Every time I come here the employees are literally so cool and chill!! Rlly love them and their amazing drinks so much

Let me start by saying this I don't usually leave reviews because I don't think that that will stop or bring people in because if someone wanted something they would want to try themselves. The customer service was mediocre. They were not welcoming nor were they friendly I explained exactly what I was looking for and the type of tea that I was looking for it was as if they were there to get a check and wanted me to hurry up and buy the tea so that I can move there was nobody in there but me . The chaser was not helpful. Once I received my order, I did not like the tea I end up keeping it however asked how the tea was made as it did not appear to be fresh and it was not what I was looking for. The employees did not appear to care because they didn't want to have to remake it . The tea I received was a passion fruit orange . I notice the frustration in their faces and I told them I was not expecting the drink to taste it the way it did . Any who to make a long story short , RUN , don't look BACK . The way inflation and the cost of things are , I would not even waste your time or your money at this establishment. Trust me when I tell you . Next time , I'll have to take inconsideration that my generation either refuse to work , or have any interest in giving good customer service. Avoid this place at all costs save your money and pick up the ingredients located at the nearest target and make the tea or bubble yourself. read more

Sharetea Moreno Valley - Yuuuck - Bubble Tea Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

Was excited to have a Sharetea close by, finally got to visit for the first time but they did not have the best service. I was told they were out of boba and then saw people walking out with boba not even 5 minutes later. She should've just said they wouldn't have boba for ___ minutes. I changed my whole order based off of that and when I went back to ask if I could switch for what I originally wanted I was told no. I understand it's a business but just wish they had better customer service/attitude. read more

I'll give this place 3 stars just because I liked the drink the first time I was here last week. My daughter was so excited for this place to open. We normally go to TeaBeHonest because their drinks are fantastic. My second time here at ShareTea and unfortunately, the drinks were not consistent and they forgot to put Boba in my daughter's drink and she didn't end up drinking it. First time going to a Sharetea yesterday. I feel like I have to give a few more visits to really decide my overall opinion. The inside is really cute, no indoor dining, but they have some chairs to sit at for drinks and whatnot. There are a line of chairs in the area where people stand in line which I think made me a little uncomfortable because I was so close to the people sitting down. Customer service was okayyy. The wait was a bit long because of the busy hour and how new the place is--which I don't mind that's understandable! I got the Matcha Creama with boba and I didn't like it. I couldn't taste the matcha because of the really watery creama. I don't recommend the cheese foam here to anyone but I'll definitely be trying more drinks some other time! read more

Service was good. I ordered a blended taro ice blended with boba online. The ladies that work there were welcoming. The boba was delicious. I can't stand when the boba has no taste but, I have to say this was some of the best tasting boba I have had in the Moreno Valley area. I will definitely be back to try more drinks and boba. read more

Best Boba in town I highly recommend it the workers are really professional and get the drinks out as fast as possible! 10/10.

It should not take over 20 mins to make two drinks, and to forget one of the drinks off my order on top of that. It was not even crowded when I ordered this evening. I understand this location just opened but the staff needs to be better trained, so this is a management issue. It was painful to see the staff looking at the chart each time after each ingredient was added. Will come back after a month for better workflow. The drinks taste great though, hence the 4 stars. read more

I don't have an issue with their drinks ,but came. In. Today. After a long day at. Work craving sharetea they close at 10 pm got there. 9:42 almost 20 mins doors was locked was trying to open the door I see an older lady cleaning the. Tables I know she hears me trying to open the door when she ignores me ,tried calling when I see two other workers peeking over and just starring though the blinds I understand maybe a couple mins before closing when it's slow or start cleaning but almost 20 mins is ridiculous read more

The tea is super good but this girl named Emely is just a horrible worker. She never even said hey or if we wanted to order or if we were even ready. She was just standing there and being weird.... Also I think it's weird for them to have lots of workers and while your ordering they talk over you.. I think the manger should talk to the girls to know how to properly work and pay attention to the customers.. read more
