After speaking to a very nice lady at their office and assurance I will get what I need for the price I can afford, I booked an appointment for 'sometime' Sunday (they are flexible like that!). I did have home warranty coverage before and would book a plumber for a private gig over the insurance company any day. The home warranty I had was affordable but I was put through HELL every time I requested replacement of something (that is probably what happened to Sarah. Anyway, Greg (the plumber) called me one hour before arrival, completed repairs under one hour and even gave me discount (ON SUNDAY - who else does that?!) My plumbing leak started in January 2022 we called a local plumber and found it under the slab The work was started the next day taken out cement and fixing pipe. Turned on water and we had another leak in same pipe a few feet away but in the same room. Called back plumber to see if they can fix this one but they said no that this is a new leak that they had nothing to do with it and I would have to pay again.Sorry I will call someone else now Service Pro came out and had their leak detection say Yes we have one and it could return again and I should do a repipe..How much so they gave us a estimate and we said Ok for the repipe since the water was turned off and we wanted closer.They can start on Monday.Saturday we get a call from Service Pro that they gave us a wrong quote and raised it 3000.00 more.The field manager should know their prices and has done this quote many times since he was doing the estimate I said bait and switch and 10,000. was to much but they said that is the rate. I still had no choice with no water They took two days and everything OK except holes in kitchen and rooms .My wife did a walk through.but didn.t go in the bedroom.My friend who lived there open up the door and seen a large ceiling crack from one side to the other.He calls me and takes pictures and I show Service Pro. Isn't it interesting how an actual Manager of a company ignores the facts of the situation when it doesn't fit their narrative. I have a home with 9 faucets, 4 showers, 2 bathtubs, hot water recirculation, soft water unit, reverse osmosis in the kitchen. I've had the house for 22 years. I know bad practices when I see them. Most plumbers big, small, one person operations, if they charge an upfront visit fee, include that amount in the labor price if they are hired to do the job. $50 parts and Service Pros wanted $325 for a half hour of time spent. Continuing to attack your customer, confirms your bad customer service practices and is just a bad look for Service Pros. read more

We reviewed our needs with at least four places, one of which didn't even bother to send us a quote. They were all pretty much in the same price range but I personally liked this company the best. We had an incident where our water softener burst, releasing beads/ media into our water supply. It happened at 8 pm, we called Service Pro and they had a tech at our house within the half hour. Obviously you won't always be that lucky to have an available tech so quickly but it was prompt service. Our issue couldn't be resolved in one night but our tech Charles got us in the clear for the night. The following day, Jason came by to evaluate the situation at our home. We had two options, a clean out and replacing broken fixtures and valves/lines or a repipe. Trying to be fair and use our insurance we chose the flush and replacing valves, lines and fixtures as needed. Jason was able to schedule a crew for the following day. Everything is working great. Ruben and his crew came by today and flushed out our lines, replaced the fixtures as needed and the valves. He removed the old water softener and walked me through all the repairs made. I feel confident that the problem is solved and that in the future if an issue arises, I can count on Service Pro. Their office is very helpful by phone to get you the paperwork you need regarding quotes and itemizing break downs. They're happy to work with you and it is appreciated, customer service is rare these days, but service pro has it. read more

Today, while getting ready for work, I noticed the water pressure dropping rapidly and immediately went to the garage to check the status of the water heater, only to be greeted by a huge spray of water and the garage being flooded. The water heaters hot water nipple (entering the tank) had broken off at the tank and water was spraying everywhere in large volumes. I immediately shut everything down, and surveyed the damage and called Service Pros Plumbers. I talked to Jason and he said he would have someone come out ASAP, sure enough with 60 minutes Steve and his helper were here to survey the problem. After determining that we had to replace the hot water heater, they gave me a reasonable estimate, which I approved and they went to get what was needed and returned shortly thereafter.
