Was just in Seattle for 1 day to catch a cruise. Sharps was within walking distance of the hotel. We loved the ambiance, service and food! We had 5 in our group 2 adults, one teen and two kids. The service was spot on and the food was fresh and fast. One kid was not a fan of the French fries (they were cooked with skin on) and the server immediately brought her apple slices instead. I had the cod tacos, husband had the boneless wings. Teen had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, we all enjoyed our lunch! If I lived closer I would certainly eat here often. We flew 6 hours to Seattle, checked into our hotel, and walked a couple of blocks to eat, as we'd been without food all day. The menu claims "Happy Hour Prices, Full Size Plates"... Not true. Tiny portions! The "Applewood Smoked Pulled Pork Fries" were a huge disappointment! Almost no meat, way too much dreadful cheese sauce, and Jalapeños that were not mentioned on the menu! Service is very slow, but they warn you, as you're being seated that there's a 2-hour sitting limit. (Not a great initial impression...) That was a shock, but when you factor in how slow the service is, I get it. (Although that would not be from patrons lingering too long.) The place wasn't even busy! Only 2-Stars, because the made-here Whiskey and Sourdough added good ambience. Much BETTER experience this time around. Although it was still super busy and it took a very long time to get waited on and receive our food. However, I had the Brisket mac-n-cheese plus a caesar salad & papaya mule for a drink. The Brisket Mac-n-Cheese was very good...super tasty brisket with the right amount of pasta and cheese to go together well. I loved this. It also came highly recommended from our Waiter. The Caesar Salad was not as good as last time. It appeared most of the lettuce was wilted and older, so the crunch just wasn't there. I had to fly to Seattle for work and by the time my coworkers and I arrived we were beyond hangry. The hotel we were staying at we asked what restaurants were near by they told us a few spots, I jumped my ol' trusty Yelp app and looked some of said places up and my coworkers and I decided on Sharps Roasthouse. Say less we will take the bar at this point I was so hungry I probably would have taking a bite out the wall. Our waiter arrived pretty quick with a carafe of water and menus. We scam through the menu and and the drink menu and place our order. I went with the Texas double smoked burnt ends that come with cornbread, I also got the brisket street tacos and a side order of Garlic parm Broccoli and I ordered the scratch Manhattan. My coworker ordered the bacon bbq brisket sandwich with potato salad as his side and a side order of garlic parm broccoli as well. We got our cocktails first and wow! They were delicious! One cocktail will get you together trust me. Our food arrives and everything looks amazing I can definitely see why this place is busy. My burnt ends with the cornbread was delicious the cornbread was soft with the nice crispy edges and the burnt ends we juicy tender and so flavorful. My brisket taco was on point tender and oh so flavorful as well. My co worker enjoyed his food and said, it was one of the best brisket sandwiches he's had. There is plenty of seating, the restaurant is very spacious, but once again very busy so you maybe want to just eat at the bar area if you don't want to wait. Our waiter was amazing extremely attentive made sure we were happy with everything and answered all of our questions with a smile and even recommended items. If I ever have to go to Seattle again I will definitely eat here it is that good. Located right next to the Seattle airport, me and a friend quickly found seating in the bar (all self seating). Looked to be a busy night as many people were standing outside waiting to be sat, this was a Saturday night. Our server Artyom was expedient, knowledgeable and friendly. Every item we ordered was absolutely fantastic and I would gladly eat again. The restaurant itself has a cute rustic look. You can tell this establishment is well loved and takes great pride in their history and unique spin on menu items. My sister and her husband had to catch a flight at the Seattle International Airport. Before they left, we had our last dinner of the trip at Sharps Roasthouse close to the airport. We tried their BBQ ribs, buffalo wings, Caesar salad and the complimentary corn bread. The portion was generous, and the food was delicious! The ribs and the onion rings on the side were on the drier side but were well seasoned and matched the BBQ sauce well. The buffalo wings and Caesar salad were normally good too (can't go wrong with the classics)! Our server, Desiree, was very friendly and attentive. We felt welcomed under her hospitality! Was driving through the Seattle area