I did my research and was lucky to book with Daniel months in advance. Let me say, Daniel is a true professional! We met up, he listened to what I wanted, and came up with a full sleeve concept that blew away my mind! This was my first tattoo and the experience I had was amazing. Daniel's professionalism branched out to his team as well. Everyone was so nice and kept checking in. The customer service was great! Daniel's work was what I've been looking for for years. So I came in the other day to ask about a tattoo I wanted to get and I was a bit turned off by the situation. First off, the place looks great and very welcoming. The receptionist at the front desk was nice. When I arrived and spoke with the receptionist she introduced me to a female tattoo artist who was very nice. I went over some basic details and the artist told me she was down to do the job and quoted me a time of about 3-4 hrs or so for the job which I was cool with. A price was given and then suddenly the receptionist whispered something to the artist that changed the price quote from a 4 hr job to a 7 hr job. That's were the issue came into play. Totally came off like I was being up-selled. I then said "ok, thanks I'll think about it," only to have the receptionist say "I would recommend setting up an appointment to secure your appointment. A deposit is required." I just smiled at walked out. I had heard rumors about this place doing stuff like that.. either pricing gouging or telling you the piece is gonna take longer than expected forcing you to come back despite them originally saying it would only be one session. I wanted to personally give it a shot as they have amazing artists at this place and would have loved to be tattooed by one of them. Unfortunately, the situation just kind of turned me off. I had the pleasure of being tattooed by Nixx. It was an overall amazing experience! Shelby is so polite and funny she made the check in process easy and fun! The shop is very clean and relaxing. They ordered lunch and even made sure that the clients got something to eat as well. All the artist in the shop where nice to talk to and where not rude like most places. Nixx was awesome made sure I was comfortable and listened to everything I wanted in the tattoo! This shop is super! Clean, bright, professional and Mike Andrade is the best! I contacted them last week ahead of a very quick trip to Vegas from LA, hoping just to visit the shop and maybe meet Mike. Imagine my happy surprise when Brian (he may be the booking manager) told me to drop by and they'd at least show me around-it turned out that Mike had 90 minutes until his next appointment and was happy to take me as a walk in. I'd only seen Mike's work on Instagram, but it was even better to see it in person-I got a watercolor sun from his flash; I love it!! Awesome that they take credit cards too. I feel like i got scammed. No disrespect to the artists or the establishment but i made an appointment a week prior and i recently got injured on the arm that i was supposed to get worked on. I called to push my appointment but the receptionist i talked to said i had to give notice 2 weeks prior? And she said i had to forfeit my 100 deposit and give another 100. I would gladly give another deposit if it all went towards the work but she said itd be forfeited. Which i dont get. I guess ill find a different place when my arm is healed? read more

New location! Used to be off of Sahara, but now are in a much bigger space. All of the artists are amazing! They book out for months in advance, so don't expect to walk up and get a same day tattoo. They do however have a cancellation list. That way if your appointment is 8 months down the line, but someone else bails they will call and ask if you want that spot. If you cancel without rescheduling at least 2 weeks in advance, you lose your deposit. Don't be that guy. Very spacious new building. They have a segregated room for people getting work done that requires them to sit exposed (aka hiding the bewbs from plain sight for people getting chest pieces). Anna is a great front desk coordinator, now apprentice, that will make sure everything is taken care of from setting up an appointment to day of paperwork. Super sweet gal. They have snacks and drinks free of charge for those getting ink. Bring cash, because they also do food runs. This was my first tattoo and it went really well. My artist, James Strickland, gave me a beautiful back piece. Easy to talk to and made most of the tattoo a breeze (it was hard to talk towards the end because I was getting sore as hell and sleepy). Did it hurt? Duh, but he has a pretty gentle hand so it was bearable. I recommend him to anyone looking to get a rad black and grey piece. read more

