I believe this was my first time trying Peruvian food!! My aunt really raves about this place!! I only really come here cuz of my aunt if I'm being honest. The times I've been here we got seated and they help us out. They do know my family ahahaha. They been coming here for years to be fair. The inside imo is a bit tight but there is also plenty of seating outside. So there is a little for everyone. I've never used the restroom here so not sure where it at lolz. I tried the tacu tacu al lomo!! Will say the fried banana was soooo good. The portion was soooooo huge as well!!! It was definitely (spice)y and flavorful. My family and I drove about 40 minutes out to enjoy my mother's birthday. As soon as we are in contact with the owner (she is the one helping us) she was rude of the bat. She had a very dry, aggressive demeanor toward us. When we place our second order (more money) she has the disrespect to put our food in to go boxes when we still wanted to eat in the restaurant when we tell her we didn't asked for it to go she lies and tells us we said to go. She then proceeds to brings out the plates and utensils and throws them on to the table. She definitely ruined a very special day that we had planned. I really enjoyed this place! We got in around 11:30am and were the first customer. It seemed like a burger place from the looks of it - and we're okay with that. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and my wife got the steak saltado. BOTH WERE AMAZING!! The shrimp fried rice had a kick to it, but the curry was so flavorful, its a definite must try! The saltado SAUCE was amazing, ask for extra rice when you go in, trust me it'll be worth it. I only had 1 little complaint, we never had our waters refilled or the waitress never came by with napkinds. I literally drank all my water and ate the ice too - i kinda looked around, but I think she was busy in the back as well... I've passed by this place a couple of times and made it a point to come here since my co-worker and I love peruvian food (and it's so hard to find now a days! RIP La Pollada). We had: Pollo a la brasa (rotisserie chicken) Chicken was scrumptious, well marinated and juicy. The green sauce is delicious but a tad more on the creamy side (but I like creamy aji, so no complaints here). They give you a whole bottle so you can aji it up to your heart's content. It comes with a nice salad that has a light vinaigrette and rice. The rice was a tad hard on our visit, but nothing a little aji couldn't fix. Lomo Saltado It's been a while since I've had lomo saltado and this did not disappoint. Steak was plentiful and juicy. The sauce was well balanced with flavors of soy sauce, onion and spices. The rice was also a tad hard, but the sauce on the lomo, and the aji did help that. Bonus: They have maracuja AND Inka Cola. I opted for maracuja and it was delightful. Trying this place for the first time. The place is small but its pretty packed for a sunday afternoon so thats always a good sign. The chicken is really tasty and not dry at all. I will come back for the chicken. We also got the tallarin saltado which is very bland unfortinately. The bathroom is all the way at the back of the building and its not well kept at all. No toilet seat covers, no paper towels and the toilet paper is just sitting on the broken toilet paper holder. Cant find any recent online menu so took one for y'all read more

The skin is right, the chicken was fully cooked, consistency was also excellent. The salad had no real dressing nor did it felt like it came with any but there was plenty of it so I was happy. The fries were a slight problem to me.i was hoping for them to be cooked but these guys were just too cooked. Honestly if I just needed to rate the chicken and the incredible green sauce I would give this place 5 stars. I think today was the straw that broke the camel's back. True to form the owner/server was incredibly rude, there was not one moment where her service was even normal. When the order came out the steak was overcooked and dry. I asked kindly to have another in the same way, medium rare. On the second attempt the meat was brought undercooked/raw. I've had lomo saltado from a variety of places at this point and I can appreciate variety in the way each place adds their own spices to interpret the dish, but this one fell short ever so slightly for me. The meat was not fatty which is good there was a good meat to rice ratio, but the actual meat was not that flavorful. So overall this place is not bad, but not the best i've ever had. I drive by Senor Pollo everyday and I been wanted to come for awhile now and it's right next to my job. Today I finally walked in on my lunch. Right when I came in and sat down, the lady came up to me and helped me with what i was craving. I told her what I was craving and she pointed where it was in the menu. She was very nice and helpful with everything. She took my order and right away I got my plate of 1/4 chicken with rice, salad and a piece of bread and I got drink of cantaloupe juice. The chicken was very fresh and delicious, ans the drink was so good too. Also it was my first time trying Peruvian food . I'll be coming here more often on Fridays on my lunch.
