Those buns tho! Still salivating thinking about them! Just some pillowy soft potatoey goodness! So I came in about 230pm on a Wednesday and there was a line, but it moved quickly. This is my first time ever in a Shake Shack, so I didn't know what to expect. The cashier was super friendly. The manager was working the counter giving out people's orders. So it's nice to see management pitching in at busy times (not sure if they do that on the regular). I ordered the 'Shroom burger. It's essentially a portobello mushroom stuffed with Muenster and cheddar, then coated with bread crumbs type mixture then deep fried. Yum! Also had shake sauce (whatever that is), lettuce, and tomatoes. Cost was $6.99 before tax. That burger was amaaaazzzzing! Lots of oozing cheese and not a lot to sauce! The portobello patty was super crispy and crunchy. The potato bun was soooooo soft and crazy good! Unfortunately they don't have a Shake Shack where I live...but thank goodness for that! My 4'11 self would be 200 pounds at least! Can't wait to go on another trip with a Shake Shack in the area so I can try their regular burger and fries. read more

This was my first shake shack experience and I really loved it! There are so many menu items. One of my friends ordered a hamburger which she really enjoyed. My other friend and I ordered chicken sandwiches which were really good! We all split an order of fries which was a mistake because they're very yummy and we wanted more. For the SHAKES! I tried the black & white shake because everybody raves about it. Honestly, I really liked it, but I would have preferred a regular chocolate shake. We sat outdoors which was nice because there are lights and attractions outside. I'd love to come back! read more

Cant go wrong with a shake shack. Ive visited orlando about 7 times now and I have never set foot in shake shack. I usually get mixed reviews so I had to go try it myself. It was honestly one of the best burgers ive had here. On approach we were greeted with an "hello welcome to shack shake". After browsing through the menu i decided on the stack shack or something like that. Beef pattie with deep fried mushroom with cheese. It was one tasty burger i tell you. Caution it is very hot inside when you bite into it as the cheese just oozes out. Perfectly seasoned and the bun were so so soft. We added a side of cheese fries. Perfectly golden fried and crispy. Cool little crinkle on them. Cheese sauce is just your normal cheezy squirt. In my opinion the fries were seasoned abit to much with salt. All in all it was a perfect little spot for lunch. I love Shake Shack...in NY. This one didn't taste the same in my opinion. I don't know if it's the tasty NYC water that makes the NY version better, but the Orlando version wasn't bad...but I'm not going out of my way again to get here...like I do (waiting in a long line down the street) on Broadway. Can't put my finger on it but something's definitely missing. International dive in Orlando is always an area I loathe coming to because of the tourist traffic. However, it was nice to come to shake shack because it's in a new shopping mall (town-like as If you were at Universal Studios or something like City Walk) that I hadn't been to yet. Also the free parking garage is a plus so if you really cared to you could explore I-drive after your meal as it's in a central location. I always get the shake Stack burger with the fried portobello. I should have gotten it without the shake sauce because they put on too much. It was my first time ordering the fair coffee shake and as a coffee lover I found it to be wonderful. Weird because I don't like cold coffee like frappucinos or iced coffee at all...but there's something about coffee ice cream that I can deal with. If you happen to be in the area it's worth going to eat here,but I wouldn't recommend driving 25 min away from your hotel like I did. read more

Shake Shack is VERY consistent wherever you go. While service standards have slipped a bit with their large expansion push, the food quality remains the same with their better than average burgers, awesome dogs, etc. Their fries are crinkle cut and top notch as well and their menu of shakes are legendary. Garage parking is free at this location which is nice, and drink refills are also free even though it isn't advertised. You can expect typical international drive service here, which isn't a good thing... constant turn over doesn't help things. But it is better than most other Idrive places when it comes to that. Expect long lines during busy times of year, and long waits for food after that. read more

I love this place. I ordered the Shack Burger, cheese fries and an iced tea. We later went back for The Eye Drive Concrete which cannot be passed up. It is chalk full of caramel, chocolate, toffee goodness. Side note: I was delighted to learn that they use Harney & Sons tea which is my absolute favorite brand of tea! If there is a line when you arrive - it goes fast, the employees are so helpful, the food always tastes so fresh and the aesthetic is very cool with various light assortments through the building. There is ample seating both indoor and outdoors. Additionally, parking is easy and free in the parking garage right next to the restaurant. read more

Shake Shack is located on I-drive and has ample parking in the garage located directly behind it. The restaurant has to entrances, one in the front and one in the back. Shake Shack has it all, excellent burgers with all the toppings and amazing milkshakes that you can get super creative with. What else can you ask for? So this is my first time at a Shake Shack but I know that when I come to Orlando I have to have it! If you're looking for a good burger then this is the place. Its not like a normal "fast food" place where it tastes rushed or is made sloppy, this burger taste like its made in someones home. I love the signature sauce and the cheese on the fries is delicious, not just regular nacho cheese that you can get from anywhere. I also tried the Blood Orange Ginger Lemonade and loved it. The flavor was unexpectedly fresh and vibrant. If you aren't a fan of ginger then you will not like it but I love it so the tang you get from the fresh ginger is perfect. We ordered our food using the app and I love the fact that you get a text when your food is ready to be picked up from the register and the customer service when we got there was great. They made everything quick and easy and our food was still fresh and hot when we got it. Overall, Shake Shack is still a go to when in Orlando and want a quick burger! read more

