Sharks did a great job with my apartment cleaning. My 2nd bedroom was really dirty from a past housemate and I needed it to be ready for viewing. Their products and machines were superb. The liquid that they used to lift the dirt smelled great and they did a 5-step cleaning for sure. They have their own water supply and didn't need to hook up the hose from my kitchen sink or outside faucet. Their pace was steady and I did not feel rushed at all like other cleaners but they still finished in record time. They were communicative the whole time. It's true that they don't have any hidden fees. What was quoted to me was what I paid for based on great customer inquiry and quotation from the lady I spoke with on Yelp. Did a really nice job cleaning the carpets. The only thing I didn't like (but I won't change the rating) is that the carpet was wetter than what we've been used to after he finished. It took closer to two days for everything to dry. Some areas dried faster but we're used to everything being dry within about 24 hrs. It is summer time too so I would have expected it to dry sooner.
