no bags or boxes so you can't order take out or take any leftovers home.
