Come back and we'll fix the issue. 2 months went by before they could fix. When they did, engine light came back on a month later but sorry, their 3 month warranty expired so nothing they could do! And the kicker was the car ac was so nice and cold - then 3 months later, ac blowing hot air. Sorry! 3 months later was up. 2 different managers telling different stories and texting you but never know who you're communicating with. Lesson learned. Choice??? Bad choice! Never again!

I brought my vehicle to Premier Auto specifically for a transmission fluid and filter change…read more Before scheduling, I called to confirm they were capable of performing this service on my vehicle, since another shop had already told me they could not. Premier Auto confirmed they could and provided a quote. About an hour into the job, I received a call stating they "didn't realize" additional components had to be removed to access the filter. At that point, the price was increased to roughly double the original quote--after work had already begun, leaving me with little option but to proceed. Shortly after the service, I began noticing a persistent rattling noise that did not exist prior. After inspecting the issue, it appears that the component they removed to access the filter was improperly reinstalled or overtightened, resulting in damage to the metal part and a constant rattle.
