I tried Sharetea's Roswell Rd location for the first time and am going to have to come back! The boba itself was perfect - soft and chewy, sweet but not too sweet. My drink (Tropical) had pieces of pulp, so they don't just use those fake syrups. I got mine less sweet and it was made exactly how I would expect. They have some cute signature mojito drinks (non-alcoholic) that look cute and lots of other options I'd try. The service was efficient and friendly. One of the better bubble tea places in Atlanta and by far the best in the Sandy Springs/Dunwoody area! I've noticed that for many bubble tea cafes, they either do bubble tea very well or fruit teas very well, and are lacking in the other, but Sharetea has great options for both milk teas and fruit teas! Pre-pandemic, there were a few tables in the cafe for people to dine in. There are still some tables open, but every time I've gone since the pandemic started, there hasn't been anyone dining in and the tables are used temporarily for people waiting on their orders. For first time visitors, I would recommend ordering something from their top ten list. For milk teas, they have Hokkaido and Okinawa teas that are generally sweeter with caramel and brown sugar, but there are also generic oolong/black/green teas. There are many toppings for the teas and Sharetea has consistently given VERY generous offerings of them (sometimes to the point of needing to order a half order of the topping!) For people looking for a fruity tea, the Hawaii fruit tea is my absolute favorite! It is such a light and refreshing drink and goes well with all of their toppings - I personally love subbing the standard jelly for lychee jelly so give it a more robust fruit flavor. Overall, Sharetea holds a special place in my heart as the most go cafe in Sandy Springs! read more

TL;DR Tea is mediocre but it's close by. The place didn't have safety precautions for COVID, so I left a critical review on google, the owner reported it and I had to post here now. I came here on a Sunday and and this place was packed. It's small like a normal tea shop but there were 25 customers + at least 4 employees I could count. The guests were waiting on orders and eating in. I waited outside because no one was trying to distance, customer masks were not required, and the door was closed without any ventilation inside. When I finally was able to order, it took about 10 minutes for my order, which I can understand with the rush, but when I asked to wait outside the employee said "well I can't let you know when it's ready so come check back in 5 minutes" and that was it. So they're not well equipped to handle so many customers in a safe way. The only redeeming factor was the floor sign that reminded to social distance, and the employees wore masks (some incorrectly) but that is a BARE MINIMUM in terms of safety. I took a picture outside of the place. It was so packed, people were waiting outside for their order. Now here's where it gets serious to me. The owner emailed me about my review so that I could change it, and I didn't respond for 1 day, so he replied and called me out for picking on a small business and made an excuse that those customers are from Jinya (another small business) and they keep the doors open all the time. THEN a new review pops up a couple minutes after the response by an account with the same last name as the owner who emailed me, which also had 0 reviews. He looked me up on social media and determined that I had a girlfriend (who also posted concerns about COVID precautions at the business) and he called us "customers from h*ll" and claimed that the business owners should call a lawyer and sue us on grounds for defamation because we "defoliate" (yes...). His reason was because we go around picking on small businesses even though the vast majority of my Google reviews and those of my girlfriend are positive, which is public for all to see. Within 24 hours, this shop which normally receives a few reviews every month, starts getting a more than ten 5-star reviews with mentions of employee connections such as "my daughter's friend works here" and "my cousin started working here a while ago" in addition to mentions of "this place is COVID safe" and some very scripted "what a great selection and wonderful service", most from accounts with no prior Google review history, no account pictures, and within minutes/hours of each other. To top it off, Google has removed my review at this time, so here is a follow-up. This owner/business bullies critical reviewers and tries to flush them out with fake new reviews as cover up and I will never support them again. This defeats the point of a review platform by unethically intimidating customers who want to speak the truth regarding their experience. read more

I absolutely hated the Sharetea in Duluth. Something was always off about the boba there and I really wasn't a fan. When we found out there weren't much dessert choices around, we decided to visit this Sharetea. I ordered the coffee milk tea with boba and lychee jelly (don't @ me please.. I love lychee jelly in everything). A few things to point about this place - 1) It's thin & small. All the tables are two tops so if you have more than a party of two, you can pull up a chair but you may be potentially blocking the aisles. 2) There's only one size and it's LARGE. I wasn't wanting a large but because that was the only option available, we got it. Large size means pretty pricy too. Otherwise, the boba tasted pretty solid. Unlike Sharetea in Duluth, the flavor was consistent and the taste of the boba was pretty good too. I wouldn't consider it top-class boba but I wouldn't mind coming back here if I'm in the Sandy Springs area. read more

