This is our second time being at Sesh and we can confirm that we love the vibe of this location and the food. We arrived around 2 PM on a Saturday and we were able to get seats at the bar. There were plenty of other seats available, but within about an hour of us sitting down the place was full. There were a couple of people who definitely live in the neighborhood so it definitely kind of has that neighborhood Bar vibe but also definitely place a lot of tourists Come in to have lunch or dinner as well. My husband got the double smash burger with bacon, said it was really good, but was a little bit larger than what he had an appetite for. I got the spooky menu special, which was that "we're having Cantonese" and ask them to add chicken. It was delicious! Noodles were cooked perfectly. The vegetables were nice and fresh And the chicken was excellent. My husband got the fourth Street pils and enjoyed that it was very light drinking. Sooo Sesh was a totally random find and I'm so glad I stumbled across this hidden gem! I grabbed a high-top in the bar area, and the bartender was super attentive and helpful when it came to picking out my tasting flight. The decor was a cool mix the dining area has a black-and-white theme, while the bar and lounge give off cozy cabin vibes. The flight I chose was great, and the food definitely hit the spot. This place was amazing! The modern Victorian decor was very unique, the ambiance and service was fast and welcoming. The menu is extensive with many gluten free options. We started with the clubhouse salad which had generous toppings and blue cheese. The ranch is clearly homemade and very smooth and flavorful which is great for salads and dipping. The chicken club was so flavorful, I have never had a chicken sandwich with beets and pesto but it was a great combo. The piece of chicken was large and juicy as well and I got it on gluten free bed which was toasted well and did not crumble. The steak sandwich was also different from anything I have seen as it had a fried pickle spear on top. My favorite part though was the fries. We enjoyed Sesh very much! The food was really excellent and came very fast. I had the salmon bowl and loved it. My husband and my friend got the burger and they enjoyed it very much. Also the chocolate and peanut butter beer was to die for my friend went nuts over it! I had the IpA really enjoyed it full flavor, my husband had the Pathfinder Porter, he loved it full of flavor well balanced. Atmosphere there is a lot of fun love all the different types of artwork on the walls. And love the lobby area when you walk in that cool mirror on the wall is very nice and the patio area is gorgeous so relaxing.. oh and our server was really nice. We found this place on the gluten-free app and had to check it out - no way, a GF menu AND craft beer in the same place? Amazing! The space is super cool an especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. I've been here twice now with friends who have gluten allergies, and they were both beyond impressed! The servers seemed knowledgeable regarding the allergies, as well as the menu and beers. Ok, how COOL is this place?! If spooky season is your favorite, this is the place to be!! The Halloween-theme decor is amazing... My husband and I came here for an early dinner. We got a flight to try a few different beers and they were great. We also ordered the wings to start and they were big, super flavorful and fantastic! For my entree, I ordered the smash burger, which tasted just like a "regular" burger, but it was excellent nonetheless. Pretty good! Got a double smashburger but I wouldn't exactly call it a smashburger. The patties were still pretty thick so I wish I had gotten just one. But the patties had some interesting spices and the toppings cheese etc was all really good so it's just the technical craft that had me a bit disappointed. However the fries were exactly as I like them - thin and very crispy. Although I do love a fun fry dip and all they had was ketchup. Which of course is a classic but these days most places have like a special sauce or something that I've come to expect. It was perfect. For appetizers we ordered ceviche and beef tartare. Ceviche was baby scallops with a tasty pico salsa. The beef tartare was our favorite served with capers and a quail egg. For our entrees we ordered the grouper surf and turf and the pork osso bucco. My favorite was the osso bucco. The sauce was amazing. It also cones with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I plan to ask for double mash and extra osso bucco sauce next time. The drinks: it's a brewery so definitely recommend trying a beer or cider. We also ordered a cocktail. My husband and I decided to split a sample flight of beer to start. The beer was decent, not enough to finish it. Then we got the fried shrimp appetizer (3/5). Next, my husband got the brew pup burger (1/5), which he continually stated was horrible. That never happens, especially since he's in the restaurant business himself. I got the ribeye with broccolini and risotto. It was like a waffle house steak, it was disgusting. Everything was overly salted as well. The only reason will be returning is for a beer. A little nostalgic since we were fans of the melting pot but they did keep the historic ambience and the decor is pretty cool. The