Kelley is really, really good! She got back to me later the same day that I messaged her and was able to stop by the following day. A next day turn around after a mid-day message is unheard of. Had our tangled window blind unstuck, as well as had a dresser re-assembled & various small repairs that had been accumulating completed - our handyperson was prompt in communication, on-time, professional and completed our task list throughly and completely, and her price was very reasonable. Kelley was great! We had a whole list of things we need help with and Kelley counseled us on all of them. We prioritized a couple of plumbing issues including a leak of unknown origin under our kitchen sink. Kelley diagnosed the problem, proposed a couple of different possible solutions and then executed the repair plan by installing a new faucet and sealing everything up. Kelley recently completed a laundry list of projects at our house: re-hanging shelves that had come out of the walls, hanging a large picture, clearing a blocked dryer vent, etc. Her work product was terrific. She was extremely professional, meticulous, asked questions, took great notes / made great diagrams of the work before diving in, and got to work right away. She was really efficient and got a lot done in a short amount of time. She also examined a number of larger-scale projects (determining what is causing water damage around a window/ceiling area, cleaning and repainting decks, fixing a broken window, stabilizing a blown-down portion of a fence) and got back to us promptly with a clear description and fair pricing of the work and materials. Kelly just left my house and she couldn't have been a nicer person to work with. I had her install a glass shower door which was problematic to say the least, she was professional and was able to troubleshoot the installation and made sure it was perfect. She had the right tools for the job and even had some screws on hand that she used to help secure the door to the wall. I had her then install some towel bars in my bathrooms. She Fixed It is a professional, courteous, and punctual service. She works hard and has very reasonable rates. Kelley (the owner) has done numerous projects in my condo ranging from installing a medicine cabinet, mounting my TV, putting up crown moulding, to painting. When I bought my house, there was a long list of things that needed to be done, both small (like fixing window cranks) and large (like rebuilding part of a deck). We talked about it and I gave her the inspection report. She did great work, was upfront when she needed to bring someone else in for part of the job and basically just took care of everything. I live on the east coast and own a condo in Seattle. I had a specific repair which looked more difficult than what I would be able to do. I found Kelley on Yelp and was reluctant to just rely on all of the positive reviews she had received. But I'm glad I did. She responded immediately, scheduled the job, did what would have been a fairly complicated job for me in less than the time she anticipated. The billing was clear, honest and accurate. The tenant on site said that Kelley was efficient and competent but not in a rush and valued doing good work. She returned to finish the job but the material had not cured so instead of doing a sloppy job she scheduled another date. Kelley's work is FIRST CLASS! I hired Kelley to install a new cabinet and counter top to hold a new laundry room sink. This job required some difficult planning, measuring and cutting to compensate for pipes in my laundry room in order to install the cabinet and counter top, and it required knowledge of plumbing to re-align and install some water lines. Kelley gave me a reasonable estimate, and when she came out to do the job she was on time and prepared. Her work was very professional, she had all the right tools and she knew exactly what to do. I was very impressed with Kelley's ability to figure out some difficult installation issues. Even though it was a fairly complicated installation, she did the job within the estimated time frame and it turned out exactly as I had wanted it.
