I've only had 2 drinks from here-- Classic Green Tea with Boba and Classic Oolong Milk Tea with Boba. The green tea had just the right amount of sweetness and the tea taste. The oolong tea wasn't too sweet (which I like IMO) and the tea is strong. It's a good drink on a hot day! The boba is not too chewy and not too soft-- just how I like my boba :) This is my new go to place for satisfying my milk tea cravings and I love it a lot! I'm gonna have to try more of their drinks. One thing I have to nitpick with is that their service is SUPER SLOW. I went with my friend and there was NO ONE ahead of us. We ordered our drinks and it took them ~7 minutes just to make 2 of the same drink (it was the classic oolong milk tea with boba). I don't know if that's the "norm", but at other places, it does not take long to make a drink. The area is mostly clean and organized, but not too cozy and comfortable. The lady she made my drinks has pour the white water to my second drink to fulfill because they out of the watermelon tea or she was to lazy to get another container. High expectations were held at this place as I am a frequent Sharetea customer. I have tried many milk tea places and I came back to Sharetea as it proves to be make the most flavorful milk tea. The Sharetea on Brookhurst has reinforced this expectation but I guess it does not hold in the Costa Mesa one. read more

more than half the time i've gone here (around 9pm), they have run out of boba. the worst part is, they are rude about it. seems like others have been experiencing the same thing - just search "run out" or "ran out" here. the boba and drink quality is decent, but not amazing enough to worth risk another "we're out of boba, deal with it" experience. read more

I first stumbled upon sharetea out in the bay area, so when i saw that they opened one in santa ana, i was like, "legggggo." i'm a huge boba fan, so i was excited that this popular chain from the bay made its way to socal. however, when i got there, i was tad bit disappointed. let's talk about this real quick: 1. THAT LINE IS RIDIC. there were probably a handful of ppl in front of me at the time of ordering, but it was out the door by the time we got our drinks. that ordering line was the slowest that i have experienced in a boba shop. I mean, the person that was doing the ordering/cashiering, was ALSO prepping the cups with boba toppings. where y'all staff at? 2. After waiting for a long time just to order, we got our drinks and it was literally ehh. I ordered to hokkaido milk tea and i couldn't taste much of the flavors. It is so hot today, why they don't turn on AC...T__T that place is hot as an oven, even the drink is not cold enough...OMG!!! I ordered Happy QQ Family Milk Tea and wanted to add pearl and aiju jelly; but they told me that they would choose 5 random toppings and I could not choose. Haha...I never heard about that, but okay. Pros: You get to choice what you can add in and how much even the sweetness levels. Has has a small menu at the front desk which have the popular drinks if you cant decide with the whole menu. Has no syrup taste like the other boba places that disappointed me with the after taste. After taste was wonderful So far had 3 different teas one sweet one normal tea one mixed all were great even the sweet one wasn't overbearing. Cons:A bit pricey read more

I went to Sharetea to order drinks and I felt that overall they were rude plus not being attentive to the customer. I always like going to Sharetea from the Fullerton and the Cerritos Location. They would not take my order due to the fact that their system was down and said they will not take our order. I felt that it was a cop-out the way and not having proper customer service in handling the situation. If their system was down and can't service customer then closed the store rather than turning down customers left and right. There can be a better method for accommodating a customer who would like to purchase drinks at the establishment such as maybe in the future. I understand completely that their purchasing system is down but they need to have a plan B in dealing with a purchasing system is down. There is an old school method of doing purchasing then inputting back in the system once it is back up. read more

Went here after a broadway musical I saw with my cousin from across the street. We wanted boba type drinks. This was the closest place that served that. I knew exactly what I wanted because I have tried "Share-A-Tea" before just at a different location, Chino hills I believe haha. I ordered a mango green tea and my cousin ordered a matcha green tea with cream I believe and boba. We both liked our drinks. The thing I like about "Share-A-Tea" is that for the mango green tea because I can only speak for that specific drink, it has just enough mango flavor to make it taste like mango but not letting you forget you are drinking green tea, because I like sugary drinks and all but it's nice to have a drink with balance and this definitely is one. The service was average. The drinks tasted good. So yeah 4 stars. It's not anything special, like oh this place is the best boba place I have ever tried but, I'll go here again probably. read more

There have been multiple instances where they knowingly made a mistake on my drink, and when I politely ask them to change it, they roll their eyes and tell me they made it the way I asked them to. A word to the owner. Train your staff properly. Inconsistent service. One day i can get a drink i always order, the next with a different set of staff im not allowed to have it. A third day with a completely different set of staff and im able to have it. Are you not training your managers properly? Whats the mix up? I drive here everyday for 20 min to get your fresh tea. 5 stars for the drinks. 1 star for the inconsistency in training the staff on store policies. Take it from someone who goes around reworking boba/coffee shops, get it together. And if your staff member is sick i dont wanna hear them sniffling and snorting while theyre making my drink. read more

The boba itself here is so tasty and sweet! The drinks are just okay though. I tried the original black pearl milk tea and the oolong pearl milk tea. Both were mediocre but the boba really stole the show!! I still prefer lollicup's milk tea over this one but I would still recommend this place to others! $4 for the pearl milk teas:) they come with boba at no additional cost! read more