near the airport and saw the high ratings of Sharps and figured I'd give it a try. Very cool atmosphere on the inside. Had displays of their homemade pastas, their meat roasts, and an all-around vibrant energy. I opted for open seating at the bar and thought it was neat that they had a big "wheel of fortune" type of wheel with discounts off of select drinks everytime youd spin it. Had good service from Jimmy, and I tried the Billionaires Burger and the Mango Margarita. It was a good meal! Being close to the airport and a number of hotels, I can see why it is so popular. Went here for happy hour ....we had a night to kill before our cruise on Sunday, so we looked this place up close to our hotel...it did not disappoint! We grabbed a table for two and we were immediately greeted by our server...asked about happy hour rotating beer, and he said it was a Japanese lager...so we got it. It was very good...so good we got two. For happy hour food we got the burnt brisket ends on sourdough cornbread...oh my word was this good. We also got the boneless wings and portion about blew us away...our server joked that after we ordered them, everyone was asking about them and also started ordering them. They were really good with a great spicy sauce....we could NOT finish them....so if you are super hungry...go for these!! I did not dine-in but ordered take out after arriving in Seattle. My husband and I decided to share the Roasting Works BBQ platter for approx $50. It's included 5 ribs, 1/2 chicken, about 4 slices of brisket, BBQ beans, mashed potatoes, onion rings, pickled vegetables and corn. It's definitely enough food to share between two people. The highlights were the ribs, brisket, beans and onion rings. I liked the pickled vegetables but my husband did not sooo it may not appeal to all. The chicken was slightly too bland for both of us. so it's been a minute since I was actually here but it's only been a minute. I was idled near SeaTac doing a slow crawl while waiting to pickup and the aroma of meaty smokes wafting by left me feeling pretty good about passing on breakfast. followed my nose (it always knows!) around the corner and found myself here at about half past lunch sitting at the bar nursing a martini, waiting on a classic, and wondering what's up with this monster on the menu... wasn't long before a half pound of freshly burgered local meats arrived cooked to my desired pinkness topped with upscale lettuce, onions, tomato, and pickles plus matching bacons, cheese, and saucy sauce on a fancy bun with fancy fries and ketchups... I took a second trying to figure out where to start on this and went with small bites between juice flows. (FWIW: start with the wrapper on to contain the flood of 'oh that's good!') and about that monster: double meat burger with a grilled cheese sandwich stuck in there somehow and it's all dolled up proper plus fries for forty dollars american... or free if you consume the sandwich in five minutes (fries can wait until after.) a fairly simple if undignified task that reduces a pretty amazing burger to mere spectacle... my recommendation would be to split the sandwich with two or three friends and savor the flavors at a more leisurely pace with a light bodied blonde ale. read more

Everything I've eaten here has been fresh and phenomenal. The Northwest Applewood Smoked Salmon Pasta was cooked al dente and all the flavors from the smoked salmon to the San Juan island mushrooms to the sauce worked beautiful together. I love that they make the sourdough pasta in-house, from scratch. The king salmon burger was delicious as well. The salmon was cooked beautifully and seasoned very well. Our server was really nice and would come by to fill our waters The restaurant was clean and had a nice ambiance. I liked seeing their pasta machine when you first walk in. We had such a great experience at Sharp's Roasthouse! The food was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. everything was flavorful and perfectly prepared. Our server, Rocky, truly made the night. He was so knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to our allergies and dietary restrictions, and made sure we felt completely comfortable with our choices. The Nashville Hot Fried Chicken Sandwich was a 5/5-- it was crispy, juicy, and spicy. The prime rib was a 4.5/5-- very moist, tender, and lots of flavor. There as close as you can get just south of the airport in service was amazingly quick have their own parking lot and make their own sourdough lunch started with a small sourdough corn bread to eat while we looked at the menu they had salads, steaks, and sandwiches Read fantastic servers from Casey, who even came back to check on our meal. Came to Sharps Roasthouse on a weekday night for a date. As soon as I walked in, I saw the fresh sourdough pasta maker and