    Brioche French Toast Combo

Had an online order for French toast with scrambled eggs, sausage, and hash browns. Food was cold when I got it even though I watched them put it in the bag. French toast were the end pieces of the bread they were soggy and cold. Didn't come with powdered sugar, butter, or syrup. No napkins or silverware. Super small portions for the eggs and hash browns. I want a refund. Not going here again

The service was excellent as was the food. Very clean, including the bathroom, and nice atmosphere. My server, Felicia, was excellent!

Were here couple days ago in our road trip. Interior looks good and lot of spaces, but drinks and food are not. We've ordered cappuccino and cakes. Cappuccino was super sweet and we didn't drink it. Cakes with local berries were sweet too. So if you like sugar too much this place definitely for you but we are not.

My first review of this Shari's location was A-OK because I had a couple trips in a row where my food always came out cold :( I've been giving it more chances lately though and really happy I have because they've more than made up for it. I've always loved Shari's and their food, my go-to always being the stuffed hashbrowns. This is also the only restaurant chain I've found that makes biscuits and gravy the way I like, and all around I'm mainly just a huge fan of their breakfast (but I enjoy their sandwiches a lot as well). My most recent visit I went in alone and sat at the little bar for the first time. It was actually kinda fun sitting up there and watching things work and service was awesome. I ordered their Chicken BLT sandwich which was delicious but HUGE!!! Everyone is really friendly here and if you've had a bad experience I'd highly recommend giving this location another chance because I think it's definitely improved lately. My last 5 or so trips I have had absolutely NO complaints!!

Not much meat in the prime rib dip.

It's not my favorite thing to do, writing a bad review. The portion sizes are very small. The tri tip dip barely had any meat on ot, and was served on a small roll. The meat was flavorful. The kids Mac N Cheese was OK. Shauna was our server, and she didn't seem happy to be there. Toward the end of our meal she seemed to warm up a bit. Value for your money, skip this place.

Ugh. Terrible service. After 15 minutes at our table, had to go find a waitress. Just got worse from there.

We went during happy hour and got the fresh oysters, the pork belly, the albacore tataki, pork belly sliders, the Cuban, and the burger. So damn good, we were planning our next time back while we were still sitting there. The outside looks like a house so we were super confused at first, but it's a very cute concept, the inside is so quaint and there's a nice outdoor seating area.

We walked in to find a mostly empty restaurant (2 other tables seated). The atmosphere felt more like it was suited for a nice dinner date than a casual lunch but whatever - they're open for lunch. When I asked a friend about it later, he said he and his wife go there for dinner but had never been at lunch time. My buddy ordered the Grinder (essentially an Italian) and I ordered the Beef Sando (essentially their take on a French Dip). My buddy, who self-admittedly doesn't like focaccia, said the bread was awesome and sando in general really good. We both really enjoyed the fries, that were well seasoned in a savory and slightly sweet dusting. The abundance of fries was well appreciated as well. The beef sando was tasty and also a good portion. My only complaint was the thinly shaved beef was laid flat in layers instead of mounded on the sandwich (see pic). I hesitate to even say this, but it felt like I was eating Steak-umm. In general, the meal was good and filling. The service was good and value for price felt good.

It's been a few years and after a long doctors appointment, I decided we should come back here because I missed our old date spot. First thing to note when we walked in was the air conditioning was nice and cool, after being seated though and we both were starting to be too cold, to the point we both were shivering and had goosebumps throughout the meal. I don't know why it had to be so cold in there, I like A/C but this was definitely excessive. We ordered our pretzels and noticed they weren't exactly the same as we remembered and no seasoning on top of the beer cheese, but that's ok. Our other food arrived and was decent but it just wasn't the same experience as what we used to love before. Maybe the cold effected us to not enjoy things as much, I'm unsure, but overall we left full.

Severe Food Safety Issue & Mocking Staff…read more Avoid this location if you value kitchen hygiene and basic customer service. During our visit, we found a long blonde hair baked directly into a breadstick. When we pointed it out to our server, Elyse M., she took the contaminated food behind the bar wall to show who may have been a manager, and both of them stood there openly laughing at the situation within my full view and earshot. The rest of the experience was just as hostile. Elyse was overheard loudly trash - talking customers behind the bar (saying "This isn't McDonald's"), refused to clear dirty appetizer plates before ( not our server) cramming our entrees onto the table, never refilled our water, and was aggressively rude to a person waiting to pick up an order. We paid our $41.18 bill, but the total lack of food safety standards and the unprofessional, mocking attitude of the staff is completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately.

The 7th Street location in Redmond looks like an older log cabin, with a large patio out front. It's conveniently located to downtown Redmond, easily walkable from other restaurants, bars, and breweries if you're staying nearby. Going inside, I quickly realized this was a friendly local place where people come and the bartender knows your name and order. I ordered two flights on my visit; all the beer was great. They have a number of core staples, plus a bunch of small batch beers you can read about on the chalkboard near the door. The bartender was immediately friendly and welcoming; I said it was my first time there and she told me it's the oldest not-for-profit brewery in Oregon, donating all their post-bill/payroll profits to local charities. I was also here at lunch time and ordered maybe the best tuna melt I've ever had - rich, buttery, and delicious. They have lots of beers packaged to go as well. If you're doing the Bend Ale Trail, this is a fun stop and worth venturing to Redmond for if staying in Bend.
