However, on 11/24 around 1100, I called & left a message w/ Josh (owner) about my 5-ton furnace making a "thumping" sound.

But this company, Aaron Plumbing…read morewith headquarters in Suwanee, GA, was probably the most responsive and professional service I've had in a very long time. My water heater decided not to break on Tuesday evening, and I needed someone to come out and see what went wrong. It was roughly around 630 at night when I realized I had no hot water, so I Googled hot water repair services within my community. I called two plumbing services that were "near me" and both services told me I was out of their servicing zone. So I reached out to my neighbor and he gave me Aaron Plumbing's information. Now, but this time it was around 8:30 PM, but I still pick up the phone and gave them a call and a lovely lady answered the phone immediately. Unfortunately, I cannot remember her name, but she was remarkably friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable, and she went ahead and looked at the schedule for Wednesday. She told me that she could have a plumber out to my house between 8am and 12noon and I was excited that she was able to fit me into their very busy schedule. The young man, Tom Page, that came out Wednesday morning was also very kind and efficient. He was able to tell me that my water heater, which was the original to the house, would no longer be working for me, and that I would need a new one. I actually knew that I would need to replace my water heater at some point in time when I bought my home in 2019. But, as always, it's a disappointment even though you know it's going to happen. Tom actually had the correct water heater on hand and within a couple of hours had my water heater completely replaced. You'll see through the pictures below the old unit, and the new unit. When Tom was done with the installation, he walked me through exactly what he had done, he showed me pictures of what had been, and what was now fixed or replaced. We also had a great conversation on how to purge the silt in the bottom of the tank, once a year, to maintain the good health of my brand new water heater. I would certainly recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone in the northern Cumming area of Georgia, because Dawsonville plumbing and other plumbing facilities located in Cumming, GA do not service my neighborhood.

Our plumber (Matthew) was honest and explained everything he diagnosed and fixed. He finished the job and applied the diagnostic fee of $95.00 to the job. He tested the sewer pump several times before he left to ensure everything was fine. We will use them again for sure! Much appreciated! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I do not know where to begin…read more We hired this company to do the necessary plumbing for our small commercial kitchen after being assured by John Regusa that he knew what all of the city requirements were necessary to pass a plumbing inspection. What followed was something that took four times longer than communicated and was wrought with one frustration after another. Along the way I expressed concerns over the way things were coming along, however, was told by John at every turn that he knew what he was doing - even when it was apparent that he did not. I paid this company half of the total amount up front and John did his best to get me to give him the remaining half BEFORE the inspection, even lying to me about having scheduled it for the day he was due to finish all work. This was one of many lies he told me. Another of his lies was that he pulled a permit for the gas line he installed which, as it turned out, we did not need because there was an existing gas line already in place. The inspector confirmed the permit was not pulled and only added much after the fact in an effort to cover his behind. John still insisted he was right and the inspector was wrong. John simply had an excuse for everything. Long story short - the inspection failed - miserably. The inspector was shocked over the shoddy work done and simply could not believe his eyes at how some of the piping was rigged. The owner of the company, "Sam", was incredibly combative, deflective and completely unwilling to assume any responsibility from the very beginning. He refused to have a conversation with me at the very beginning, instead, insisting we communicate via email only. His deflection and defense of his employee John in light of emperical proof of lies told and sub par work completed is truly astonishing. Sam even has gone so far as to lay blame - get this - on me for believing John's lies. The two essentially continued to pee on my shoes while telling me it was raining. I believe this company does a signficant amount of damage control and positive PR to hide their MANY negative reviews I unfortunately came across too late. I would avoid them at all costs, especially if you are female as they seem to think we're all naiive and ignorant whose eyes they can easily pull the wool over. I intend on filing a complaint with the GA Secretary of State's Construction Industry Licensing Board - Division of Master and Journeyman Plumbers, BBB and all other appropriate forums. Here is a picture of the sink that John left on these blocks. This was how he left it after telling me it was finished. When I expressed dissatisfaction with this rigged set up - he backpeddled and told me he could get leg extenders, however, he had truly hoped I would be o.k. with it the way it was left. Amazing. The rest of his work was just as unprofessional.

This Review is a bit conflicted…read more... I have to be completely honest: I was very pleased with the quick response, on-time arrival, and quality of the work. The tech was a nice guy, efficient, and he explained everything. My downstairs unit had gone on the fritz and my living room was 80 degrees when I got home Friday night. I called, a tech called me back within 20 minutes and arrived about 45 minutes later. By now it was after 6:00pm and After Hours rates would apply. OK, that's life. I needed cold air and I needed it ASAP, so the premium for after hours was expected. Somehow A/C units never break during regular hours. The tech immediately identified a bad capacitor and said it would be about $200.00. I was a bit surprised since the last time this happened to my other unit it was about $90.00. OK, Inflation, perhaps. No big deal. After he replaced the capacitor he found that the blower motor had died and a new one would be $600.00. Whoa! It is a pretty small motor and I guessed it would be less than $200.00. But wait! If I buy the Maintenance Plan for $149.95 (I think) all the prices are reduced. The motor would only be $300.00. It still seemed a bit high, but I was desperate and the plan saved me more than it cost. Long story short...sort of... I was pleased with the response and service but felt a bit bludgeoned by the quoted high prices that would be reduced by the Maintenance Plan. Later I went on line and found the "$600.00" Waqner fan motor retails for under $150.00 (with shipping...) and the capacitor was under $30.00. (I love the Internet) I feel that they wildly inflate the cost of the parts to induce you to buy the Maintenance Plan, which brings the prices down to almost reasonable. My total price was $650.00 including the maintenance plan. I suppose that they feel if they quote reasonable prices you won't feel the need to buy the Maintenance Plan. They are probably right. Anyway, I was pleased and will be using them again...since I now have a Maintenance Plan.
