Kelley installed a ceiling fan and drop lighting for me today. She was awesome! She let me know she was free to come by earlier and got everything done in the time she quoted. She's upfront with her rates, which are very competitive. Kelley was so easy to speak with from the get, open with what she feels comfortable working on, and will let you know if you should contact someone else in that specialty. She takes pride in her work, which shows in how perfect the end result is. I appreciated that Kelley is conscientious about Covid safety. I needed my exhaust fans in the bathrooms and kitchen area cleaned (had not been cleaned for years by previous owner) and also needed to install some towel hooks in the bathrooms. Everything was done in record time. She also fixed the alignment of a malfunctioning door knob (we thought we would need to change out the entire door knob, but she saved us money by just making some minor adjustments which was amazing!)....Of all the handy persons that I communicated with, she was the one who knew exactly what needed to be done just from the descriptions that I sent, which was an indication of her experience and talent. So reasonably priced that I actually paid her more than she asked for because she did a great job. I had her hang curtains and pictures both large and small in various rooms of the house. I also asked Kelley about doing a large drywall repair in my laundry room and she took a look at it, but was upfront and honest in that it was a larger job than she could fit in her schedule, and referred me to somebody else. My new handy-person! Kelley knows her stuff. I needed something to seal the gap between the bottom of my security door and the ground. With the weather so nice, I wanted to keep my front door open, but if I did that, I would have had unwelcome visitors, like lizards, just wander in. I called numerous other places, all of whom ignored me. Not Kelley. She came out, added a piece to the bottom of the screen and you can't even tell....plus she weather-stripped my door from the kitchen to the garage. Because she was so quick and good, I asked her to come back and paint my fence. She did a BEAUTIFUL job. I have an older home and a lot of little things that need to be fixed, plus, I sometimes mess things up myself. Now I can rest a lot easier knowing Kelley will be there to fix anything I can wreck. I hired Kelly to do a job on my behalf and after accepting she notified us it was on the understanding that she couldn't get to the repair for three weeks which we understood and accepted. Two days prior to the agreed upon date she cancels saying I don't do repairs in this area. To me this just talks to the lack of thoroughness of how she does things. We specifically talked to her about the job and its location, now she decides she doesn't want to go where the job is and cancels. She has left us high and dry searching for a new repair person. Kelly's business practices are very poor and for this reason I wouldn't recommend her to anyone. read more

She fixed it! First time homeowners here. We had a wooden windowsill in our shower that was rotting really badly. Kelley made a new sill out of PVC board that looks great and will now be waterproof.