Ahhh I love bubble tea. I didn't know they had a bubble tea place so close to where I live now. It nestled in this plaza across the street from the Whole Foods plaza. If you know where flying biscuit is, it's in that plaza. Cute little coffee shop size place. They have a very nice variety of fruit teas, milk teas and blended teas. They give you options like having lactose free creamer or using whole milk and even coconut milk. The girl I spoke to gave me a brief description of the place and helped explain all the options they had. You can also determine the sweetness and how icy you want the drink which is great. They also have a nice selection of options for toppings. I decide to go with the girl's suggestion and got mango green milk tea. Right amount of sweet with a good taste of mango and I got it with the traditional "pearls. " I think next time I'll get it with less pearls but I still like the taste. I come here often as it's one of the better boba stores in this area (and also my friend's favorite spot). Their teas are decent and their boba is always cooked well (though it can't compare with places with fresh boba). The last time I got oolong tea, it was slightly over-brewed though, but I've had them plenty of times where it was fine. Every time I've come here, there has always been a constant stream of people coming in and out, so it's definitely a happening place. I give it a 3 star rating not because of the store but because I wasn't a huge fan of the tea itself. The store has a very nice and welcoming setting and the associates were very nice and down to earth. They were very helpful with me finding a good choice of tea. I ordered the classic which consists of the coffee, tea and of course the bubbles. Only took about 5 minutes to prepare I liked the overall taste of the drink itself but I couldn't really enjoy it as much because the bubbles were a little overwhelming and I'm not a fan of the consistency and taste of them. Sharetea, a bubble tea chain with hundreds of locations worldwide, opened their first Georgia location in Sandy Springs OTP (outside the perimeter) in January 2018. You can find it in the Hammond Springs shopping center to the left of Jinya Ramen Bar (if facing Jinya's storefront). The chain started in Taiwan in 1992. I was really impressed with both the tea and service we received at this shop. The tea was outstanding and the staff was very nice and enthusiastic. With bubble tea shops in Atlanta almost a dime a dozen these days, I admittedly was caught off-guard by the excellent taste and quality of the drinks I tried at Sharetea. If this shop was closer to where I live or work or in an area where I regularly dine out, I'd visit more often. The store is small, sort of like Kung Fu Tea. There's seating inside, but not a whole lot. It's not like Paris Baguette or Sweet Hut where there's space for several groups. Due to its small size, I don't think this place is conducive to work/study, but it's possible during non-peak periods when the space is emptier. Like other bubble tea shops and cafes, the setup is straightforward. There's a single register with an open tea-prep kitchen. The menu consists mostly of tea with some coffee and ice cream (ice cream is served in drinks only). At the time of writing this review, there's no food. All drinks come in one size only and range in price from $4 to $5 each. Ice-blended drinks and drinks with ice cream cost $5.25 each. Toppings, like boba (pearls), are 50 cents each. There's no credit card minimum. You can adjust the ice and sugar levels of most, but not all, drinks. Sharetea offers about 50 different kinds of drinks including fresh teas, brewed teas, regular milk and fresh milk (not powder) teas, "creamas," and the aforementioned ice-blended drinks which are essentially slushes. There are 9 toppings. A couple of the more interesting toppings include mini pearls and aiyu jelly. Aiyu jelly (ogio) is a fairly unique tea topping in Atlanta. It's brownish yellow in color, sweet and mildly tangy in taste, and made out of a certain type of fig. You should try it if you've never had it before. I tried a few of their creama drinks (coffee creama, mango green tea creama, and wintermelon tea creama; $4.50 each) and their classic green pearl milk tea ($4.50). All of the drinks tasted fantastic. The teas had good to great tea flavor; generally strong and robust. The quality was very good and the taste was near-addictive. The boba had ideal taste and texture as well; nice and appetizingly chewy. The coffee creama is one of Sharetea's top 10 drinks. Also included in that list are the classic black (not green) milk tea and wintermelon tea (technically not the creama version, but the tea is the same). Out of the 3 creama drinks I tried, I liked the wintermelon tea creama the best. Wintermelon is one of my favorite teas to get at Kung Fu Tea and Sharetea's version is just a good, if not better. It has a really pleasant, distinctive flavor. I like the rich, creamy top layers of the creama drinks. Unlike the drinks that come with toppings, the creama drinks aren't served with straws. Instead, they come with small knives which you use to cut slits (2) into the drink's seal. You drink directly out of the cup. The miniature knives make for some neat presentation and while it may look a bit gimmicky, it actually helps prevent leaks or spills when transporting drinks prior to seal-breaking. The creama drinks are served in eye-appealing layers, similar to Boba Guys' layered milk teas and 85°C's sea salt beverages. The drinks are as tasty as they look. read more