The artist I've been going to for a few different pieces is Edson Cano. Insanely talented artist who can take on any style you're looking for. I've spent multiple full day sessions with Edson at this point and would trust him with any design in any style. Read if you want your faith in humanity restored! I was waiting for my turn and saw a rush of movement out of the corner of my eye. When I turned to look, I saw two staff physically carrying a girl who had passed out to the couches to sit. One staff stayed with her and got her settled on the couch and the other rushed to bring her chocolate and a Gatorade--which they didn't charge her for. They stuck around her for easily 15 minutes, alternating between talking to her and bringing her a wet cloth for the back of her neck. Before they left, they asked her for her favorite song and put it up on the TV in the lobby for her. Glad to report she's feeling a lot better with some sugar in her system. Being somewhat new to Vegas I had no idea where to start when I was searching for a new artist and I'm so happy I chose Seven Tattoo Studio, I've had three sessions with Kevin Furness and each time has been great. He's super gentle to get tattooed by, creative, amazing at what he does, and fun to talk to, also he's just an all around easy person to be around. I was extremely happy with the service, we walked in and they were able to accommodate us. We had a couples' tattoo done to celebrate our 10 years of marriage and it took about an hour. This was my first tattoo and I've dreamed about getting one since I was 13! I was super nervous, but every one reassured me that it'd be fine. From the receptionist to the artists, every one was super friendly and professional. We went in with an idea of what we wanted and they helped us bring that idea to reality. They gave us a tablet where we could choose the font for our tattoo. We paid quite a bit compared to Hawaii's prices, but the whole idea was to get a tattoo while we were vacationing in Vegas. It's a bit out of the way from the strip, but we happened to be in the area anyways. Kids are not allowed inside (I completely understand!) But while doing our tattoos my kids had to use the bathroom which they allowed them to do so (thank you!). Overall, if I dont get my 2nd tattoo in Hawaii, I will definitely get it done here! I flew in for a guest spot with Dan Price but after meeting a few guys here and checking out their books I wouldn't hesitate to come back and have anyone here ink me up (if you can get an appointment- the fact that the owner isn't taking any new clients for another 3 years has got to tell you something) I'm still a little star struck and blown away by what I saw here this weekend. If you want the best black and grey work in Las Vegas (and work that will challenge any of the best of the rest out there), you've found your place. Not to say that they don't do color as well, because they do. The artists are all 10/10 here and if you really like color, the one artist Noelin does crazy work. Just check out their FB or IG and you'll see for yourself. Be prepared to wait a while for an appointment though, cause they're crazy busy due to being so amazing. That said, sometimes they have space for walk-ins, so keep an eye on their social media accounts where they post up when they have space available. If I could leave less than one star, I definitely would. Sorry this is kinda long. It's taken me months to get over my tattoo.. I still can't look at it without regretting it and getting angry all over again. I was going on vacation to Las Vegas and wanted to get a tattoo from a reputable shop. I did my research and found Seven Tattoo Studio because of an artist I found on Instagram. I requested an appointment 3 months ahead of time, that artist was booked but they referred me to a supposedly equally as talented artist. I had to put a 300.00 deposit down and send in pictures and ideas of what I wanted tattooed. They told me the tattoo I wanted warranted a full day session and that would run 1000.00 for this artist. Ok, not a problem, lots of detail in my design so I was ok with the price. I was very very skeptical about the design because I wanted a fairy, but I didn't want the face messed up. So if need be, it can be looking down or a back view.. I was very adamant about this from day one. I was assured it would not be an issue at all. My artist would hand draw me something I loved and we could make any adjustments that day. They wouldn't send me the picture of my drawing prior to the appointment, which I also understood because this was not my first tattoo. I would be in Vegas 4 days, booked my appointment for my first day there. I arrived 15 minutes early, my artist arrived 45 minutes late. Umm.. ok.. He had NOT drawn anything, he didn't even know what kind of tattoo I was coming in for, hadn't read an email, hadn't seen a design I liked, nothing. I should have left right then and there. He assured me he would make it work and everyone in the shop seemed very excited about this tattoo. I have no idea why, he literally went online and took a picture off google images and that's my tattoo.. I got to the shop at 11:45 am, I called my Uber at 9:30 pm. I was so done, so tired, so nauseated, I could not wait to get out of there. He ruined my tattoo. Colors were off. Fingers and toes were missing, her face was completely jacked up. I was holding back tears as I was alone and didn't want to freak out. The tattoo is huge and was awful. He didn't wrap it, told me to keep a thick layer of aquaphor or inkeze on it. I said, "it's raw and bleeding. I'm gonna be walking around Vegas for the next 3 days without a bandage or tape over this?" He said "Oh yeah, I packed the ink in there, it'll be just fine." It's on the upper part of my leg. Because it was not properly covered, my clothes rubbed on it so badly, there's places that had no color and this was a full color piece. By the time I got back home, there were scabbed over places oozing pus. I contacted the shop and sent them pictures once I returned home, they said that was normal. I had a fever, the tattoo was raised, red around the edges and it was warm to the touch. It was indeed infected as per a swab and blood work from the ER, followed by a 2 week antibiotic regimen. Once it finally healed, I had to go to a local shop in my home town to have it fixed. Another 500.00 and the artist could not believe how horrible the tattoo was after me spending over 9 hours in a shop and 1300.00. Not to mention, apparently I should have never been allowed to leave with an open tattoo. Oh well. I guess me being from another state was an open invitation for them to screw me over. Not like I can pop in for a touch up. I'll never understand why my drawing design was such a big mystery that they couldn't show me ahead of time, oh yeah that's right because it wasn't drawn, it was copied off of google images! If you don't live local and you want something bigger with detail, go somewhere else. Completely ruined my love for tattoos, too scared to get another one. read more

I was impressed from the moment I walked in. Studio is clean and spacious. I really liked the decor. I forget what the girl's name is that works the front desk but she was super friendly and attentive. Marybi was my microblading artist and she did a phenomenal job! It was my first time getting it done. On top of being super friendly, informative, fun and professional, I could tell she knew what she was doing. Her set up was clean and organized, I felt comfortable and confident in her capabilities. Her work on my brows and the process was perfect. I love them and my friends compliment how good they look. I am not from Vegas, but last time I was here I decided to get my eyebrows microbladed. Anna at the front was awesome when it came to scheduling and deciding what artist to go with. I ending up going with Marybi and I had a really great experience. She listened to my wants about my eyebrows and really understood what look I was going for. She really took her time and was very generous with the numbing solution. I had my original appointment with her 6 weeks ago and just finished my touch up. During the healing process she was really responses and helped me understand the microbladed process. The Seven tattoo shop is brand new and very clean.
