I really liked my experiences at Entrada, it was easy to make appointments, I never had any issues, before, during, or after the visit and always appreciated the cooling gel they give as a nice extra touch. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

Having an appointment scheduled does not mean anything. This past week I called the Burlingame office scheduled for 8/22, the next day I got a message informing that the appointment changed to another time (still the same day), I called them again to understand why, the agent offered to return to the original time scheduled. Got a phone call confirming the appointment - which I confirmed. For my surprise, the next day I got the long message (picture here) cancelling the appointment. I am seriously considering requesting a full refund of the thousands of dollars I paid upfront for the treatment. Here is my request to this company: be serious about your operations and customer satisfaction strategy. Do something please, to deliver what customers like myself paid upfront for.

I found her reaction dismissive and extremely rude. If my request was unacceptable, they could have told me when I called and saved me an hour of driving. Given the concerns surrounding non-FDA-approved peptides, I believe politely requesting to see the product (label) of what I am purchasing is reasonable. The doctor's reaction only made me more concerned about the source of what they are selling. It is totally fine that the dr wants to hide what they are selling. What makes me upset is wasting an hour driving in for this unpleasant experience.

A few years ago I added Botox. Dr G was my first experience with Botox and she's wonderful. In the beginning she listened closely to what I wanted (to remove the ever deepening line between my eye brows) and she explained that to get a natural look involves considering how all the muscles move together. She tried different injection locations, asked how I liked it at my next visit, and adjusted based on my feedback. Now, when I come in she ensures I want the same constellation of injections and works off her recorded "map" of my face. Dr G is very good at Botox! On several occasions, I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment only to wait 45 minutes or more before being seen. I understand that healthcare offices can run behind occasionally, but when this becomes a consistent pattern, it shows a lack of respect for patients' time. Many of us take time off work, arrange childcare, and adjust our schedules to make these appointments. The staff may be courteous, but the scheduling process is disorganized and unreliable. If you book an appointment here, be prepared for significant delays and the possibility that your confirmed appointment may not actually be honored as scheduled. I hope management takes a serious look at their scheduling practices because this experience has been disappointing and unnecessarily stressful.

I booked a series of three appointments one month apart as recommended on that phone call, and took time off of work for recovery. The day before my first appointment I called because I had not received instructions for the visit nor confirmation for any of the visits. After waiting on hold (which happens every time you call), it turns out, they only booked two out of the three, and failed to send confirmation for any of them. Too bad, they said, they could not reschedule me for another month. Luckily, I went elsewhere and then learned I did NOT need a series of 3 treatments - due to the condition of my skin, one was plenty for the results I wanted. So inadvertently, their mistake saved me the $3,000 that they had upsold me on. Additionally, the Dysport I received was poorly placed (and expensive), and now I have to wait until it wears off to have it corrected by someone else. They talked me into getting Dysport in my chin, and now my chin involuntarily gets stuck in bizarre placements and I have to manually move it. Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with a dermatology or esthetics clinic. Recommend going literally anywhere else.

You have to pay a $20 deposit to hold your reservation time, but the deposit is applied to your total service cost. The spa is inside what used to be a residential house which was confusing for me at first as I was driving by, but once you walk in, you only receive high end spa vibes. Everything is cozy, well decorated, and very comfortable. I was shown into my spa room and received a great facial service, which left my skin feeling soft, smooth, and well moisturized. The staff provides great treatment end to end and one of the staff members walked me through some package options at the end for how I could continue my skincare routine to address my concerns. One thing to note is that they do spend time upselling you here so plan on being here for an additional 10-15 minutes while they put you in a room and walk you through the additional packages available. There was just one other thing to note - when I was doing the infrared portion of my facial, my technician stepped out for about 10 minutes. When she came back, I got the faint whiff of cigarette smoke which, while not very strong, was a bit distracting.