Sharetea makes some really good bubble teas. I've only tried the drinks from their Top 10 menu, but they are all very good. The QQ Happy Family Milk Tea comes with an assortment of toppings. And the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream is probably my favorite. The only negatives I came across was that the employees had a hard time telling me what the ingredients were in each drink, and there aren't any descriptions of the drinks on the menu. A drink such as the Hawaii Fruit Tea, for instance, would be difficult for anyone to know what was in it. In addition, I like ordering bubble tea drinks with little to no ice so that it doesn't block the bubbles towards the bottom. However, the drinks are too warm without the ice. Other places I've been to, the drinks are already cool. So I had to ask them to add more ice after my order. Outside of that, the drinks were tasty, and I like the selections offered. read more

This is a good Tea establishment. The fruit teas here are to die for. The milk teas are phenomenal. Having been a guy who tried many many many boba tea places, this is a place that makes a unique taste to the tea. I had the Hawaii Fruit Tea- you can't adjust the sugar cause it's fruit jams but this is very good. It has a tangy feel to it. The employers said it was a pineapple, grapefruit, and orange that makes this Hawaii. You can really taste the pineapple mostly in my opinion with the sour coming from the grapefruit. This comes with Aiyu jelly and it is very good. It brings in more sour/tangyness to the drink. My girlfriend had the oolong milk tea (30% sugar) and it taste very very good. You can taste the tea and the milk pairs with it rather than overpowering it. This is in the same shopping center at jinya, Cafe sunflower, etc. It's small inside so dont expect to seat a large party in here. I think there's outdoor seating but I can't remember. Teas are about $5 - normal priced They have milk teas, fruit teas, coffee, frozen. I got the hokkaido milk ( caramel toffee) and it was amazing! Super smooth & creamy, tons of flavor. Pretty sweet but I liked it that way. I've been here twice now & the second time I got a fruity tea but I can't remember which one. I'm going to be honest, I give this place extra bonus points solely for being next to Jinya ramen. I want to say it's perfect for after ramen, but it's probably better for the wait before seeing as Jinya is always busy and totally fills you up. I would have to agree with most reviews in a lot of areas... Drinks: The tea is good and there's a good number of different mix-n-match options. Super customizable when it comes to sugar, ice, and toppings! It does come super sweet I'll say. It's actually quite annoying that they only have one size option because it's huge, but my friend and I just elected to share since we were so full. It's awesome to see creama options here, though it's not outta this world for my first time trying it. The boba was well cooked and in a good quantity if you ask me, though it did get kinda stuck together making it hard to drink. Environment: It's kind of awkwardly laid out because there aren't many spaces to sit in tranquility like most bubble tea shops. The store is really long and narrow and the waiting people get kind of crowded in the pathways between tables. I'd definitely recommend taking your drink to go. Service: They definitely know their menu and can help explain things, but I don't find them as cute and friendly to share what's good as other places. It's bubble tea - it should be a fun experience! I was kind of shocked by the amount of herbal jelly in that cup. Herbal jelly must be really expensive these days or maybe it cost more at Sharetea. It was way too sweet and mind you, I have a sweet tooth. I usually ordered regular sugar at Kung-fu tea and everywhere else. Granted the tea I got was ordered with no ice, but that was how I ordered at kung-fu tea too. Today I changed things up a bit and went in to get a Classic Milk Tea with Pearl (or boba). The milk tea for both times were alright, but I had better at Kung-fu tea. The milk to tea ratio has more milk than tea at Sharetea. Even though today's tea was ordered with ice, I still found it a tad too sweet. As I am penning this review, I am waiting for the ice to melt. AMBIENCE 3.5/5 All places selling bubble tea tends to have this very basic minimalistic look. Sharetea is no different, however the feeling I got when I stepped into the modest sized store was just dull. The place should be more lively, and no i am not talking about the loud, chatty patrons in line. I hate to make a comparison, but kung-fu tea has this bright and cheery atmosphere. Yum! New bubble tea spot in sandy springs! Located in the shopping plaza next to Lowe's, sharing the same plaza with Jinya. The drinks come in one size . Which eliminates confusion, the baristas were helpful and enthusiastic. My and my fellow helper Phong T ordered 3 different drinks. Honey milk tea with herb jelly, Okinawa milk tea (roasted brown sugar) comes with boba, and oolong milk tea. Our order was about 12 dollars with the soft opening discount! You can control the level of ice and sweetness in your drinks. (I recommend less sweet 80% if you're getting any toppings bc those are naturally sweet already) Each choice of topping is an additional 50 cent. The teas are brewed to order and delicious! Hands down the best boba tea I have had anywhere. All drinks come in one size so you can't change that but, you have an option to pick how much ice and sugar you want in your drink based on the drink you are getting. They have a variety to select from. Once you place your order they tell you what your number is for your order and they will call it out when your drinks are ready. It took about 5-10 mins to get the drinks. I have been here twice and plan on going again in the future to try some of the other milk teas they have. I really liked the Okinawa milk tea, it tasted similar to Thai ice tea. For 2 teas I paid almost $10. First visit was on a busy Friday evening and the line was up to the door. Second visit was on a non busy Tuesday afternoon. My typical order is generally a milk tea with about 75% sugar level (one below "normal") but I think with this type, I