I most recently was so impressed with the excellant job ,Tony did.He strives for perfection.The problem is he is not there all the time.He cleans off smudges from grease build up on the hands plus any old dust build up.Customers should get his phone number.His work is excellant.This work is much better then the work ; Jonathon does.Jonathon is the very big male Hispanic adult with a shaved head.He is the one that drives the maroon Mercedes ,E-320,Calif plate:6GMW380.His work was shown to me by my friend.Pertaining to a 1997 Toyota Corola.My husband used to do this type of work .To include paint cars.It was then my husband pointed out to my friend .Prior to doing a tint job all the windows must be cleaned even steamed on occassion.The golden rule is treat people like you want to be treated.Plus you take pride in you're work in reflects the employee and the company he works for.He continued :A good employer in this line of work should never put time before quality of service with excellence in regards to time.Some employers may pressure a employee to do a rush job.Why ?So the employer does not have to pay the employee over time.However;My husband states in this line of work every car is a case by case basis .But charge the same for tinting.Customer care gos along way.This pertains to perfect glass window cleaning prior to putting window tint.Putting the tint is the easy part. The job my friend showed me was disgusting.You could see that the inside glass had excessive hand smudges and film and dust build up.Plus the out side windows were dirty.My friends sister could not use hand and arm signals as a defensive driver does.Because Mohamid the son told her to keep the two side windows up.He stated so the tint could dry.She claimed she could not see out of the back window.My friends sister and her brother came back to see if Mohamid the son of the owner ;Sal ,would correct the problem.Mohamid the son informed my friend he had to wait until Tuesday the 11th of Dec,2012. Mohamid indicated,"We have to wait to see if air gaps are not due to moisture in the air." That same day the sister informed ; Jonathon the male Hispanic the adult that he did a very bad job.She also informed ;Jonathon she had trouble driving.Jonathon was observed walking away with a big smirk on his face.He stated,"You have to wait three days." Tony cleaned all the windows inside and out.He is great.However;As my friend and his sister were sitting out side,my friend stated,Sal walked over to my friend yelling at the top of his lungs,he said,"Don't rush him like you did to my employee,this is costing me money"! My friend stated he calmly responed ,"Sir no one rushed you're employee ,Jonathon." Well great news . Sal hired some great professionals. The others prior lacked integrity and customer service skills .This is according to a good friend. He called today and informed me of the good news. Sal's new employee ; Mr. Miguel ,savved his favorite Cd. Herald Melvin & The Blue Notes. Mr.Miguel carefully removed the front plastic portion of the area that holds the radio in place.Then carefully took the valued cd out. I have read some of the negative reviews . Yet everything is based on a personel experience. Yet the fact is : There is always two sides to the story then the truth. Or ten sides to a dollar bill. My friend indicated when you see Sal its that people customer friendly look. The : " Hi welcome to Metro Sound ,please how can I help you today ". The impression my friend stated he receives is if : Sal does not have the product you want and need ,he will bent over back words to get exactly what the customer wants. Plus the experience my friend shared is : Sal is willing to put everything in writing. This is exactly what ; Bill Handle on the Law says. Get everything in writing. According to my friend. The tint technicians will and don't mind puting everything they did in writing .Example: Perfectly cleaned all windows prior to puting the tint. Thats great. At ; 12:05 ,in the after noon .What was very mysterious is when my friend was talking to ,Saul the connection ended. So my friend called ,Saul back. This guys are awesome. I was looking for a good stereo shop to work on my car. I've been burned at other shops, but theses guys were very knowledgeable and did great clean work. I have a white 2014 Mitsubishi EVO X. I was looking to upgrade the sound system and add sub bass, but I did not want to add a heavy box, amps, or lose my truck space. The solution to this was running two small amps that where hidden and two custom fiber glass boxes on each side of the trunk. They are digital amps that carry a lot of power and are small and light weight. I went with the two side fiberglass boxes on the side because of the weight distribution of my car and also the light weight material . I want to thank Julio and Franky for helping me with my built. I came to Metro Sound looking to upgrade the stock speakers in my car. When i got to the shop i spoke with Julio (the shop manager) He showed me all of my options then recommend the speakers he thought would sound best in my car. To my surprise he didn't recommend the most expensive speakers they carry. I really felt like he was genuinely trying to help me and not just trying to get me to spend more money. I went with his suggestion and im glad i did. The speakers work and sound great! The installation time wasn't bad and the customer service is awesome. So I came into Metro Sound to have a custom subwoofer box made for my car. When I got there I spoke to Julio, (im pretty sure he's the shop manager) I told him exactly what I wanted and he got his guys to work right away. While I waited I spoke to the owner Mohamed who is very nice and attentive. The shop is kinda small but clean and very organized. Even the bathrooms were clean! Lol My overall experience was great! These guys are killer. I've personally been going to Metro Sound for 5 years. Moe always gives great deals and is super helpful. I always have a lot of questions trying to configure the right speakers, wattages, amps etc. And he always provides valuable insight, points me in the right direction, and gives solid recommendations. The team there is awesome and they know what theyre doing. The first few years i went there i didn't realize they also do tint!! Then i started using them for tint on all my cars and they rock on the tint too! The ceramic tint they use is really good quality and helps keep all of my trucks cool in the summer months. I went over here to get a new, custom subwoofer box/enclosure made for my 2014 4Runner. It had a lot of weird shapes and curves in the trunk area, but Frankie was able to make a custom fitting fiberglass box that fit perfectly and functions great. And the best part of it is, it was done the same day! Something like that would usually take other people at least 2 if not more days, but they made sure that I could get a new custom sub box made and installed within the same day. Mo and Frankie really took care of me over there, and I would definitely recommend anyone to come on by if you need any audio, electrical, or tinting needs! Thanks again guys! read more
