I wanted to stop into try the famous pickle sandwich. I tried to order on their website but it wasn't taking online orders at that particular time so I drove there with hopes it wouldn't be crowded. It was a little after 9 on a weekday morning. I was able to find parking right out front. The staff members were friendly and several greeted me and offered to get my order ready for me. It wasn't too crowded and after placing my order I did some LIGHT browsing but its obvious people give their orders and then browse the aisle for the random but seemingly delicous grocery items. It was clean, organized, and the shelves were stocked. The tuna was yummy and flavorful. The pepper jack added the right amount of spice to the sandwich. The pickle was crisp and delicious. Although super cool that the sandwich is on a pickle its also just a regular sized pickle so its kind of small. I paid about $10 i guess for the vibes. I probably wouldn't come for the pickle sandwich again but a regular hero on the way to the beach sounds lovely. read more

Once my husband heard about the viral pickle sandwich he had to get it. We arrived on Sunday around 1:30. There are 2 lines one for the pickle sandwich which is located towards the back of the store and the other for regular deli orders. There were probably 15 ppl ahead of us online. After a few minutes we were told that we'd get the last pickle sandwich because they ran out. Lots of people came on line behind us and I disappointed them all by letting them know pickles were sold out for the day. The line was slow, it took about 1.5 hours to get to the front. We did indeed snag the last pickle sandwich and I opted for an eggplant hero. The pickle sandwich included honey turkey, provolone and bacon. My husband was in heaven eating it, he loved it. I got the #47 which was fried eggplant, broccoli rabe and melted fresh mozzarella on a hero. It was delicious. Overall prices were a little on the high side compared to other places, but they definitely make some quality sandwiches. While we waited a long time for the pickle sandwich, the regular line turned over many times while we were there. read more

Wow, I came for the pickle sandwiches and left with so much satisfaction. I arrived at around 9am on a Monday and there was no line. I promptly ordered the Pickle Sandwich #9, which I highly recommend because it comes with an assorted amount of cold cuts. I also ordered the #132 Atomic Bomb. It took a while to prepare, but that wasn't a problem because I ordered and drank my coffee in the meantime and walked around the store. One of the managers kindly gave me a pastry that was damaged that they were going to throw away, which I happily accepted ( it was amazing by the way! ) The sandwiches were amazing! It was really delicious. The pickle sandwich was heavenly, and for $9.99 it's such a good price. Unfortunately, I was disappointed because the menu stated the Atomic Bomb sandwich to be $9.99 but I was charged $10.99 for it. It's not a big deal but I wish the prices were consistent. I saw their viral Caesars salad wrap on Tiktok and decided I wanted to try it out. I called around 5:25-5:30pm because I noticed they were closed at 6pm. I thought about it said oh that's perfect a ceasar wrap is quick to make I can be there in a couple of minutes. I called them, again its 5:30, they close at 6pm. I asked if I could place an order the lady on the phone states no, we are closed and we hung up. I called back and stated "hello, it's just a Caesar wrap are you sure?", I overhear on the phone people arguing about whether my wrap can be made or not. I have worked in food service in the past and even if it was fifteen minutes till closing, the customer's order should still be taken and placed. If your facility is stating, you close at a certain time and I'm calling beforehand that should not be an issue. So, they take my order and tell me to get there ASAP. Mind you it's raining that day so I go as fast as I can maybe got there around 5:45. As I walkin everyone has their jackets on staring at me as I walk in. I appreciated the accommodation to make me my wrap but the delivery and the way it was handled was wrong. Truly disappointed! read more

I'm a regular at Seven Brothers. I go once ,sometimes twice a week. I spend less then a hundred between the 2 visits. I was in today sunday around 12,30 pm. One of the new guys helped me. Pretty busy but nothing unusual. I ask him for fresh turkey a half a pound and a half pound of domestic prosciutto sliced thin. He grabs the oven gold turkey I happen to notice . I say no I asked for fresh turkey. He seemed insulted that I said it out loud. What should i do? I want fresh not Oven gold, I said it nice not being rude. He says ok. Then he grabs the domestic prosciutto and says domestic right I say yea. When i get home he charged me for the imported Prosicutto de parma . 3 or 4 bucks additional. No big deal. Then they charge me a nickel for the paper bag to take it home. LOL. I ask him for a stick of Hormel Pepperoni. he says they only sell them in two stick packs. Lol. We drove 45 minutes to find out what was all the hype with these pickle sandwiches. There is a separate line for the pickle sandwiches which moved fairly quickly. I ordered a chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato and honey mustard on my pickle. The pickle added an extra crunch and sour taste to the sandwich. But, I really wasn't that impressed. I love this place. Locally owned and operated and recently moved into a larger, more updated space across the street from the original store I was familiar with. Try and get there early. Great meat department, marinated meats, speciality items and a great way to pick up items of a picnic or a day at the beach. They also do catering, Some of my favorites: eggplant salad, three potato salad, roasted artichokes, chicken and parsley sausage roll, home made tortilla chips, eggplant rollatini, pepperoni Stromboli , in house made a la vodka sauce, chicken meatballs, summer salad, and so many others. This deli/butcher is so good, definitely my favorite in the area. I didn't realize the old location closed and they moved across the street next to Modell's. The new store is beautiful and they still make the best sandwiches in town. Love them all, the heroes are so fat here. I recommend the 7 Brothers, the 6 sisters, the godfather and my new favorite - crunch time. Whoever had the idea to bread chicken fingers in captain crunch is a genius. They have an appetizing section as well as cold cuts as well as a butcher and fresh fruits and vegetables. All the staff that work in the store are always nice and friendly. They also have a section for ready-to-cook meals that you just have to heat up. Living in a neighborhood that has many butchers, seven brothers is definitely a standout place to go. I used to love this place, but it put me off when I noticed the deli workers not changing gloves to make my sandwich after touching raw chicken breasts. I also noticed they would take a broom with their gloves on and and start sweeping, then go and make my sandwich with the same gloves on. This place is a one stop shop for all your Italian favorites. If my wife didn't know how to cook good I would be getting lots of stuff there. I came in because I was craving a hero. So I ordered a pepperoni, ham, turkey lettuce tomatoes extra onions mayo mustard and American. And everything was on there just like I asked. Perfect amount of everything and he actually put extra onions. Most places say yeah and never put extra of anything just the same amount. The mustard was perfect not that cheap frenches. The products that they sell are good, however, way overpriced. The main reason to go to this store is for the deli and both times I've shopped here, the deli counter workers are rude ! The first time a worker totally disregarded me waiting in line & served someone he obviously knew.. when I said something I was ignored. When your buying high end grocery, the last thing you need is a rude and obnoxious worker. The store also closes quite early, but shut off slicing machines 15 minutes before the store closes- so if you're rushing to get there after work, forget it. If you close at 6pm- keep your machines on until 6. Anyway, they have lost a customer after my last visit- I made a special trip there to shop "local" and everything was closed up during business hours (5:48) and felt like a huge inconvenience for having walked in within 15 min of close.