would have opted for the 50% to avoid the sugar rush. The worst boba staff I've ever encountered in any state with any boba experience. Long story short: Ordred a blended drink aka a slush. Received a strawberry water like drink. My daughter ordered and brought it to the car. I let a lot of things pass, but not for this. Not for ordering an almost $9 slush and getting water. Nope. I went inside and told the girls behind the counter that this doesn't look ANYTHING like the picture or let alone any blended drink. They said they know. They said their boba was warm and it melted the drink because my daughter shook it. I told her we mix EVERY boba drink because we were taught that is the best way to mix the boba within the drink. She said, yeah but our boba was warm. She asked if I wanted her to remake it. I told her, no I don't think so and based on the menu, there isn't anything they could offer me that I wanted to drink. So I told them, in this case just take the drink back and refund my money. We got another drink as well. An oreo drink. We kept that. Here's where they probably would've gotten yelled at or worse by another person -- they took the drink and then said okay bye. I said where is my receipt. They said oh, no, we don't do refunds, bye. I was like um, okay give me the drink so I can take a picture for proof. She took the drink from behind the counter and TRASHED IT! @($*)@ The day you enter the field of customer service, you're supposed to put your idiocrasy aside. Not in this case. They were the worst staff, they were FULL of attitude and sass that would normally result in a whooping. I said okay. Remake the drink then if you're going to try and steal my money and my drink. The attitude didn't stop there. The two females, in my opinion based on how they treated us and the situation, are first place candidates on the NEED to be fired list. I will never visit Share Tea sandy springs ever again, or any establishment by the owner that they claimed to be Mike. In my opinion, you can get good service, good boba, and for cheaper elsewhere. At almost $9, Jinya isn't far away. I will take my business there, pay a few more dollars and get quality and quantity like a bowl of noodles not just water and ice with a straw. The best part was, a mother and her daughter came in to order popping boba. This store doesn't offer it, and of course their sass popped up again. Guess what, the mother and daughter left! It was so refreshing to see. I should've done the same thing. Anyhow, I did call my credit card and dispute the charge (already awarded the claim too!). Sharetea is typically crowded on the weekends so I stopped by during the week and found it empty. This boba shop's interior is clean, well-kept and organized. It's right next to JINYA Ramen bar (how convenient!). The parking lot is shared with multiple other shops so finding a spot can be a pain. Anyway, I was feeling basic that day and ordered their House Milk Tea with Boba. There's only one size here which is great --one less decision I have to make at the counter. The portions are pretty big considering the pricing is relatively standard compared to Tea Top and Sweet Hut. The bobas are soft and chewy, but tasted more bland and not as sweet as the ones from Tea Top. Either way, I still really enjoyed my drink. Service: Great! When you walk into the store, its a small shop that welcomes you to an open area to order your tea and all things you want for it.] _________________________________________________________ IS IT CLEAN? | [For a small store, it stays pretty clean for the majority of the time.] _________________________________________________________ FOOD & DRINKS | [Now, I have been here multiple times to try different teas. The first thing I want to start with is that their Boba is literally the best all around. The texture and flavor are much greater than in places like Kung fu tea or other boba tea shops. Now getting to the teas. I have had their Toro, Green Tea, Thai Tea, Strawberry ice cream, Honey Tea, Jasmine Tea, and Tiger Tea. All of these are great selections and have a great sugar amount, but they are not all that amazing after a while because you start to notice a lack of something each and every single time.] _________________________________________________________ SERVICE ‍‍| [Service sometimes is a hit or miss and I solely review it off on my experience, so may come a little biased, but this section should not reflect back onto them as they are always improving and doing much greater things. When I usually come here, they are great people and make things simple for you in all ways. However, they don't seem very friendly when I come to order or seem to give off a positive feel of the place. There were two incidents I came in where, I believe, a higher position person was getting angry at their staff members while I was there and when a staff member did not seem to help an elderly man because he couldn't pay for it and I stepped in to offer to pay for his drink, but they disregard my whole comment like they wanted him to pay and not me, even though I wanted to do it out of my own heart rather than my mind because the older man was really struggling. The old man ran out of the store to go to his car and he looked like he was in his 70's it made me mad a little bit that they couldn't do one good act of service for the elderly. Again, this shouldn't come off as a result of their efforts because they are improving all the steps of the way.] _________________________________________________________ OVERALL | [Overall, this place is not bad to go to. Swung by for some green pearl milk boba and they loaded it up with a lot of boba! They were perfectly cooked to that chewy consistency, which i love. My drink was $4. Tea was flavorful and quite large for the price. Good and fast service. Will be back! Note minimal seating as place is small. I definitely had to stop and try @sharetea and see what all the hype is about. Let me tell you they didn't disappoint. I got the Peach Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly. I typically get the basic boba but wanted to be different. I would definitely recommend Share Tea as they have a wide selection from smoothie tea, fruit tea and milk tea. read more

