Because of its high quality delicious boba, ShareTea has kinda converted me into a boba snob to other boba places (according to my friends). One day I tried the mini boba with my usual matcha green with fresh milk and I got hooked (#throwbacktoStarbucksfrappes) so I definitely recommend that. This is the place to get taro milk tea!! I don't know how they make it so good but I will be sure to go out of my way to stop at a Sharetea every time I'm in the area. Service was great also. They also happily give you the amount of ice and sweetener requested, which is always a huge bonus. We ordered three drinks to find there was hair in one of the drinks. When we showed them they simply brushed it off. Their customer service was definitely not the best, and they don't use gloves.This place is overrated and should do better. read more

Got the Green Tea Red Bean Milk Tea with ice cream topping!! They give you such a large portion and the bubble tea is pretty decent. They have the largest selection of toppings I have seen and the ice cream topping actually tastes really good with the milk tea! Make sure you remember to shake your bubble tea before drinking especially if you get the ice cream topping! read more

We went to Sharetea for the first time and it was a little disappointing considering the fact that first they only had one size for cups and they did not have caramel milk tea. The order was ready within seconds which would seem good but is actually bad because that means that the tea sits in a jug all day and only takes two fingers to dispense and two seconds to produce. The boba was hard and not fresh as well as the tea. Taste wise not bad but probably would go somewhere else. The next day is what earned this place a 3 star rating. We did not feel good the next morning. A raging stomachache woke us up followed but some uncomfy feeling in our lower tummy areas. It's good for a one time visit when you are in need of a boba pick me up, but save your $3.50 for Lollicup in Irvine.... lol #2/10recommend read more

I've lived here for a decade now and seen multiple iterations of bubble tea/boba rise and fall in the area, and while I'm waiting for the next, this has far and above exceeded expectations with respect to the range of milk tea options -- Original, High Mountain, Hokkaido, Okinawa. All slight variations on a really good base, which really sets this place apart. Adjust sugar and ice levels to your liking and high quality boba with the perfect chew. Consistently. Honestly I thought I'd get over this a month and a half later, but I haven't out of the sheer rudeness of this one employee, so I'm writing a review about my customer service experience with their staff. Sharetea's drinks are amazing; just the right amount of customization and tea. It's really flavorful and never too sweet. I always get their traditional teas or creamas and can truly say this is one of my top 3 boba places within Orange County. I'd give them a 4/5 for their drinks alone. However, where they fall short would have to be in the rudeness and inexperience of their staff. Not all their staff are this way; however, one of their staff in particular was extremely rude the last time I visited and questioned the validity of my stamps in a very curt and rude manner. Let me explain what had happened--or tldr; look at the picture I provided. On an arbitrary weekend, I had visited Sharetea and their "stamp" had fallen off of their stamp block. This created an image without the Sharetea logo on the stamp card, but I had thought nothing of it as it seemed obvious that the staff knew what happened as they were stamping the cards themselves. I came back a few days later and they still had this "broken" stamp. Then the following weekend, when they happened to have a replacement stamp, when I was about to pay for my drink, the cashier looks at my stamp card for a good 30seconds and I can tell he's debating whether or not to stamp my card. I wait patiently, thinking he's just confused with my change in his hands, but he starts looking at me and back at the card, does not stamp or hand me back my card or change then asks me "Hey so what happened here? I don't think I can stamp this." While this may seem harmless, the tone of his voice was quite offensive and because he had withheld my card and looked at me and the card back and forth, he made it very apparent that he was questioning the integrity of me, the customer, so it shocked me. I responded by telling him that "I didn't appreciate his tone, but that their stamp had fallen off a few days ago." I then asked him to bring his manager over so I could talk to them, but he didn't respond so I ended up talking w/ a different employee instead. There were so many things wrong w/ this situation, but ultimately this employee made me feel like complete trash and as though I were guilty of something I never even thought of doing. The reason I am giving Sharetea a 1/5 for their customer service is not only because of this employee, but also because I did not get to talk to a manager and did not receive any sort of apology or compensation to the humiliation and accusation I had suffered. This staff member was not new; I've seen him at the location multiple times prior to this visit. However, I find it hard to believe that if he had been working there, that he would not know about Sharetea's broken stamp "issue" which lasted for several days. They also did not even think to replace my card w/ a new stamp until after I had asked them after already picking up my drink. This is honestly unacceptable customer service and makes me quite sad and disappointed as their teas are actually quite good. Perhaps better training employees in how to handle and respond to customers or being more transparent to employees about situations might resolve this issue, but saying "hello and welcome" to customers on a regular basis is pretty much a given in customer service that does not excuse this event. read more

Talk about third time's the charm... I really love Sharetea (I normally go to the one in Santa Ana by my work), so I was in shock the first two times I went to this location and they completely messed up. I'm not sure if it's because most of the people working here are sleep-deprived college students, but the service and professionalism was NOT good. The first time, I had a regular milk tea with boba and my boyfriend had the taro milk tea - both were extremely watered down and pretty disgusting. The workers did not look like they cared and seemed very unfriendly. The second time, I asked for a Hokkaido milk tea (which I've had before at the Santa Ana location) and I after tasting it, I knew they gave me a regular milk tea. I tried nicely to ask the workers if they had gave me a wrong one or possibly made it wrong since it tasted different - to which they only said "sorry about that" with no offer to remake it. All the while talking to their friends that had just walked into the store. I was PISSED to say the least. This past weekend I decided to give them one more try...and they finally got it right. I got my Hokkaido milk tea and it tasted exactly as it should (and just confirmed they made it wrong the last time). Workers were also more professional and happy. Overall, this location really is a hit or miss, but I definitely recommend checking out how the workers are before ordering. If they seem out of it I HIGHLY recommend walking back our that door and going to another boba shop. read more

Big fan of their winter-melon tea with the added aloe vera jelly in which you get can free if you "check-in" using the Yelp app. Like the fact you can customize the level of sugar and even amount of ice.
