Great king salmon bagel and lox. Very friendly service that helped out. It was crowded but everything at pikes place is and this is a touristy stop. Beautiful views from the general seating.

Great location right at Pike Market- ordering counter downstairs with some seating, but upstairs- that's table service with a view! [[HIGHLIGHT]]We weren't sat at the window, we were one table in- but the views were lovely.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a cup of clam chowder and John got the fish-n-chips. The clam chowder was good, but I have most certainly had better and right around the corner. The fish and chips were perfect. John and I shared everything and he agreed with my assessment. Service was fast and friendly. I can't remember if there was an elevator- but be careful on the stairs, the servers are carrying huge trays of food up- I yielded to them.

Lowell's was our must visit #1 spot on our list while visiting Seattle. At Pike's Place there's so much to see, taste, and to buy. We fortunately stumbled by Lowell's right from the elevator, just our luck! There was a line wrapped around but it moved pretty fast. The service was fast everything moved like a machine. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Again we were lucky to also find a table for 6 at the bottom level since they are three.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food came out fast. A bit on the pricy side but you're paying for the view and eating at a tourist spot. We ordered the famous crab melt with fries, a tuna melt, clam chowder and fish and chips. Everyone LOVED their food. I just wasn't a fan of the sauce on the crab melt. It made it soggy for me. I'd definitely return to try another favorite.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Stopped by Lowell's Restaurant while at Pike Place and grabbed a table on the second floor--highly recommend doing that if you can. The view alone is worth it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The chowder was the perfect way to kick off our time in Seattle and the breakfast tacos were solid. Nothing overcomplicated, just good, satisfying food. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor leans very maximalist--lots going on, but it works for the space and adds to the whole Pike Place energy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was quick and efficient, very no-nonsense, which fits the pace of the atmosphere. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Great spot to sit, eat, and take in the view while you're in the middle of everything.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

There's a line outside because you order first at the counter and then sit down. But it's a long line because the area is small. We got seated upstairs because we were pulled for a table of 2. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The view is as it says, very pretty for a restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service is very behind. We sat for a while and then ordered. We decided to share the Rueben sandwich and clam chowder. I wish they had options for small sides. The sandwich was good. The clam chowder was ok. Kinda bland for a famous place. The service took forever after we asked the check. Honestly go somewhere else.

Lowell's is a must stop for incredible clam or salmon chowder in a bread bowl. It's a casual vibe inside Pike's Place where you order at a cash register and then your order is brought to your seat wherever you find one. The bread bowl was soft and fluffy which was the perfect addition to my salmon chowder. Great quality and lots of pieces of fish that was a perfect lunch on a chilly and rainy day. The clam chowder is also incredible and a staple of Seattle.

I visited Lowell's with a coworker for a late lunch and I'm SO glad we did. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You order at the front and choose one of the three levels to sit at, the third with a beautiful water view.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The gentleman taking our order was so kind! Coworker got the fish and chips and I, the salmon Cesar. Both were a huge portions and very tasty but the salmon was the star of the show. Locally caught and sold in pike place market, it was some of the freshest salmon I've ever eaten. Truly melt in your mouth, and the price for each meal wasn't exorbitant. I'll definitely be visiting again next time I'm in Seattle

Lowell's is a must-stop if you're in the market! We had a beautiful table tucked into a corner overlooking the harbor and outstanding service from Tyler--friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. Breakfast was delicious. My husband had the classic combo with eggs, hash browns, link sausage, and toast--perfect comfort food. I ordered a huge bagel topped with herbed cream cheese, king salmon, pickled onions, and capers... absolutely fantastic. And bonus: unlimited hot coffee --always a win. It's tucked right inside the marketplace, and we actually found it thanks to a suggestion from our server at Alder & Ash the night before. So glad we listened! Would I come back? Heck yeah! Next time, I'm trying the crab omelette for sure

Prime location - inside Pike Place Market! We needed a drink and a quick bite while we toured the area. We visited around 4pm on a Friday and the place was not packed. Definitely a change from a previous visit I had last in Sept 5 years ago. The VIEW gave this place the 4th star. Try to get the window seat as much as possible if you visit this place. Ordered the chowder - just mid. Nothing special and definitely had it better. Wish the bread bowl was toasted. Calamari - small portion - was good and so was the fries. This place is one of those Order, Pay then get your food type. Menu offers many choices. They have a bar on the second floor and the drinks were great. Be prepared to pay more for your cocktails :/ The bartender was nice and welcoming.

