When a tornado deposited a huge tree in the middle of my stepmother's house this past May, we were shocked and astounded at the damage. I called that morning in a panic. Servpro had someone onsite at my house that day to assess and Scott's team were at my house the following morning to begin the clean up and dry out. I just went through two days of hell at my home with water damage to the basement. Your team consisting of Dave, Charles, and Erica were exceptional, curtious, professional,effiecient. On December 29,2016 we had a unfortunate flood due to a blockage in the town sewer line. I called Servpro and they had someone at my home within the hour. I must say I was impressed ! They vacuumed the basement and disposed of all the ruined rugs that day. Another crew came out the following day to sanitize and dispose of items such as toys and household items that were not salvageable. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to take care of the dampness. Everyone that I met from Servpro starting with Andrei, who came to check out the damage to Dave, Ron, Wilfredo, and Leo were very professional. My whole experience with SERVPRO of New Haven was great. I had water damage in three bedrooms, the kitchen, and the den addition. From the moment the guys came in, til they left, they were professional, courteous, friendly, and neat. They explained everything they were going to do, told me they would leave my house as clean as it was before they started, and got right to work. ServPro is very responsive to emergency calls. We had a sewage backup into our basement and they were on site within 2 hours of our call. They did a thorough job on the cleanup. Scott and Nick were both customer service orientated. The only drawback in the experience was when they were cutting out damaged sheetrock and the equipment malfunctioned, the dust caused the smoke detector to alarm which brought the fire dept. However, everything else was satisfactory and I would call them again in the future if needed. read more

Servpro was the company chosen by my insurance to clean up after lightning hit the house and caused fire that damaged the kitchen and basement.. I have to say they were good but expensive. I do no know why they cleaned the shelves in th e kitchen when al l the shelves needed to be changed. They aired the basement with giant blowers for several days or weeks. I did nit need to pay but I saw the bill. If you are paying be sure you have a contract. They are]good at what they do read more
