I liked this location but this time they held my card the whole time I was waiting for my food. Gave and charged me for the wrong food. By the time I got my card back, the receipt and the food I had to move forward for the next person. Checked my receipt after I left. I have been coming here for years but i have to say their service has fallen, every time I go to the drive thru, the lady is rude today when I got to the window and gives me my food it is all throw in the bag, I order 3 tacos and in the container it look like they dump the meat out and put the tortillas on top so it looks like a pollo bowl, I guess I have to make my own tacos, bad service, bad packaging and just plain rude. I Was there at drive thru, I picked 2 items from the menu only to be told very Rudely that the Shirmp tostada salad was no longer available, but they showed it on the order menu. The take out the orders as fast as possible even when they are very busy they always make sure that the costumers are taken care of with their meals and if they need anything else.
