It was early and I needed breakfast plus my flight was delayed (thanks Southwest). I ordered a hot tea and the Egg White Light breakfast sandwich. It was egg white, cheese, and arugula on a hamburger bun. It was fine. I probably should have gone with a burger but I didn't want to eat heavy greasy food before a flight.

It's true that airport food is both expensive and not very good. The burger was too salty and dry. Although the bun was small , I couldn't even finish it because it was too salty.

The food was spot on. But the service was less to be desired. It could've been because I was there at 9 PM on a Monday. But everyone look like they were basically almost done with their day. It took a long time (10-15 min fora shack burger and fries) to get my food and from what I saw everyone seemed to not be in a rush, preparing the food. It's hard to find a small bottle drink and I accidentally took a sparkling water. The condiment area is fairly clean unfortunately they don't have ketchup packets so that was a bit wasteful to use the cups and the ketchup pump. The way you put in an order is through a screen which I'm not a fan of.

Don't remember the last time I had Shake Shack. There's a line since it's Shake shack & since it's at the airport. Be prepared to wait at least 15mins. 1) 4/5 shroom burger: still don't know what kinda cheese they use but it's oozing, melting. The burger is delicious as always. Just wish the burger patty itself was bigger so it can fit the whole bun 2) 3/5 cheese fries: decent, not as good as chili cheese fries.

Second time at this location. I heard that it's the only Shake Shack to do breakfast. So you know I had to when flying out in the morning. Quite a bit disappointed though. They should really swap out the bacon with the sausage patty if this is their highest marked breakfast item. I always spell out my name if that's how they call out the orders. Yet they still got it wrong. I did not say "JONNY". Food comes out at a normal - made to order - pace. Decent seating area for the fact that this is at an airport. Didn't mention the rest of the food because it's a franchise. Doesn't vary too much from location to location. Needless to say, if I'm passing through in the morning: I'll customize a breakfast item and pay the upgrade fees for it.

My flight was delayed, and I hadn't been to Shake Shack in AGES. I had a sudden craving for delicious crispy crinkle fries, so headed over. This location, like others in NY, serves beer, wine, and canned cocktails. But I wasn't interested. What DID interest me was the veggie burger, since it wasn't on the menu in CO the last time I went to a Shake Shack here. So I ordered one. I had tried the portabella mushroom burger long ago, and liked it, but the veggie burger sounded awesome. This location doesn't take cash. I had forgotten that they don't in CO, either. The line moved quickly, at least until I had to dig out my debit card. Service was efficient if not effusive. Had to wait a while until my $17 worth of veggie burger and plain fries arrived. They fill the bags assembly-line style. So all the fries sat under a heat lamp as the burgers were cooked. My name was called, and I went back to the gate. There I discovered that not only were the fries undercooked and sad, also barely warm, but that they had given me a HAMBURGER with crispy onions. Sigh. At that point, the flight was finally getting ready to board. No time to run back to Shake Shack. Huge disappointment. The receipt clearly said "Veggie burger" and my name was spelled correctly and called out. It's sized about right for an airport kiosk, with some seats and three or so cash registers. The cooks were in constant motion to keep up with orders. I don't know if I'd go back. I didn't see green chile on the menu, and I really like that. Must be regional, or I missed it. All in all, not the best. But it was clean and bright, and the cocktail selection wasn't bad.

We had time before our flight home so we got breakfast sandwiches. Cashier was polite and quick. We got our egg & cheese and sausage & egg sandwiches quickly. It wasn't crowded so we got stools at the bar area. Could watch the people coming down the escalator. When it is crowded, you can sit in the nearby seating area and watch planes on the tarmac. We enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. Bread was soft, and both sausage & egg were cooked perfectly with melted cheese.

Love this airport Shake Shack. It's my favourite airport Shake Shack I've come across. Better than the two at JFK. They have Shakemeister on draft here. They had a breakfast menu, which I haven't been able to try. Stick with the burgers, better than the chicken.

This is the Shake Shack in Terminal B of La Guardia Airport. Very short line to place our order. There was a long line of people waiting for their food, but it moved quickly. Order the Single ShackBurger, which was delicious. Kind of wish I had gotten a double, or two burgers. Also got the fries, which were not very crispy. Maybe I would have liked them better if I had gotten them smothered in cheese.

This is my first shake shack in NYC and it's the best I've had by a wide margin. The shake shack burgers in Chicago and Dallas are so dry. This burger was perfectly cooked from the sear to the juicy center. Bun was soft and veggies were fresh. Fries were crispy and soft. No issues with service. Safe, reliable, last meal at the airport.

