We love shakeys and I ordered the ultimate PCM. Spoke to a girl at the 12:23pm shift who first didn't give me her name when picking up the phone . She also declined to take my card payment said I can pay there . At arriving Angel was the one to tell us no one ever put our order in . I'm very sure they are covering for someone's error bc I have my call history showing we called . Their unorganization costed all our office to have a late lunch . And we have patients that start at 2 . So advice for future phone orders get their names regardless how much trust you try to put in them paying attention. read more

I was highly disappointed with my visit today. The first incident I had was with the cashier. It was me and two kids. I came for the Lunch of Bunch. I told him it was me and two kids. But he had put three adults and wasn't listening and was refusing to change it. The second incident I has was with thr cleaning crew. We had gotten up to get more food. There was a line to get more food which was understandable. While we were in line to get food, the cleaning crew had clean up our table and another party had sat at our table. We had a mini Bday for my godson today, and their service was amazing. We love coming here for our family gatherings because it's always clean and the staff is very attentive. Went today for a family lunch moderate amount of people in the building everything was pretty clean we were having the lunch special I had couple pieces of Mojoes and a chicken but stopped eating the chicken when I quickly realized that it was still bleeding. Received my food in episodes. Received my first pizza on the table, after 15 minutes of not receiving the rest of my food I got up and went to ask the cashier for the rest of my food. Only then did I find out that our food was given to another table that had already received their food. With that being said my food continued to come in episodes, received my chicken and mojos 20 minutes after I received my first pizza and got my second pizza 10 minutes after I received my chicken. Knowing that my team messed up I as a manager I would make a point to come and apologize for the inconvenience that did not happen, the cashier was the only one who had the decency to inform us what happen and that was that , if we wanted to talk to the manager about the issue we would have to seek the manager ourselves. We went to celebrate our son's 6th birthday and it turned out to be a not so memorable birthday dinner as we did not even cut the cake we took there to sing to him. We decided not to talk to manager as we are not trying to get free food but I do want the manager to take this review as a lesson that customer service matters because this customer will not be coming back to your location as I have one closer to home but I chose to come to yours. Next time have the common courtesy to come to your paying customers table and excuse the oversight that occurred. read more

Instead taking our order again I had to listen to a young man complaining how bad workers are there and how this happens all the time. After the 3rd time of hearing same story, I asked for him take & place my order. Was told order would take 20-25 mins. We arrive at distantion in 15 mins. We recently hosted a graduation party this past Saturday, and this Shakey's accommodated us very well. Angel was very kind and generous to us and provided us with excellent service. The food was amazing as always! We were a very large party of people, i'd say about 25 total, but we were provided with more than enough support and catering from the staff. Don't go to this shakeys. My car was towed and the tow yard "Mr C's towing" blamed it on shakeys security called and reported that I was not a customer. I called shakeys and was informed that they do not have security. I have a receipt to prove that I was a customer and that's not good enough for the tow yard. Shakey's Pizza Parlor was unfamiliar to me until 12/23/15. My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the pizza actually. It took a little more than 10 minutes for it to be brought out - piping hot. Our order: Pepperoni, salami & bacon. Firm crust on the bottom. Good cheese & meats. Not overly greasy. Crust on the edges was soft enough for our 1-year-old to mash up with the few molars she has. The "mojos" - semi-thin oval-shaped deep fried potatoes - were good. Just add a little salt and slightly mash them in some shake parmesan cheese (provided at each table) and it makes them even better. I was kind of sad they didn't offer milk. They did have some free ice water available. Small cups only are given. The service was nice. They were a bit overwhelmed, but the place was pretty packed while we were there at around 1 p.m. Kids running around everywhere. Parents ignoring them. Welcome to the Millennial Generation. Seating was rough in my opinion. Just know you might be super close to your neighbor. It's fairly loud inside. I'm horrible at lip-reading, so I didn't get to chat with my husband much. The game/arcade area was much smaller than anticipated. My final qualm... the restrooms were probably much cleaner before these three older girls were horsing around in there. They apologized to me, but their actions led to an unsafe environment. (They were splashing sink water at each other. A parent came in to yell at them as we were going back out so I didn't address the issue.) As a franchise, I like what Shakey's offers for our youth. I hope to have much better experiences at this particular location as our girls get older someday. So disappointed!!!! I called 15 minutes before closing to make sure I can still place an order and the woman who answered has horrible customer service manners. When asked if I can still place an order she says "we close at 8" so once again when asked if I can still place an order she says "ugh, what time can you get here?"
