When I went outside after the service, I immediately noticed a lug nut was missing. After looking closer, I saw that the wheel stud itself was broken - which I know for a fact was not damaged prior to the repair. When I contacted the mechanic about it, he did not deny breaking it and asked me to go purchase a new stud and lug nut, which I did right away. He said he would return to install it, but after that point communication became very unreliable. I texted several times with no response. When he finally replied "yes" to confirm he would complete the repair, he still never followed through. Since then, my messages have gone unanswered. On top of that, he told me the broken stud was "no big deal" and that he knows someone who drives around with multiple broken studs - which was extremely concerning to hear from someone responsible for vehicle safety. I don't feel comfortable driving with a broken wheel stud, and the situation has been left unresolved. I wish this could have been a positive review, but based on the lack of accountability, poor communication, and safety concerns, it cannot be.

I would not recommended. I called Teejay about fixing the brake line on my daughter's car. He came…read moreand did a diagnostic for $95 and said that fee would be applied to the labor fee. Once he came and did the diagnostic he said he would try to find the part for her vehicle. The next day or so he informed us that he was unable to find the part and it would have to be ordered. I asked him if he could order it because mechanics usually get a better price, as well as to insure we had the correct part. He told me he was unable to find the part at the auto store or the pull apart and we would have to do it. We found the part for $150 and sent him a screenshot of it and he confirmed it was the correct part. After ordering the part, I found another mechanic to because I wasn't feeling great about our interaction when asking him about the part. The other mechanic came to put the brake line on but the break line,Teejay confirmed was the right part, did not fit. Hence, why I previously asked him to order it. Nonetheless, the other mechanic said he would get the part himself. He was able to find the part at several locations as well as pull apart. He got the part for $12. Once we were able to get everything taken care of I reached out to Teejay to see if he would refund the money that was to be applied to the labor. He said he would not refund the the money he would have only applied that to the labor. I said ok but also the part you said we needed was incorrect. He became argumentative and rude about the whole situation. I can understand if you have a no refund policy as far as the diagnosis goes, but there is no reason to be rude and, hostile about it. He was definitely unprofessional as far as my overall experience goes, even when asking about him ordering the part. Professionalisim goes a long way when providing a service. *and if you read some of his responses to the other reviews the tone says it all *never asked for anything for free. I asked for the refund for what he said he would apply to the labor. And AGAIN, if that is the policy, no worries. My overall point was the rudeness and unprofessional, as highlighted in his response. Never the money.

When I took my SUV to ABS they ran test and resolved the issue at cheaper price and within hours. The other places required leaving the vehicle overnight. I appreciate the quality service and the reasonable price. I definitely will refer friends and family to ABS for repairs.

Sorry to report that this business has closed due to the death of the owner, Ken, in early 2022. I…read moream very sad to learn this news, since I had recommended them to another friend, and wondered why they don't answer the phone. I stopped by the other day, and there are cars parked inside a locked gate, but no signs of life anywhere. Ken and H&M had been recommended to me by another friend when a different mechanic's repair of my 2003 Honda Accord ended up with sludge in my engine. (I had used that previous Honda-only mechanic for many years, but then stopped using them after they messed up my car. I couldn't trust them anymore.) Ken told me that I would have been better off replacing my engine instead of repairing it, and that it would have cost about the same, or even less, to do that. Ken and H&M were always honest and reliable. I have since traded in that old Honda Accord for a new one, and was looking forward to going back to Ken and H&M after my manufacturer's service contract on my new car expired. Sadly, due to Ken's death and the closing of this business, I will need to find a different mechanic if I don't want to continue using the Honda dealer where I purchased my new car. There are no signs outside that the business is closed. I'm guessing the family is still in a bit of shock. I have attached a photo showing the gate is closed during normal business hours.

The store I bought the battery from said that the battery needed charging, but I knew better since it wouldn't hold any charge since after driving for 30 minutes. When I showed Ken, he helped me right away with testing the battery and confirming that I need it replaced. He insisted that I don't drive the car until it got replaced. After the store replaced the battery, everything is all fixed with my car! I will be coming here for all my car needs. I am thankful for Ken's quick response to my problem.

But they said they had fixed parts that were very obviously not replaced such as the alternator battery brakes and a 1ft x1ft rust hole in the floor ,the windshield they replaced leaks everytime it rains and I am experiencing electrical issues probably because of the water their work allowed in the car . I was left stranded and missing work the first week having the vehicle that they said was completely ready to go anywhere. It was leaking coolant missing an air filter and had various parts that the bolts weren't tightened down. They blamed all the issues on their grunt. I understand it's a used car but coming from a shop the dishonesty was very disappointing especially since they were nice people. Don't be fooled tho there is no way they didn't know about the issues with the car they sold me and there's no reason for them not to be honest about those issues. I wish I could give 0 stars

They are the most unprofessional and uncommunicative SO-CALLED business I have ever dealt with. First of all they did not even talk to me properly about what was going with my vehicle. I sat there for over 2 hours and then they told me that they needed me to leave my car and they would call me between 5:30 and 6 pm. I never received a call, I called them no answer. I called at 9 the next morning no answer, then finally at 9:38, the Secretary answered and after putting me on hold twice told me the mechanic would call me back in a hour, almost 2 hours later I had to call him back. I was then told that they were checking the water pump and would call me back as soon as they figured out exactly what was wrong with my car, this I found out after 5pm and several phone calls later. They also don't even have you fill out anything or sign anything agreeing for them to do work on your car and charge you for it . Instead of initially test driving the car, these idiots did a million other things according to them first and when they finally decided to test drive it found out it was the Fan Control Module. So in total they charged me $339.00 because they included 2 hours of labour for their own stupidity. I am appalled that people run a business like this and I have a mechanic who was servicing my car before I moved to Georgia who told me that there are some mechanics who will just rip you off and this is one of them. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED IT BACK PROMPTLY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR NEEDS JUST THEIR POCKETS.
