Behgum was patient and accommodating during my consultation as I struggle with X-rays. Dr Dianat thoroughly explained my options and even called my dentist to discuss my treatment. I was a bit undecided on my treatment option but his entire staff was patient and supportive - even drawing up two treatment plans and explaining the cost differences to me (thanks Kim and Lailia). I ended getting a root canal (my first one) and the process from start to finish was painless and the best experience one could hope for. Behgum assisted during my root canal and made me feel at ease right from the preparation stages. She is kind and provides intentional care throughout the process, checking in to make sure I was ok and explaining where we were in the process. She helped me through at least six X-rays and it was a breeze! Everyone showed kindness, support and the highest level of care. Since December of last year, I've had some tooth sensitivity to hot and cold foods and drinks in my…read moreupper right jaw. Since I get regular cleanings and checkups on my teeth, I didn't think much of it until I started feeling some incredibly intense jaw pain all of a sudden early summer, and for a more than a couple of weeks, I relied on Advil, soft foods at room temperature, and late night video game binges to distract me from the immense discomfort I was going through. I was eventually referred to by my dentist to Valley Green Endodontics and boy am I glad he did. There appeared to be a hard to spot (even by x-ray) hairline crack in a tooth that was found only by removing the filling...and thus the root canal proceeded thereafter. Now, I gotta admit I am terrified of having any work done on my teeth due to - I get incredibly anxious feeling trapped in the chair with the sound of a drill going on. But I was lucky enough to get Dr. Chun, who is as kind and reassuring as she is really knowledgeable as well as super skilled and steady with her tools. She communicated well with me what would happen each step of the way and I felt absolutely no discomfort whatsoever throughout the entire process. Her assistant was also incredible as well. The rest of staff was incredibly nice and easy to talk to and I was happy that my pain - as well as any very mild swelling due to the root canal that happened - subsided pretty quickly. I do need to note although insurance covered a good portion of the root canal, it did not cover the Gentle Wave treatment, which I still thought was worth it for the more thorough cleaning.
