Extremely frustrating experience with scheduling and appointment management…read more This office repeatedly sends appointment confirmations and asks patients to confirm multiple times, yet somehow still manages to change, reschedule, or double-book appointments. On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

I booked a series of three appointments one month apart as recommended on that phone call, and took time off of work for recovery. The day before my first appointment I called because I had not received instructions for the visit nor confirmation for any of the visits. After waiting on hold (which happens every time you call), it turns out, they only booked two out of the three, and failed to send confirmation for any of them. Too bad, they said, they could not reschedule me for another month. Luckily, I went elsewhere and then learned I did NOT need a series of 3 treatments - due to the condition of my skin, one was plenty for the results I wanted. So inadvertently, their mistake saved me the $3,000 that they had upsold me on. Additionally, the Dysport I received was poorly placed (and expensive), and now I have to wait until it wears off to have it corrected by someone else. They talked me into getting Dysport in my chin, and now my chin involuntarily gets stuck in bizarre placements and I have to manually move it. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a dermatology or esthetics clinic. Recommend going literally anywhere else.

For me, I really didn't want a lot of the heaviness in my forehead and she did the smallest amount possible to just get my forehead lines to chill out. I love the results! I also tried PRP microneedling with her the first time and i've been back for the second treatment. I ended up walking across the street to Cosmo Nail to have my nails fixed and immediately you can see the difference in quality to low quality. Fast forward to a week later, I'm now missing three more nails because the tips broke and I have a couple more cracking.