Sat at the bar. For a birthday cocktail. A special chai martini. Served iced and so good. The wonderful bartender JoJo provided excellent service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And it's a bar, so the ambiance was fun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A gentleman sang happy birthday to my sister and me.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And people were overall happy here.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]An iconic Pike Market place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe next time I'll eat some food. SYOY!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Lowell's Restaurant in the heart of Pike Place Market is one of those rare spots that hits you right in the soul the moment you step inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tucked into the bustling arcade at 1519 Pike Place, it's been slinging plates since the early days nearly a century of history soaked into the woodwork, the worn counters, the old-school charm that feels like a love letter to Seattle's past.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When I roll into town, this is my first stop for breakfast, no question. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place hums with that perfect mix of market energy and quiet nostalgia: gleaming brass rails, dark polished wood, the faint creak of floors that have seen a million footsteps.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's almost classy, as they say, in the best possible way unpretentious but elevated, like a well-tailored coat you throw on without thinking twice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The view? Christ, the view is worth a million bucks, easy. Perched on one of those three floors overlooking Elliott Bay, you get Puget Sound stretching out like it owns the horizon ferries cutting through the water, maybe a glimpse of the Olympics or Rainier on a clear day, the whole postcard panorama laid out while you dig into eggs, hash browns, or whatever hearty plate they've got going.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location itself is another million: dead center in the market, steps from the fish throwers, the flower stalls, the chaos and color that make Pike Place what it is.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] But it's the people who seal it the staff here go above and beyond, warm, quick, genuinely glad you're there, making you feel like a regular even if it's your first time in years. Quality, service, ambiance: top tier, every time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In a city full of shiny new spots, Lowell's reminds you why some places endure. It's not just breakfast; it's a ritual, a moment where the city slows down just enough to let you breathe it in.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]If you're in Seattle, do yourself a favor: climb those stairs, grab a window table, and let the place work its magic. You won't regret it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Drinks Only- As we were meandering through Pike's market on a Sunday, we decided we wanted to pop in for a drink or two. The bartender mentioned mimosas and Bloody Mary's so my ears perked up. They had an unusual Bloody Mary with salmon, so as we were in Seattle, I felt that I should try this version. I was expecting a piece of salmon on my drink, but rather the salmon was within the mix- interesting.....not sure I would order this again. I think I would stick with a regular bloody mary. Pricing wise, not bad for being at the market. Netherless the bartender was very friendly. And very kind to address all the questions of the tourist stopping in. The view from the bar of the water was beautiful. The bar on the second floor is quite small. If eating, there are plenty of seats among the three floors. Note lots of stairs....to the second and third floor.

Clam Chowder: 6.5/10 mid. Unfortunately, the chowder of the day wasn't salmon which is my fav. Fish and Chips: 7.5/10. Fish was ok, fries were good, tartar sauce was great. Calamari: 8/10. Calamari was good, sauce was ok. I enjoyed the calamari with the tartar sauce from the fish and chips. Service & Ambiance: 10/10. We sat at the top level where The Crab Pot was. We were brought our food from both restaurants and the window view was amazing

As for the taste, it was delicious and very savory. The biscuit was soft, and the bacon bits added a nice crispy texture. My only complaint is that I wish there had been more gravy. I also didn't really taste any sausage in the gravy. I was expecting more of a traditional Southern-style sausage gravy, but the flavor was a bit different from what I'm used to. This is more of a take out spot, as there isn't any indoor dining.
