I had my whole house fan replaced by Sexton 5 years ago. It stopped working recently and when I called them, Patrick was right on it. The motor was under warranty for 15 years, so Patrick called the company that made it and they sent a replacement out in a couple days. He, and John, came out this morning and installed it as well as a new attic fan that I can control from an App on my phone. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything when they were done. Patrick is so easy to work with and talk to. He took the time to show me how the App works so that I can make adjustments as to when the attic fan comes on and what speed it runs. I was surprised that the owner (Patrick Sexton) not only answered the phone, but showed up within 30 minutes. Service was honest and affordable - This is not your bait and switch typical a/c guy - he only recommends what you actually need and does it with professionalism and care. I'm one of the hardest reviewers on Yelp, I expect greatness - Sexton brought it - i would have liked an estimate to be honest, but as far as the bill goes, it was more than fair and at least 700 dollars cheaper than the competition. Amazing customer service, extremely quick response time, and very trustworthy and honest!! Patrick came to my 59 degree home to fix my non working furnace, got it up and running in no time! Since there was no major identifiable "problem" the furnace was telling him just yet, he told me to hold off ordering parts )that can be very costly), until we know for sure what the real reason is as to why my heater goes out every once in a while. Patrick came to do repair work on our furnace. He came on time. Bought the part from Antioch and fixed the problem the same day. I had good impression from brief meeting with him. But he left old pan in the attic instead of hauling it away. The pricing is higher than other company. Today, on the Saturday of Labor day, he came out in 112 degree weather when our A.C. went out. He fixed it within 10 minutes (it was a relatively simple fix) and he didn't even charge us. My heater stopped working the day before Christmas Eve (2016). Called two HVAC places but no answer. I called Sexton Heating and Air and to my surprise, Patrick actually answered and told me he'd stop by to check it out. After checking out my heater, he determined it was the board that needed replacing. He called the parts place and they were closed for Christmas. I was going to be without heat until the parts place opened again after Christmas!!!! Man, was it cold in my house! It was 105 out, and I was looking forward to my cool house. Instead I came home last night to a warm house, despite the fact that my air was running. I called, and spoke with Patrick from Sexton Heating. He came out the next morning (Saturday), on Labor Day weekend. I was expecting a $300.00 to $500.00 ++ bill. Instead it was free. What can I say about Patrick? He is awesome. History - I have been struggling with no AC since the 16th of Aug and have been working through FNHWarranty company and ECO systems (company they sent out). 2 visits from these folks and tons of calls on my part plus 10+ days of 100+ degree weather. I called Patrick yesterday afternoon and relayed my story and requested help along with a request for a quote on a new system as mine had failed every year for the past 3 years and I was done with that. He was able to squeeze me in this morning - ( I thought to view my system for an accurate quote). He was able to troubleshoot the problem, had a part with him that would work to resolve my current crisis and in less than 24 hours I now have running air conditioning. This is the type of service I love and will actually go to someone more expensive if it comes with great service. I did my homework and he is local, had great yelp reviews, recent license, honest, and good rating with BBB.
