Then I went in and I thought the installation of the kiosk was supposed to speed things up, not, it just created time for staff to F around. So I went in, went to the kiosk, placed my order for 2 tiny tacos, 2 MFING TACOS. I selected "pay cash at the counter". So I went to the counter and stood there with cash in my hand and waited for 25 f-ing minutes while one staffer stood at the counter f-ing around on her phone texting and yapping. finally I was able to pay when another person, the manager i think, and I thought i would get my lunch soon. Nope! 3 other customers came in and got served that came in after me. Then a staffer came up to me and asked for the name on my order and I gave it to her. I waited patiently, then finally after another 20 minutes a gentleman brought me my 2 tacos. My suggestion if you are going to prioritize the drive thru over the in person dinning room sales then just close the f-ing dining room all together. Nobody should be waiting 45 f-ing minute for 2 tiny tacos.