This location was in terminal B, at the bottom of the escalator. At first, I tried to place my order on their mobile app. However, this location wasn't showing up on the app, so I got in line and placed my order the old fashioned way. I ordered the Double ShackBurger. Their burgers might be expensive, but they use better quality ingredients and more importantly, they are delicious!

Generally impressed with the new Terminal B in LaGuardia, which have a plethora of options even if you find yourself here at a little before 6am. Did you know that Shake Shack serves breakfast? Neither did I - and I wasn't in the mood for a burger (jk, they have breakfast sandwiches), but after looking at the cost of the breakfast items at the nearby spot across from shake shack ($12.50 breakfast egg sandwich and $5 for a coffee :o forget that!) I figured I'd give Shake Shack a shot. For around $9 I got a bacon, egg and cheese that was made on one of their hamburger buns along with a great cup of coffee. They gave a generous amount of bacon and I was surprisingly pleased with my choice. I sat at the counter that provided the border for their space. Overlooking the escalators coming into this section. As I was sitting I was treated to a lightening sky and an impressive sunrise through the floor to ceiling windows across the way. All and all not a bad way to spend some time waiting for my flight.

I just went here to get a milkshake because it's Valentine's day and I wanted a treat! I got to the counter at 8:30, and the woman working the register told me they're out of custard and milkshakes. I will admit that she offered me a free soda/wine, but I turned that down because it wasn't what I wanted. Now, that would have been okay, but as I turned to leave, another employee came out from the back, and was handed a chocolate shake at the counter. This is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. read more

Glad that Shake Shack exists at LGA; it's just not the real deal. Enjoyed a LGA Shake Shack before a trip out west. Ordered a malted black-and-white shake, only to be told that (gasp!) malt not only wasn't on the menu, but our server had never heard of the concept. So much for Shake Shack school. As a result, shakes were good, but lacked that malty je sais ne quois that makes a Midtown Shack shake excellent. The chicken sandwich tasted correct, but the meat was substantially drier than usual. Fortunately, fries were warm and crunchy. read more

Awful rude service. Not one please, thank you or anything courteous what do ever. My server was Esmerald (440780) who had more time for chatting with her colleagues than showing any form of decent customer service. I listened to her serve the lady after me, wasn't just me - she's just this rude with everyone- can't even look customers in the eyes as she flings her key ring around her finger looking into the abyss. read more

I grabbed an egg and cheese with double egg for breakfast before my flight, and it was quite possibly the saltiest sandwich I have ever had. I unfortunately couldn't get through it all and had to toss it out, which I felt awful about. They could also reconsider their pack options- I was given a large box for my very small order; the amount of waste is just unnecessary. The only plus point about the experience was the lack of a line, but this was before 7am so that was likely to my advantage. read more

Props to Shake Shack. The line moves fast. The airport price premium is small next to other LaGuardia options where things cost much more in the airport than the same food outside. Quality of the food at this location is consistent with other Shake Shacks. This is one of the better food choices at LaGuardia read more

Was pretty excited about an airport Shake Shack and made my way over even though my flight was departing in a completely different part of Terminal B. I came here on a Wednesday evening and waited in line for 10 minutes before ordering. This was followed by another 8 minutes of waiting before my food was ready. Not bad at all for Shake Shack! I was definitely expecting a longer wait. I did not notice a difference in quality between this Shake Shack and non-airport Shake Shacks and the cheese fries were fantastic as usual. read more

Is it sad to say my best Shake Shack meal was served to me in the airport? I've had Shake Shack before, but this was delicious, fresh, and made very quickly. I had a chicken sandwich and my husband had a burger, both of which we enjoyed. We shared a plate of fries with cheese, which were also excellent. For the amount of people that were waiting in line to order and for their food, this went super quick! I also forgot to ask for the burger without cheese and only remembered after I paid - the cashier personally went to the back and made sure that my order would not have cheese, which I was appreciative of! I didn't order fries because I'm not the biggest fan of their style, but from what I could see they looked crispier than usual which I appreciate! Very good airport fast food experience. read more

Is super crowded!! It takes you like solid 20 minutes to be able to order and get your food, so seems tjeu want to cha he the definition of fast food... As they are anything but fast! Great quiality of meals but not combos, everything is a single order. Fries were delicious too. If you are in terminal B this is one of your best options but if you don't have time I wouldn't go there. read more

