This place is amazing, will definitely stop by again next time we're on the cape. Parking was a little difficult to navigate as you need to drive through the Dennis Yacht Club parking lot and down a hill to reach it (the spots are also very tight) but that was our only complaint. We skipped the line and went straight to the raw bar which is always seemingly less packed. I'd recommend doing this if you're going at a busy time otherwise the lines get very long. Oysters were very expensive (6 for $17.99!!) but large and very good. Steamers and Salmon plate was reasonably priced at about $17 each as well. And lastly, you cannot beat the view. A year-round Cape resident suggested this place and it might have been the best lobster roll of my New England trip. If you are planning on drinking be sure to grab a 6-pack before you go, it's BYOB. The parking at this place looks worse than it is. I went during the summer and they had a few teenagers directing traffic, didn't take too long to find a spot. Don't know how I haven't reviewed this place before. I've been coming here for lobster rolls for years! It's a little seaside place on the harbor with great views. All of the seating is outside and it is CASH ONLY! They do have an ATM. Other folks have mentioned that you do have to order raw bar/soup from a separate place, but there is never a line over there. The line is usually for "entree food". I've already been three times this summer (all in the last couple of weeks). Today was the first time I actually had to wait in line for a parking spot. I sat in my car for about 15 minutes waiting for people to leave. The only other option was to pay $10 for the lot next door. No thanks - I'll wait! I did notice that a couple ladies were chatting in the parking lot for the whole time I was waiting. They had 2 cars and they were just talking. I wish the parking attendants had asked them to move along. There were literally dozens of people sitting in their cars and not eating while people chatted in the parking lot (not even at tables). Oh, well - I digress. The reason for the 5 star review is the FOOD!!! I don't bother coming here for burgers or even fried fish. I come for lobstah! I prefer lobster rolls with butter versus with mayo, so that's what I order. And it costs about $2.50 more, but whatever. The lobster meat itself isn't warm, but the butter is. That's fine with me. The lobster is fresh and delicious! Sometimes the chunks of lobster meat are large and sometimes small, but they always taste like heaven. I usually eat all of the lobster out and then dunk the grilled roll in the butter and eat that separately. Teehee! The roll comes with fries and coleslaw, which are fine, but I never have much room for them and would rather get to the goods! The place is BYOB, so you see people bringing water, cokes, wine, beer, whatever. I love that I can save a bit of money by bringing my own beverages - alcoholic or not. I've seen folks bust out a whole cooler and stay for a while (which is totally fine if it's not crowded). That said - stay away from popular lunch and dinner times if you can. Come get a lobster roll at 3 PM and you can sit the afternoon away, looking at the water, keeping your food away from the gulls and drinking the bottle of wine you brought with you. Can't go wrong! As long as this place keeps up with the tasty lobstah, I'll keep coming back! read more

Go for breakfast - too crowded later in the day. My family vacations for a week every summer on the Cape, and breakfast here has become a tradition. The pancakes are huge and loaded with blueberries (if that's what you choose), the eggs Benedict are fantastic, and the hard-working college students have lots of energy. BYO WINE, we were able to bring exactly what we wished, unconstrained by rules / limitations. Best VALUE, hands down, in my 40 years of 'dining out'. Reached a pinnacle yesterday. Parking easy. Queued up. Ordered, paid, found a picnic table water side on the Sesuit harbour, waited and enjoyed nibbles from home with a lovely Portugese Albarino. Congenial diners all round doing similar, waiting for servers to shout out their order number as they carried out and delivered the 'feast'. Wait time? Not long..... 30 minutes perhaps. That AMAZING kitchen pumped out a huge volume of exceptionally fine QUALITY seafood. Deliciciousness off the scale: Haddock simply fried. BIG JUICY delectable. Lobster rolls with insane amount of claw meat. Sides of fries, Cole slaw & potato salad also excellent. Our 2nd wine was a white Premier Cru Burgundy vintage 2013. Superlatives cannot do justice again. Such a pleasure to consume OUR choice, rather than an expensive, usually inferior product. Memories are made. My 1st time in Cape Cod. This is a great little spot right on Sesuit Harbor! Breakfast is always great and despite usually being busy, the line always moves quickly for ordering your meal. The menu is big enough to satisfy anyone's breakfast cravings, and there is also a little section with baked goods such as muffins. Keep in mind though, that there is only outdoor seating and plastic utensils. The location is perfect for people and boat watching, with the Bay nearby and boars coming in and out of Sesuit Harbor! Only complaint is that the regular cashier girl during breakfast hours is not friendly or very accommodating. read more

