There were a lot of people in the store, so I figured they must be waiting for drinks. The cashier was very helpful. I asked him what's good and he gave me a couple of recommendations. I ended up going with the wintermelon tea with fresh milk. One of the other workers warned me that it would be very sweet so she recommended 30% sweetness. I went with that suggestion and I'm really glad I did. I know that wintermelon is naturally very sweet so I appreciated that 30% sweetness still kept it sweet but not to the point where I'm convulsing from it. If you check in, you get a free topping!! Each topping is 50 cents and you can get lychee jelly, aloe vera, boba, mini boba, grass jelly, and other toppings including ICE CREAM! I'm coming back for those ice cream drinks!!!! They look so good!! My boyfriend wanted the Oolong milk tea but they ran out of oolong. My boyfriend's been raving about that drink for a week now. I've been a fan of Sharetea since the first try at Cerritos location. I'm obsessed with their mango milk tea and the cream that they out on top of the drinks. Today I visited this location and it was packed with students. However the drinks only took 5min to be made and that was super fast imo. I also tried their matcha green tea crema today and also loved it, although I still hoped they made the match a little stronger. Friendly service, awesome drinks, and closer to me than the Cerritos one. I'll definitely come back. read more

I was looking for a milk tea shop in Fullerton that serves Hokkaido milk tea and I found it at Sharetea. My heart still resides with Roasting Water in Westminster/Garden Grove but its often too far for me to drive to when I'm residing in Fullerton with my in-laws. This is a good alternative. Also I don't believe Roasting Water serves Hokkaido which is my newest obsession. The place was nice and clean and service was fast. The workers were nice, nothing extravagant.. 9/3 Second time, I ordered the same thing ( Okinawa milk tea with mixed boba) but this time I forgot to tell them without ice so when I did, the barista girls gave such attitude which made me feel like must've interrupted their convo.. like as if! It tasted like sugar water. I will not be returning to order the wintermelon. I prefer Kung Fu Tea's wintermelon more. But the mango/passionfruit was okay. This place used to be a really nice place to stop by whenever i was in fullerton or the area, but lately, i feel like its been declining. But first, we'll talk about the drinks and the stuff there. There is a wide selection of milk teas and smoothies and etc, so if youve ever encountered a problem with a small menu and theres things you dont like, youre more likely to have something you do end up liking here because of the wide menu. the place itself is of good, average size. its perfect for the to-go customers but also well for those that like to sit in and relax while having a nice drink with friends. I wouldnt really recommend bringing some stuff in here to study though like you would normally at places like starbucks... this is more of a talk and sit for a little and and drink and go . my one little petty remark is that the servers kind of give you sass and grief when you dont know exactly what you want. Im always quick and snippy, but occasionally i like to try something out of the norm. and when i do, i simply ask for a suggestion and make my mind up within a few seconds. yet even with this, i seem to have either pissed off the girl at the register or she was already having a bummy day. she gave me attitude seen through both her facial expression and her body composure and rudely grabbed my card to run the transaction. it doesnt take long for someone, well me, to make up my mind so theres no need to fuss and treat someone like that, let alone let your own problems interfere with your work and customer service. parkign is decent, its in a plaza with other shops and stores so it can sometimes get crowded. i would reocmmend this place as a one time try, and if you like it then you could come back. just be careful of my experience as it seems to happen alot (my friends go and they would complain about almost the same things). i believe theres more than one location as well, so if this is becomes one of your spots, try the other location too! read more

Solid quality of boba near CSUF! Staff is friendly, helpful, and patient with customers. The interior is air conditioned with some seating but not ideal for big groups or studying. They also play the jams most of the time. The drinks are good and customizable! I usually get the milk tea, peach green tea, or black tea with ice cream all with aloe or ask for bit of boba (they give a lot of boba initially). Most drinks come with boba or other types of jelly so I recommend to ask so there are no surprises haha. This is definitely one of my go-to spots if i'm changing it up from Zero or 7 Leaves. read more

As someone came from Taiwan, this is really one of those mediocre boba chains, whether in Taiwan or in US. We stopped by Sharetea on a Saturday afternoon based on excellent Yelp review not knowing this is the same chain boba booth back in Taiwan. There was a short line at counter, which was a good sign of good drink. However, the quality of the tea does not match the wait time as well as the price. We ordered one Oolong milk tea and one green milk Tea. Both tea had very mild tea smell. If you are in this area, I will suggest you to try Kung Fu Tea down the street so you can compare yourself. read more

I honestly don't understand how this place has 4.5 stars. I tried countless boba places, and this is really just a typical place, nothing special. I ordered a regular boba milk tea, and it costed over $4! (They charge an extra $0.50 for boba topping.) At first I was a little hesitant about the price because there is another boba place called right across the street, but I just wanted to try it for the sake of trying new foods. Nothing special about the milk tea. In fact, I couldn't really taste the tea, only the milk. Boba was hard and stale. This place is literally 2 blocks away from my place and I don't expect such authentic Taiwanese drink would be just less than a mile away! Not sure if they can last too long since 85 is actually cheaper. You gotta try their most popular on the menu with everything in it. It's like half&half that's smaller portion about about $1 less which is like perfect for some of us, (we all know our car can't fit the freaking over-sized cup. so had to hold it, spill it, and sadly, yes, clean it) But ya, back to the drinks, it's good and make sure don't get full sugar cuz then it's gonna ruin it! For boba places, I always (or for the most part) base my reviews on their milk tea. -Black Milk Tea: It's not too sweet or milky and you can taste the tea. You can adjust the sweetness, but I like it just the way it is. Their boba has the right soft and chewiness. I've ordered milk tea with [easy] pudding before but it had a bland taste and I think it watered down the drink. They have ice cream as a topping, haven't tried that yet but sounds interesting. There are many other drinks on their menu but I'm just a milk tea type of gal. And Sharetea's milk tea definitely meets the standard. read more

Went here with a friend while waiting for her Greyhound bus (3+ hour delay and then no delay, according to their atrocious online app to check your trip status --GREYHOUND NEVER AGAIN). Anyhow, we stepped in shortly before closing and all the staff were very friendly, letting us take our time to decide our drinks. I've been disappointed lately with other boba places' more exotic drinks, so I've returned to the staple Milk Tea with Mini Boba. Delicious and well-balanced with perfectly chewy mini boba balls (beware these tend to have more chew because you get more per mouthful). I got 1/4 sugar and less ice and it was perfect. I came here yesterday around 4 p.m to get some boba. It was somewhat busy but not really. Parking was easy to find although I feel that it can get busy and hard to find. Inside looks nice and like a place you can relax. The thing that was bothered me was the cashier. Hence the 2 stars, she seems like she didn't want to be there. Out of all the boba spots in Fullerton this place is literally the best one! I highly recommend coming here since they have such a variety of drinks. I come here about once a week and I really appreciate how friendly the staff is. They always make sure that my drink is good and always offer new suggestions. I have yet to be disappointed. My new go to drink is the winter melon with fresh milk and jelly that a barista dezire recommended and has been my favorite since. This is my favorite boba place. The service is always great and quick and the drinks are SO good. Some are very sweet which is why I reduce the sugar to 50% or 80%.