Order took too long. Putting in the order was not as bad as waiting 20-25 mins for the actual food to come out. Workers working the front registers, three females seemed like they wanted to just leave especially Shannon who assisted me. No smile. Nothing. "what would you like?" that was it. Geez lol. The lady who was at the other side handing out the food at least smiled. we ordered 2 mushroom sandwiches, one fries, and one shake. The fries were lukewarm to cold. Wasn't even hot or fresh! No seasonings to it...I wouldn't get it again. As for the schroom sandwich, we both enjoyed that. read more

When you have slept overnight on the concrete floor at baggage claim at LaGuardia because they won't let you stay in the terminal after you miss your connection, this is the place to go. I got a bacon and a sausage sandwich. Both were great after the worst nights sleep I've ever had, with no shower and no other amenities because my luggage was still on a plane somewhere. Thanks Shake Shack for helping me bridge the gap and keeping my spirits up until I got home. read more

First time enjoying the non-burger portion of Shake Shack's menu. Sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich was pretty good. Nothing remarkable but definitely tasty. Bacon version was much better. Service was relatively quick. Seating is rough, but that's understandable in an airport. read more

Honestly the best food available at La Guardia Airport in Queens, NY. Others were coming in from other terminals to Terminal B just for Shake Shack, as were we. It's not quite fast, as it took us about 25 min to get our food, but the ordering line moved very quickly. The beepers weren't accurate though, ours kept going off even though our food wasn't ready yet. I will say though, that I have not pictures of the food because we devoured it. The shackburger was delicious, with the brioche bun and smashed burger, and the chicken shack was pretty good too. The chicken shack was a little dry though, compared to other Shake Shack locations. The crinkle-cut fries were so crispy and fresh and the freshly-squeezed lemonade was so refreshing. Is it on par with Shake Shacks in the city, in NY? Maybe not, but definitely on par with other Shake Shack locations. There were very few tables/chairs directly at the Shake Shack, but plenty of seating nearby. read more

Slowest. Service. Ever. A cluster fudge of a team. They take an order and make you wait 15-25 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food. I'm fortunate to be waiting 3 hours for a flight. I imagine others are not so lucky. Then again, anything run by HMS Host is a cluster. read more

I know I just called out another Shake Shack but apparently I wasn't that disappointed because I went for this one in LaGuardia. It was super busy and everyone wanted some Shake Shack. Despite that, the team was upbeat and bright and very quickly assembled themselves to help out the confusion that was happening with the ordering line and pick up line. I got the regular shack burger with a strawberry shake. It wasn't as greasy as the last one and the strawberry shake was delicious. I had a friend tell me that Shake Dhack tastes better in New York and maybe she's right! read more

Worse shack ever. The food is kept under warmers, the staff isn't even remotely nice.....they repeat themselves endlessly when you order. The tables are dirty. The lady in charge of cleaning was so infatuated woh restocking napkins that she pushed me out of the way. Never eating here again-isn't better to just get an au bon pain sad sandwich. Update-the response by shake shack was really annoying. They responded but there was no way to contact them. read more

The flavor was good as was the aiole on it, but I found myself having to take pieces of the breading of the chicken out of my mouth because there were pieces that were too hard that I couldn't chew. Nonetheless, pretty good for stadium good.

First, as to this franchise. It is fine. They are reliable. That is the test for fast food. Second, as to the Impossible patty. I am the target consumer for this product. It has not done as well in the marketplace as they had hoped, especially relative to the R&D expense. I would estimate I have eaten two dozen, likely more. That probably puts me in the top one percent among American consumers (that is not bragging, since these category of meat alternatives has become politicized, and they are anathema to the vegans who have no hankering for a substitute to animal protein and to those who lean toward being carnivores). I wanted to post for this simple reason. The Burger King preparation, in the Impossible Whopper, is the best presentation of the Impossible innovation. My general assessment is the Impossible offering, and its rivals, could fool you into believing it is a so-so hamburger made of beef. The Whopper version is good enough to be convincing, and good enough to be good period. Probably it is the char broiling. That flame technique works as advertised.

My partner got the Paradillada steak strips ($26) which he devoured with his mashed potatoes. He described the chimichurri as the start of the dish, which was decadent and flavorful to coat the tender cuts of beef. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant if you're looking to have a family outing, or a casual date night. The prices are very reasonable, and the place is very welcoming!

Shammi was the best. Quick and efficient. My plane was departing in 5 minutes and she got my order out to me in less than a minute and even escorted me to my plane. She called the captain on the way there and we boarded the plane got pictures in the cockpits and got upgraded to first class at no expense.