I had lobster for dinner last night.... and I din't have a lobster roll, so logically as we are leaving the Cape.... I'm on a mission. We were searching for a place while near Dennis, and this place popped up. We went a bit out of our way to get here, but boy was it worth it. It wasn't lunch time yet, and we inquired about getting lobster rolls. It was 1100am, lunch starts at 1130. We were told we can get them, but no fries due to the fryer not being on yet. We could substitute double slaw, chips, or home fries from breakfast. We were game. There were no prices posted anywhere, and the lunch menu was leaning against the wall ready to be hung once breakfast was declared over. So we blindly ordered, 4 lobster rolls and an omelet. She casually told us the total of 109.00, and we nearly fell over. But that's what you pay for a lobster roll when it is overflowing with delicious, tender, and flavorful pieces of lobster meat. This is a serious roll, so serious, that the bun couldn't hold the meat. This was the end of our vacation, and it was delightful. Worth every penny. I live on Cape Cod year round and don't usually eat here and now won't in the future. My expensive scallops were all gritty and the accompanying fries were mediocre at best. Also, I went with one other person so we had to sit with strangers, which is fine unless you get to sit next to a Chatty Cathy!!! We came here after jet skiing and parasailing, since its right by the docks. The patio is large and has open picnic table seating. Cons: No bathrooms that we could find. One of the most beautiful settings to have a sunset dinner. You order in the restaurant and find a seat at the picnic tables set up along the pier. The servers find you when the food is ready. Raw seafood and soups are ordered separately. The lobster roll was excellent. Large and satisfying chucks of lobster, dressed lightly which was as sweet as the sea breeze. The 1-1/4 lobster was good too if you want to work for the lobster meat. We had the grilled salmon which was seasoned well. We also had the twin shrimp skewers and were as good as to be expected. This has become a regular stop on our Cape Trips. The route to the restaurant is a bit off the main tourist driving so log the address in your GPS. The parking is a bit confusing for the first time patron too. Stay to the left as you enter the harbor entrance and keep left to the parking lot by the restaurant. In the summer, there may be a employee routing traffic. The restaurant is located on the harbor with a seaway view. Picnic tables line the docks for your use. Some have umbrellas; however, you may want sunscreen and a cap in summer. The food is excellent. My wife loves the lobster roll, I usually get clams or scallops. My son loves the onion rings. They are also a great spot for take out. In the tourist season, time your visit carefully. Noon and dinner time are busy, and the lines may be long. Also during the tourist season staff were bringing items out to the tables. I am not sure is this service is seasonal. This is a great eating spot for the whole family ! read more

I absolutely love this place! One of my favorite stops when I'm on the cape. Last time I was on the cape I went three times lol. The restaurant sits on the harbor with picnic benches and is BYOB. It is beautiful around sunset time and the food is delicious and not overly priced! It's not a usual sit down restaurant, you order, find your own seat and then they bring it to you. The seating is a little stressful during peak hours but the lower pricing in food makes up for it. For dinner I have had their tuna sandwich, lobster savannah, and lobster bisque. The lobster savannah was my least fave and could have used a side of butter but the tuna sandwich was a big steak of tuna and was exactly what we needed after a long day on the water. I have also heard excellent reviews about their lobster rolls. For breakfast attached is the picture of their classic eggs Benedict which was excellent! My boyfriend and best friend also loved the Linguicia and cheese scrambler. I also have had their veggie omelette with pepper jack cheese and seriously one of the best omelettes I've ever had! People go nuts over this place. It's just okay. Lobster isn't that flavorful so a half assed attempt to increase the flavor profile would be welcomed. A sprinkle of herbs, a dash of garlic salt, and a drizzle of smoked butter would just set this off... and, I don't want to blow your mind but maybe add a smidge of bacon crumble to differentiate yourself.