I've been to this Sharetea location three times and I absolutely love it! I work in downtown ATL this summer so whenever I drive past and it isn't crowded(or can find parking), I come here! *Parking*: 4/5 The parking sitution is a little tricky because there are many businesses in the plaza and quite a few reserved spots for each businesses. Sharetea doesn't have any reserved spots. A lot of people go to Sharetea after getting ramen from Jinya Ramen next door. Just be aware that you'll have to drive around a couple times. *Service*: 5/5 I've seen negative reviews talking about the bad service they've had. All three times that I've been here, its been great service. I took my grandmother twice and she's not too familiar with boba like I am. The workers kindly told her what the difference was and what the toppings were. I really appreciated that. *Drinks*: 5/5 I'm that the type of person that will order the same thing when they go to a place, so since I'm a chocolate lover, I always get the Cocoa Crema. Its a cream cheese like cheese foam with a chocolate base. I love it because it tastes like a salt dark chocolate bar. Mt grandmother enjoys the Strawberry Ice Blended with the ice cream. It comes with ice cream and lychee jelly but they give A LOT of lychee jelly so you may want to ask for less. In general, I really like this place and it fits in well with the two other boba/fruit tea locations near by(Teamo and Gong Cha). Oh! They sell cool eco friendly cup holders for $5. Our Order: Classic Milk Tea w. extra boba & Black Tea w. extra boba My daughter and I have a bubble tea obsession, ok, maybe she does...I used to. :-) Anyhow, Sharetea is nothing less than deviousness!!!!! Their bubble tea is the perfect blend of flavor, not too sweet and tasty - such a wonderful balance to the palate! And a huge plus, if you pay for extra bob, they reallyyyy give you extra boba! PROS - Taste - hands-down flavorful and amazingly yummy! - Cost - less than some other bubble tea spot, which do not stand up to Sharetea - Customer Service - A+ (they are nice!) - Outdoor seating - convenient and comfortable CONS - The seating is weird inside. Mostly seems like a waste because the tables take up a lot of space and it isn't aesthetically very nice. The seat ends with a full, unattractive view of their supples. I got the black milk tea with mini boba (my go-to) and it was just ok. I'm willing to give them another try, but I wasn't impressed with what I ordered. Yes, black milk tea is simple, but I've had better. Besides that, the staff was very inviting and friendly! read more

My go to bubble tea shop! It's the best one stop shop for all your thirst quenching needs. No longer shown on menu but you can still get it: "Whole Lemon Green Tea with lychee jelly's"!!! Worth the 40 minute trip for me! I have had many other bubble tea but this is hands down the best read more

Sorry Sharetea....you tea is fantastic but you gotta work on your wait time....I came in today at 3:35pm today and it was 4:17pm before they called my number....seriously at that rate I could of driven to Kung Fu tea on Buford highway-circle their tiny-can't find parking ever-parking lot-ordered a oolong milk tea and driven back and you still wouldn't have my tea ready! I get that it was a Sunday afternoon and you were busy but almost an hour for some tea is a bit much don't you think? But on a positive note-your oolong is fantastic with a great robust flavoring and your boba was chewy....just gotta get more people in there working! read more

I'm obsessed with this place. I even order it on delivery apps often because it's worth the fees. We usually get one of their blended drinks (the mocha one and strawberry ones are favorites) and their strawberry black tea with the honey boba. Very good! The workers there are always so sweet and very helpful when ordering new things! I love taking people here, the inside is a little small but it's still very nice. I've tried to work inside before but it's a bit too noisy and cramped but it's still a great place to go for a treat! read more
