The care and precision they take on your nails is unmatched. Now, my cuticles were BAD. She took an HOUR just working on them. They were bad and unfortunately I bled on about 4 fingers and since they use a bunch of precision based tools, my fingers were swollen a bit the day after BUT tbh I didnt care. Just knowing that my cuticles were handled, made better and the upkeep is going to be more simple made it worth it. Sometimes you just have to go through a little something. She went behind the counter and picked up a menu that looks like something you go to a restaurant to get and she opened it up and pointed to the $10. I told her you did not tell me that it was gonna be $10 to take the polish off. I would not recommend this nail salon due to the fact that they are not honest in communicating their prices prior to services being rendered. This is the second time that I have visited this place and was not given an accurate price. I will not be visiting again.
