    I would not recommend this shop due to extremely poor communication and lack of accountability…read more I called on Monday about a broken car mirror and was told the repair could be completed by Wednesday, which is why I chose to bring my car to them. When I followed up on Wednesday and asked if the part had arrived, the manager said dismissively "I don't know." (Which is not an acceptable answer.) I then had to ASK him to find out. I was told I would get a call after they checked with the shipment company about the part. They never called back. Two hours later, I called back myself and was told the part wouldn't be available until the following week. He had already found out in that time but did not call me. I asked to bring it in for a temporary fix because I really needed the car. I picked up the mirror myself in McDonough and brought it to them. When I left, the mirror fell off immediately after, and the shop was closed. Obviously, I needed the housing, and the manager again said he would call me to confirm that the part had arrived, given that I had a temporary fix in place. He AGAIN never called, and then, inexplicably, they claimed they SENT THE PART BACK. On Friday, I called to find out when I could bring my car back to finish the job, and was told Monday. When I brought the car at 8 AM on Monday, I was told it would be done Tuesday. No mention that he had sent the part back. He waited until 5:00 PM at the end of Monday to tell me that they still didn't have the part because they had sent it back -- despite the fact that I had called him Friday and told him the mirror kept falling off. When I asked why they sent the part back, the manager replied, "these things happen." No accountability. I understand that delays can happen with availability of parts, but any extra delay or discrepancy should be communicated to the customer. The customer shouldn't have to reach out repeatedly to get updates -- especially when explicitly told they would call. In addition to that, my brake light was supposed to be fixed and I ended up getting pulled over two days later. They claimed it was something wrong with the car, but the car is brand new. They gave my car back Tuesday because the part had not come. On Wednesday of the following week, I finally got my car fixed. After again having to reach out multiple times for updates, the part finally arrived around 4:00pm. I went into the shop just for the manager to tell me, "you don't have to be so hard. It's just a car mirror," in a condescending tone. This was despite the fact that I had already explained my urgency and was still waiting only because they had sent the part back without telling me. Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating due to repeated delays, lack of updates, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I will not be returning and would caution others to consider other options.
