3.4.25 It's been a while since I last went there. I received an email with a promotion for a chicken combo for $9.99 which includes a small fry and fountain soda. Hubby and I stopped by for dinner. I ordered the chicken combo and he ordered a burger and small fry. We placed the our order on the kiosk. We were looking for the chicken combo, but couldn't find it. It wasn't as intuitive as we thought. We asked for assistance and were told that we had to select each item individually, not as a combo, and upon check out, enter the promo code. We received a number to place at our table. The food was brought out to us. Hubby and I split our chicken and burger. I thought the chicken sandwich and fries were good, but would've preferred the fries to be cooked longer so they were crispier. Hubby said that he prefers the chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A. I thought the burger was good but very small. He said that he prefers the burgers at Five Guys. Burgers at Five Guys can definitely be more filling if you add more toppings. Overall, a good experience, but a bit pricey, given the portion size and that they don't have combos available.

The burger was so delicious, it was so juicy. We ordered fries as well and they tasted so fresh. The service was fast, and we did not have to wait long.

Shake Shack is amazing. I've been here a few times now, and each time the quality is consistent. The burgers are on the pricier side, but worth it! My favorite is the avocado bacon burger and my husband likes getting the smoke shack burger. We like to get the fried pickles to share. They have indoor and outdoor seating, and I feel like the wait isn't long.

What lengths would you go to to purchase Shake Shack's Black Truffle Burger? (100% Angus beef "topped with Gruyere cheese and black truffle sauce") Their Christmas Cookie Shake? ("sugar cookie frozen custard topped with whipped cream and frozen sprinkles") Their Chocolate Yule Log Shake? ("chocolate frozen custard hand-spun with pieces of chocolate cake and whipped cream") Would you risk soundlessly tiptoeing past Death Angels, human-devouring aliens blessed with Formula One-like speed and echolocation, as Eric does for a special slice of pizza for Sam in Director/Writer Michael Sarnoski's emotionally-resonant 2024 film A Quiet Place: Day One? If you chose to do so, and you had the means to get to 10300 Little Patuxent Parkway in Columbia, Maryland, the angular gray fast-food restaurant that is Shake Shake would summon your bravery and beckon your taste buds. There, I am confident the service would be great, with or without the terrifying predators from the Quiet Place franchise.

My husband enjoyed the shake that he's been craving. The food is consistently tasty and we prepare for the price. We appreciated the attentiveness of the staff and the cleanliness. Professionalism in business is a wonderful thing.

Came in on late afternoon. Place is clean, tablets to order. Food was quick. I have been to "shack" in NYC and the ones in DC..they were good. This one sucked..fries are extra salty like I just came out the ocean salt burn salty. The burger was sad. No real good flavor. Ive had better burgers at Burger King. Lemonade was sour..

Overall: I wish I could give this place a 3.5. The employees are really kind, but for a fast casual spot I find the food to be overpriced and the wait to be long. The ambiance is cleaner than fast food and has both indoor and outdoor seating. They have at least one employee out and about the dining area to support customers which I find really helpful and the one there yesterday was super kind. The burgers are good and the fries are okay, but if I'm going to pay 8 dollars for just a burger and have to pay separately for the fries, I'm expecting more. The menu is simple, which I like, but I do wish they had the option of sweet potato fries. I prefer to order online because it's more clear about what you can customize on your burger and then you don't have to wait so long there. I like that they offer Old Bay at their condiment station- it's a real nice MD touch. I wish they had some other condiments there than ketchup though. Their shakes taste good, but they are so sweet that I leave feeling sick if I even share one.

Was craving Shake Shack and a promo pushed me to go. First time trying their famous smashburgers and my takeaway is their portions felt too small. Unhappy with what I paid for over what I received. I feel less so when I go to other restaurants of similar pricing. And not like the burgers were that great anyway. Great crust and seasoning, but didn't get a lot of meat. Yes its a smashburger, but if you smash a thin piece already, the patty served turns to a pita chip. Wouldn't go again.

SOLID! hamburger. You cannot go wrong with shake shack burgers. They are OG famous for a reason. Hamburger patties are juicy. Can tell they use good meat. The only downside is that the size is a little steep for how small the burger is, but the taste -- is totally worth it. I would recommend ordering through the app and picking up, it's much faster that way. Today was a HOT day (90 degrees) but they didn't have AC on. It was brutal

My favorite burger joint. Im very glad that Shake shack is in the Dmv i ised to just see it in the movie John Krasinki starred it when he and another actress was eating it in NYC. This is the only burger i can finish off. So good. I like it very much. I will never say no to shake shack. The fries is also great Service was good. The place is just like any other shake shack joint. Very casual.

Best expo I've seen in a while!

Wanted to specifically shout out this man, expo'ing the food. It is BUSY here on a Saturday night, but he is cool calm and collected. He's come up with creative solutions (like finding a spot for a big group of homecoming kids so they'd have a table to sit together and the lobby would clear out). He's clearly respected by his team as they all respond immediately to his requests without annoyance. He's on top of every order coming out, making sure everyone gets 100% of their order correct before sending them off. He's been friendly and above and beyond helpful while working with expedience. I hope Shake Shack gives him the recognition he deserves.

Meds even before opening. So appetizing.

Good shakes, but seriously overpriced. The burgers are mediocre. The last time I visited, got a shake in a cup with a hole in the bottom.

They run promotions pretty much all the time, so I'd recommend subscribing to their social media so you're in the loop for these. I spoke with the cashier and they claimed they use no artificial flavors or colors. I love how everything is natural and made from scratch. I loved the thick, rich texture of the ice cream. It's a delectable treat worth every penny. They're very generous with the scoop sizes as well. I got 1 scoop of pistachio and 1 scoop mango sorbet. The pistachio is rich, buttery, creamy, and divine- I highly recommend (no, it's not the fake green color or fake flavor.) Their mango sorbet didn't taste like a sorbet- it tasted like an ice cream but I'd consider that a compliment. Honestly, both of these flavors when combined mesh well together. I also suggest trying their coconut if possible- it's also sweet, creamy, and delicious. I have such fond memories of this place and I hope this place keeps up their quality, service, and lovely ambiance. Can't wait to come back!

Since we had just finished lunch, we didn't want one of the huge expensive milkshakes they are known for, although they did look delicious. Instead, my friend and went for one of our favorite treats: pineapple dole whip, swirled with non-dairy vanilla ice cream (for me) and of course, topped with rainbow sprinkles. The serving was large, and our order was ready quickly. Can't go wrong with dole whip, although the non-dairy ice cream was kind of flavorless. Still delicious though. The place is huge (it used to be an old theater) with plenty of tables. There is also a small game room up front with arcade games. Lots of cute murals on the wall to help capture the moment. There were also annoying gnats flying around, so I think next time I'll eat outside, but I will definitely be back.