The butter mayo sauce just adds to the savoryness of the high quality chicken breast. Yeah that might've sounded unhealthy but let's live before we die, haha. There's quite a treat inside which is a Slightly pickled cucumber to give it a subtle balance so you may taste everything else this little heaven on Earth offers. Shake: Ah not much to say here, because it's to each their own when it comes to choosing from their variety of flavors. They have some seasonal shakes that come in, and my other tip would be to not get it "malted" if you don't like sugar. It's pretty much pieces of a Butterfinger Cady insides in your shake. This has become my new favorite burger joint in Orlando. I believe it originated up north so I'm excited to see that it's made its way down here. Their burgers are incredible and so are their shakes. I do wish that they gave more fries with their orders as they do seem kind of small for the price but when dipped in cheese my heart is still happy. Definitely check this place out especially when walking around the Orlando eye as it's a delicious way to fuel up after a night of bar hopping. Visiting this location in Orlando was my first experience with Shake Shack. The building itself has a sleek modern feel. The posted menu was large and easy to see while standing in line. Ordering was fairly easy, although the woman taking my order didn't seem too familiar with the menu. It was later in the evening and I didn't want to buy more than I could eat, so I got a burger with cheese and a concrete named the 'Orlandough'. My total was $11.27. Both the burger and concrete were much smaller than I expected. The bun on the burger had a doughy consistency and the meat looked and tasted undercooked and fatty to me. The concrete didn't fill a good portion of the cup and was already partially melted when I picked it up. While it was fun to finally visit a place I've heard a lot about, I wasn't that impressed and don't see myself seeking out other locations to visit. read more

I love burgers, but I LOVE the portobello mushroom burger option. It is so good and so delicious. Just be warned mushrooms hold heat so don't burn your mouth on your amazing burger. They also offer a Shake Stack with a burger and mushroom, but that is too much food for me. Hubby ordered that and he loved it. In terms of location it's pretty perfect as there are a ton of activities and attractions in this tourist centric part of town. (International Drive) In my opinion, in terms of food it's definitely lacking in flavor and a "wow" factor. The meat itself just tastes blah and under seasoned compared to burger establishments that charge similar prices. The marketing is amazing; signage, service, cleanliness etc, are notable. I don't know what secret spell Shake Shack spins on their food but it's a great trick! Yes it's a chain place but they have friendly service and the food is just darn good. Nothing life changing but the burger and the potato bun are the perfect mix. Not a monster that you leave feeling stuffed but actually perfect portions for me. The crinkle cut fries are tasty as well and compliment the burger well. Eventually, I am going to try a shake here but I just have a difficult time spending about the same price for a burger as for a shake. read more

This is a perfectly fine spot for fast food, but after all the hype that preceded it I must admit I was expecting more. The space is light and airy, and the ordering process is super-efficient. The speed of preparation is surprisingly slow, though, and I went on a not particularly busy day. The French fries are excellent--very crisp on the crinkly outside, tender in the center. The coffee shake is also great, and worthy of naming the place after. The weak element turned out to be the burger. I had the SmokeShack, a completely average cheeseburger except for the addition of fairly flavorless bacon and some pickled red peppers. The meat patty was unremarkable, but the bun was the real weakness, a large mushy hunk of bread that quickly turned soggy. The price of these three items was a bit shocking, coming in at just over $16. And they aren't even particularly large. I'm somewhat insensitive to restaurant pricing, but even to me that seems a lot for what was on my tray. I've already been a fan of Shake Shack and this location lives up to the standard. Shake Shack burgers are particularly satisfying and flavorful, must be their special sauce. But they also serve veggie burgers and chicken sandwiches for those seeking alternatives. This particular location is situated in Icon Park near the Orlando Eye. As a result it can get quite packed. They were, however, following covid precautions and spacing tables separate. They request people use the restrooms one at a time and provide hand sanitizer for before and after your bathroom trip. Despite the reduced capacity there was still ample seating, including outdoor seating. If you're okay with a bit of a crowd, both in the restaurant and in the surrounding park, then it's a good place to get a burger. read more

Converted from In-N-Out and now I'm addicted. So frigging delicious! I've only tried the Shack Burger (just a cheeseburger) but damnit, they know what they're doing. Tomatoes are bright red and homemade pickles are so legit I can't have enough. Clean, cool restaurant with friendly staff- a shocker for a busy tourist area.
