Adam reached out promptly, kept communication easy and consistent through text, and was genuinely friendly throughout the process. What stood out most was that he seemed truly invested in making sure the car was the right fit for me -- not just closing a sale. I also had an independent pre-purchase inspection done through my own trusted mechanic of 20 years, who confirmed that Autozilla is honest and runs a good operation. That meant a lot to me. Ultimately I didn't move forward with the purchase, but that was purely a personal preference about the specific car -- not a reflection of Adam or the business at all. I'd feel confident coming back here and would recommend Adam to anyone looking for a no-pressure, genuine car buying experience.

Title: Disappointed - Vehicle Issues Within 30 Days…read more I purchased a Mercedes from this dealership less than 30 days ago and have driven it under 600 miles since purchase. The vehicle has 58,000 miles and was sold to me "as-is." Shortly after purchasing the car, I began experiencing significant vibration during cold starts when the vehicle is placed in gear while stopped. This is not something I would expect from a properly inspected luxury vehicle at this mileage. What concerns me most is the lack of response. I have reached out multiple times to address the issue, but I have not received any reply. Even for an "as-is" vehicle, customers should expect transparency, basic roadworthiness, and communication when problems arise shortly after purchase. I am simply asking for accountability and a response. I will update this review if the dealership chooses to resolve the issue professionally.

I truly appreciated how organized and timely everything was, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the service, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. One of the highlights of the visit was the comfortable waiting lounge. It was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up for customers while they waited. I especially enjoyed being able to partake in a hot beverage, read the newspaper, and watch TV in a calm and welcoming environment. Small touches like these really make a difference and show that the business values customer comfort and satisfaction. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would gladly return for future service and recommend them to others looking for reliable and professional automotive care.

He provided information for us to make our car buying decision without doubt. He outweighed the pros and cons of the two car options we were deciding on - he pretty much was transparent about them and it definitely made our decision to buy our new family car much easier. In addition, he was like family - he likes to make conversation to make us feel comfortable. He has a lot of experience in what he does and would highly recommend him to our family and friends. I would also like to thank Mark Nakanishi, the Financial Services Accountant, for helping us finalize our purchase. He was also helpful on giving us tips to care for our car by recommending cleaning products. He definitely knew the ins and outs of his department. We also met Keiko Inouye from the business office and she welcomed us so warmly. Sheʻs like family! Thank you to the general manager, Brian Lee for being a great leader, as your team definitely provided very exceptional customer service on our purchase day, from the time we arrived until the moment we left with our new car. Upfront pricing, above and beyond service, and I love our new car. READ BEFORE YOU BUY: My experience at Lucky Owl Auto Sales…read more This was hands down the worst car buying experience I have ever had. From start to finish, the process was unorganized, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Here is a breakdown of why you should take your business elsewhere: * Extreme Unprofessionalism: My salesman, Alex, was distracted throughout our deal, constantly taking personal calls and texting friends while working with me. Later, he told me I could text or call anytime, but whenever I sent a text, he would get angry and snap at me to call instead. * Blaming the Customer for Their Mistakes: After my test drive, I parked exactly where instructed. Another employee backed up and hit two cars, including mine. Instead of apologizing, they blamed me for "parking wrong." Later, they forgot to sign the backend of my financing check, causing the bank to deny it. When I called to resolve it, they immediately blamed me for filling it out wrong and demanded a new check only to realize later that they had failed to endorse it. No apology was ever given. * Registration and Inspection Negligence: They sold me a vehicle with an expired registration and safety inspection without disclosing it. I had to personally drive the car to an inspection station on a separate day just to get the paperwork moving. * Title and Communication Nightmare: Getting the title signed took weeks. Whenever I called for an update, the staff became hostile. I had to drive back to the dealership three separate times just to sign the title because they either misjudged the delivery date or the only person authorized to open the mail wasn't in. * Immediate Mechanical Issues: Just three days after purchase, the check engine light came on. When I called Alex with the code from a local auto parts store, he dismissed it, claiming their "more expensive machines" were the only trustworthy ones (the codes matched exactly). To their credit, they did fix the issue and gave me a loaner car, but the attitude was completely unnecessary. It took over a month of constant babysitting just to get my vehicle legal and the paperwork finalized. I am incredibly relieved to finally be done dealing with Lucky Owl Auto Sales. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I was recently shopping for a new vehicle. Usually, I prefer big dealerships because of their…read more"no-haggle" pricing--unless you know the owner of a smaller lot. I've seen too many people get taken advantage of, so I did my homework on the specific car I wanted. I saw an ad for Aloha Auto Depot (808-599-9360). Since I didn't have a vehicle at the time, I did a lot of research online and checked Kelly Blue Book. Their price was very competitive compared to other small dealers and even larger ones like Tony Nissan. I wanted to work out the numbers first, and I decided that if we could agree on a price, I'd go in for a test drive and ask more questions. I found the car I liked at Aloha Auto Depot on a Sunday. Usually, business hours are shorter on Sundays, and they were closing at 4:30 PM. By the time I found a ride and arrived, it was already 4:00 PM, but I was greeted with a big smile by the salesman. He was very friendly; usually, when you show up that late, dealers ask you to come back tomorrow. However, since I had done most of the work beforehand, everything went smoothly. The showroom is beautiful! The location is the old Volkswagen dealership, but they've renovated it and it looks very nice. They even offer free coffee, water, and chocolates for customers. I had been communicating with one of the managers, Eddy, but when I arrived, Chris helped me. He is very easy to talk to and was willing to help me even though he ended up staying an hour and a half past closing time. I was very pleased with his service. I have worked in customer service for over 24 years, so my expectations are very high, but Chris nailed it. If you want a salesman who isn't pushy and is truly willing to help, look for Chris. They initially asked if I could pick up the car the next day so they could detail it, but I really needed the car that day. They asked me to come back later, but then the detailer got sick. I couldn't come back the next day, and that's when Steve stepped in. While he was helping me set up the car's app and my profile, he overheard the conversation. He put a crew together and detailed the car right then so I wouldn't have to make an extra trip. That is truly going above and beyond. If you want this kind of service, come see them. Steve helped me out so much. Thank you, and blessings! To the owner of Aloha Auto Depot you are very lucky to have this kind of staff. They need to update their address..

So they don't actually take "any condition" like they say they do. Also, in our emailed quote we received four days ago, it said about $7k for vehicle in "poor condition." That's also a lie since they wouldn't even take our van. When I asked Jacob what they meant by poor condition, he said it means dents or poor exterior condition and not mechanical. So why does the emailed offer not specify? I would recommend this company be upfront with their advertising so as not to waste people's time. Honesty is aloha and this place is not honest. He was not deterred about losing a future customer in explaining that what we needed is a little beyond the their capabilities, given the dealership would have the Vehicle specific diagnostic tools and the ability to factory reset the electronics. They're so good at explaining what happened and I've never felt ripped off. The reception area is nice with AC, water, and a TV, plus a huge perk is that they pay for your one way ride share from the shop after you drop your car off.
