And then... somehow... they did it AGAIN. At this point I wasn't sure if the kitchen was confused by the term "medium rare" or if every steak in the restaurant was being cooked with a flamethrower. To their credit, the manager apologized and comped my drink, and my waiter did everything he could to make it right. Unfortunately, after waiting over an hour and being served two overcooked steaks in a row, I waved the white flag and left hungry. A steakhouse getting a steak temperature wrong once is unfortunate. Food: we got the Tater Tot with Venezuelan pulled beef I think and the Lumberjack. The beef was tender, tots were crisp! The Lumberjack was great along with the iced coffee. Atmosphere: We were seated pretty quickly on one of the shared bars in front. It was a warm sunny day in Utah so that was a great! Service: I didn't catch our waitresses name but she took great care of us, food and drinks came out quickly. Tip: Enjoy sitting outside on the shared bars and meet some neighbors!
