The food was decent, I got three pizzas and garlic bread. The garlic bread was horrible, but the pizza was great. The first couple of minutes were good, we had fun at the arcade, and the place was kept clean. However once we were done with games and ready to buy some things at the arcade store, we waited for someone to come and help us. It had been ten minutes since we told someone to help us and no one had come yet, we told them again and we had to wait another twenty minutes! The manager had come and right away, he didn't have his name tag on and was rushing my little sister by taking things out we did not ask for. He had a bit of an attitude. Ok, first of all, the mojo potatoes are amazing, those shits hit. The chicken is also amazing, those shits hit also. However, do not eat the pizza at bunch a lunch time (buffet time) It seems like they lower the quality due to the buffet style setting. I found myself only going back for the mojos and chicken. Let me start with the prices. $64 for a family of 4 is waaaay to much. We ordered a large pizza mojos and chicken two childrens drinks a salad bar and a pitcher of beer (we have spent less going to Chilis with our family of 6!). I went in last Monday with one of my co workers, and right from the beginning I was pleased. The whole staff very friendly and made me feel welcome. I tried the bunch of lunch buffet and I have to admit it was delicious. And to make my day even better I went to the food line to request for a chicken breast. There was none at the moment, but a young man approached me 'I believe he has the manager in charge at the moment '. He came with a great attitude and said not to worry that he would bring a chicken Breast to my table as soon as possible and he did. To me that is what you call great customer service. Today was the first time I came to this particular Shakey's. It was a great experience great customer service very clean and the time of day we came there was not very many people at all. my kids and I had a great time played some games ate some food and ended up doing their homework with no pressure from the staff to leave at any time it was great. read more

This Shakey's is nice inside and Farley clean ! The salads were brown and there was no cheese or eggs available and for four salads it was 35 bucks. We returned them. The lead staff was rude and had no mannerisms. There was no air conditioning and uncomfortably hot. The only reason i gave this a 2 Star was because we had a awesome staff member by the name of Andrew who helped us throughout our time and provided us with great customer service. So I started out by wanting to call in an order for pick up. The rude person on the other end said that they can't take phone orders, we'd have to come in to order and pick up. Once in the store we could set up for future phone orders. When I asked why this policy she couldn't tell me. All she said was that's the rule. Nice customer service!!! So I thought I'd give them a second chance as I was driving by with my family in the car. We went inside and waited at the counter for one of the 4 people in the back to wonder over to take our order. We ordered the family meal with chicken, pizza and mojos. I'm not a fan of dark meat so I asked for white instead. The person at the counter looked stunned. She replied "I don't know if we can do that?" I was amazed...is this the first time ever that someone has requested white meat? So I had to prompt her to ask someone. Well, my answer came....they can do that but it would be $2 extra per piece of chicken. I was floored. So I naturally questioned the cost and the other employee confirmed that it's an additional $2 per piece of chicken. so my meal would have cost me a possible additional $8 if I wanted all white meat! Ridiculous!!! At that point I was done with this store. Two strikes and your out! I cancelled my order and asked to speak to the manager. So this young kid walked over and scowled at me and asked "Is there a problem"? OK, thanks for that. Not even a "can I help you". So I asked about the up charge per piece. His response what that white meat costs more so they have to charge more. I told him that I under stood that white meat costs more, but it doesn't cost $2 more per piece. He had no response except for . "well, that's what it costs". Nice explanation buddy! So after being frustrated with that lack of response I asked about the phone ordering issue. He said that some people pick up the orders late or not at all. Then when they call the customer they either don't pick up or the number is wrong. So I asked whats the difference if I set up my number with you now and give you a wrong number or I just don't pick up, isn't that the same thing? He said no because I was in the store to pick up my first order. I quickly saw that I was getting no where. So I took my family and went to a better, more customer friendly restaurant. I will no longer visit this restaurant. I prefer to give my money to people who know how to treat a customer. read more

Its been about 15 years since I've been to a Shakeys. Ordered two large pizza family meal with extra mojos and drinks for my boy's birthday dinner after Laser Island. I must say that their fried chicken was a pleasant surprise and their pizza wasnt bad either (most pizza places suck except for Dominos), which is a huge compliment coming from me. Went to Shakey's for a school dine-out. $41 for a medium pan crust Shakey's special and a medium regular crust cheese pizza with 2 sodas and 3 kid sodas. The cheese pizza looked so bad (it had bubbled up and all the cheese was only in the middle) I took it to the counter and a very nice lady happily replaced it for me (A+ for service!) Went for a birthday party. Called 2 days earlier and spoke to Louis, he found a way to accommodate us for a group of 12. Showed up on a busy weekend and Louis made it happen. 5 star on the courteous, professional and friendly staff that served us (Louis was awesome ) Also the food was tasty and the price was right. Let me tell you our friends have been meeting at this Shakeys about four time or so a year.Because we all live so far and this is in the middle. We had pizza the works last night and the food was great just like before. After dinner most of us were leaving and the night crew staff were cleaning mopping etc. Well I guess they were cleaning so good that what look like a cock roach were on the table where we were sitting. This place is okay, They don't pick up the tables often, so when you get your plate and want to sit down all you see is dirty tables. Food, there never more then one hot Pizza out and so your always waiting for the pizza to come out. Not that many food items out there. I will still go, but not my favorite place to eat. read more

Me and my family love coming to this shakeys and all the delicious food they have. We have had so many birthday parties, even team parties and everything has always been awesome and so organized here. I especially love some of the employees there Desiree, Robert, Angie, and Linda, and all the employees at shakeys they are always so nice and courteous, and always willing to go out of their to make sure all my parties have been a success. I just had 2 parties a birthday for my little one, and a team party today, thank you for all your help in making everything such an amazing experience.
