Jacob knows glass! And related window construction. His 20+ years in the glass and construction business really shines. I'm really glad he's started his own business and that he now works in the Tri-Valley. We called on him to replace 2 windows where the seal on the dual pane had been compromised. Both windows had that unsightly foggy look plus some condensation between the panes. Jacob returned my message quickly and we set a time that same day to come out to see the problem and take measurements. He arrived on time and took several measurements to be 100% sure of the correct sizes to order. He quickly got back to us with a very competitively-priced quote for both windows. He contacted us about 1 week later to tell us that the glass was ready and he scheduled a next day appointment for the install. He showed up right on time, measured again before removing the old glass, then installed the new glass in both windows. He took his time to make sure the job was done right and then cleaned up everything leaving no trace that he'd even been there. He wore booties in the house, which we appreciated.