immediately thought of Von's 1000 Spirits. When I asked, the host confirmed they're sister restaurants--what a nice surprise. I honestly can't believe there's a spot this good so close to the airport. If I had to compare it to 13 Coins and the other nearby airport restaurants, I'd pick this place every time. The only downside during our visit was the bartender. She seemed visibly unhappy, was tossing things around, and had a bit of an attitude, which was disappointing. That said, the food more than delivered. Their fresh sourdough pasta is just as good as Von's--so flavorful and consistently delicious. The smoky Manhattan was incredibly smooth with a great smoky finish. My boyfriend loved the French dip--solid 10/10 from him. Aside from the bartender's attitude, we really did have a great overall experience. One thing to keep in mind: the parking lot is pretty small, and it took us a while to find a spot. I'd recommend avoiding peak hours if you can, and you should be fine. read more

I was able to catch some Sunday football, enjoy some good drinks and eat some amazing wings with Mac & cheese. Service was prompt and attentive. I enjoyed the vibe of the restaurant. I was actually surprised at the quality of the food here as I was expecting basic American food. The wings were up there with some of the best I've ever had. The menu has extreme variety so you can really get whatever it is you're having a craving for. From barbecue, to seafood, to home comfort meals like rotisserie chicken. I now feel like I have to visit this restaurant either when I land in SeaTac or before I'm taking off to return to my destination. This place is a true gem. read more

When we arrived there was a large crowd waiting. But as a party of two we were seated right away. I tried a sample of two dark beers. Both were excellent but I chose the Black Raven Coco Jones Porter. Great choice and the Northwest Applewood Smoked Salmon Sourdough Pasta was delicious. Sharps Roasthouse serves bbq meats and has a large wall of alcohol. If you order takeout, they add some nonsense fee which is basically 10% of the bill. I had the roast chicken. It comes with cornbread, broccoli and mashed potatoes. I found the chicken lacking in flavor. Even supermarket rotisserie chicken is better. The broccoli and mashed potatoes were delicious though. Stopped in without a reservation and that was a mistake. Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes, make a resy! Since it was just a friend and I, we sat at the bar where they serve their full menu. Our server was great and seemed attentive to diet restrictions. I was in the mood for a burger and a glass of white wine (I know, but that's what I wanted) and I was happy with both. Their burgers are cooked to perfection and can be made with lettuce wrap. I removed the sauces to make it safe for my gluten allergy. Pulled pork: 12-hour pulled pork tossed in our Kansas City Savor Spear® Bourbon BBQ sauce, crunchy tamarind slaw, fried onion strings, mayo, sourdough brioche. Finish with extra Kansas City BBQ or Carolina gold mustard sauce King Salmon Avocado Hamburg** Sliced avocado, crisp slaw, red onion, green leaf, spicy tartar, griddled Brioche, Hand-Cut-Today Fries. They're both great easy meals, I really enjoyed the king salmon hamburger. Service is always excellent here -- servers take good care without being annoying. You can be seated and fed quickly -- which is good , considering most of the diners are in transit and in a bit of a hurry. I like the bar seating in the bar (not at the actual bar, but in the middle of the room). It's usually filled w/ single diners -- and people tend to be social when they're alone. I've met some nice folks here and if you're dining alone, I recommend these first come first serve seats. Definitely a great option for drinks and food if you're hungry at Sea-tac. read more

If you love yourself a good tasty prime rib, this is a must try! Sometimes hubby and I just can't wait for the holidays to enjoy prime rib so we come here instead, lol. Don't be fooled by how rare this cut looks, it might be able to walk off the table, but it's incredibly tender and perfectly cooked! Complimentary cornbread is yummy as well. Our last server, Delia was so kind and made sure we were taken care of every minute she stopped by. Amazing food and service. We sat down and ordered and the food came out within 5mins of ordering. My brother and I both got the prime rib dinner. Everything on the plate had lots of flavor. If you sit on the dinning side you get complimentary cornbread. Since we were on the bar side we were charged for the cornbread. The cornbread was good too. It's a bit pricey but if you go there Monday - Friday from 11-2 and you're a WA resident you get 25% off. I will be coming back to try their scratch made sourdough pasta. read more