beer list is a little short but I assume that will grow. The blonde I had was really good though. They have a full bar and some really nice cocktails. After looking over the menu we started with some fried pickle spears. They were overly breaded and not much seasoning IMO. The pickles were flat and chewy. Old I think. Next we had the wedge salad. Pretty tasty but needed something. Maybe red onions or red wine vinegar? For mains I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich. Loved the sweet heat flavors. Chicken was cooked well but it was over breaded as well and the fries were not crispy at all. Did not like the fries but the beer cheese was delicious! Deb had the BBQ ribs. Not fall off the bone but tasty. Not a fan of the ratatouille. Doesn't seem to fit and it is a side for lots of stuff. I thought I reviewed Sesh after our first visit about 8 months ago, but I guess not. We saw they won best beer if Fl for Sesh Light so went back Fri night for dinner with another couple. We made a reservation for outside at 6pm, glad we did as it was pretty packed. I will start off by saying that service was meh both times, certainly not what brought us back. On both visits we got chips & dips as a starter and it is good to share. Chip to dip ratio was off on both visits as there is not enough chips. First time we asked for more chips and got them midway through entrees, this time we did not but she left it sitting on the table so we dipped our fries. I understand why the Sesh Light won. It is easy to drink and tasted great. My bf got a different beer (4th St Pils) and liked his beer as well. My friend got a NA tonic drink, she said the citrus was too light and just tasted like fizzy water. Nice that they have NA, but maybe need to revamp. Last time I got a bowl and was not overly happy, but my bf got the gator po boy and that is what brought us back. Last time the bread was super soft, gator was tender, juicy and appeared to be flash fried with a nice old bay aioli. This time bread was crusty (I only ate one bite and then ate the gator & toppings out) and the middle was not soft. The gator was deep fried, perhaps the oil was old but it dried out the gator. They did not put any aioli on the bread, just a squeeze back and forth across the top. Lettuce, tomato and raw onion on top. My friend's husband got the steak sammie and loved the fried pickle spear on top. Overall he liked his sandwich, but agreed on the bread. He thought they used La Segunda, but maybe no longer. My friend got bay scallop ceviche and the beet salad. She thought both were great. A friend I went with last time got the beet salad too and also enjoyed it. It is very thinly sliced and topped with a decent sized ball of burrata cheese. We all liked the fries and the seasoning on the fries. At $12 a slice we passed on Key Lime Pie. The desserts were all over priced in our opinion. It is a good location for where we live and I'm sure we will go again at some point. read more

We finally had an opportunity to stop in here. This place keeps pretty busy and there is limited parking. Sesh is large but it stays full. They have about 20 seats at the bar and quite a bit of indoor and outdoor seating. If you want to eat here, you better make a reservation. I tried a few of the beers. The Red Wedding Irish red ale was probably my favorite. They make several IPAs, some ciders, and a seltzer. They also have a cocktail menu and wine. We didn't get to try the food today but it looked and smelled good. The bartenders were fairly attentive but there were some gaps in service when it took a while to get a refill. If you sit at the outdoor bar, you will have the fans constantly blowing on you which can be good and bad. The beer menu is hard to read because the wind is blowing so far. They should consider something to hold the beer menus down outside. They also have TouchTunes. However they don't have any speakers outside. Starting off, this place has a really cool vibe to it. There is a bunch of ghosts from all sorts of pop culture scattered around the place. It has the typical bar meals (burgers, fries, etc.) but they do a great job at them. If I want a great burger in the area, this is where I am going to go. I do have to say that although they are a brewery, they do not have that great of beers. They do however do great with their cocktails. The service was excellent, the server spent extra time describing the food items and we were not disappointed! We ordered the wings for an appetizer, which had a nice subtle Smokey flavor and the perfect amount of spice. For my meal I chose the gnocchi which was cooked perfectly in a light flavorful pesto sauce with lots of veggies. My partner chose the meatloaf which was unique with a game forward taste. The accompanying mashed potatoes were perfectly mashed with occasional lumps and skin (just how I like them). To drink I had a nightmare on 4th street on the drink specials, it was tequila forward with a subtle apple cider flavor and a carmel sugar rum. Based on the other reviews we went with the tried and true smash burger. The patties are big & the double was more than I could eat but I wasn't mad at the leftovers. I asked for the fries to be extra crispy and that they were. The $1 side of beer cheese was worth it--I rarely find beer cheese I like and this one hit the mark.
