The man Manuel working here is extremely rude. I used my card to buy a car wash, there was a truck in front of me That had finished but continued using the drying machine. When my turn came up and I was suppose to enter the truck stayed inside not letting me enter then realized it started for me and left. My wash was ruined and there was a huge line behind me. I kept calling the Shell to come out and help or fix it for me but no one answered. So I went inside and explained to the man what had happened and he kept assuming the truck had already used my wash and that I had to get another one. He wouldn't listen so I asked to speak to his manager and no one was available and wouldn't be around for two days. He was so rude and started yelling at me pointing at the video footage saying it was working for everyone else so he wouldn't refund me because it was my fault.. ( He wasn't understanding that a huge pick up truck was in front in front of me) I just don't why he wasn't compassionate to the customer. But when I go back to the machine it still doesn't work. So i go back to the store and asked for help, i hope the cashier could comes out and take a look at the gas machine very quick. THIEVES!!! They literally STEAL your money!!! NEVER, and I mean NEVER EVER go there if you value your time, money and yourself being a customer. PERIOD. The price is $7.99 and I just had a $20 bill so I put my bill inside the machine but it didn't give me my change, but that was printed on the bottom of the receipt "Please show this to the cashier for your refund" as the photo attached. So they owe me a missing change of $12.01. So I used the car wash and after completing it I went to the cashier to show her my receipt and ask for my refund. The first thing that was so weird to me was that the mart door was locked at 9 pm! So the cashier pointed to the window for me to go and get help. Her name was Luz. I showed her the receipt asking for my change, but she refused to do that yelling that the machine says pay the exact amount! Imagine! She was super rude and disrespectful. So I showed her the receipt asking read this for me what does this receipt say? "Please show this to the cashier for your refund". But she kept insisting on her words and didn't give my refund! You gotta be kidding me.. I asked for her superior's contact information but she didn't give me any name or number! What a bitch! Later that night I was passing over noticed about the shift change there so I went there again the other cashier named John didn't help me either so I asked for his manager's contact information again. He also refused to give out any information about his superior. What a jerk. The next day I called there so the manager named Walter answered. So I explained him the situation but he told me exact same things as his coworkers did. So I asked him for his supervisor's name and number but he told me "No I don't want to give you my supervisor's information"! Just like that! What a fucking asshole! I was really pissed off! I warned them that I will sue them and close their business. Who the fuck this bitches think they are that can steal people's money and make fool of them? Car wash ripped me off. I paid $11 drove in stopped where it told me to stop and the machine sprayed my car with water and stopped. No soap no nothing. I went inside to demand my money back, but they had a stupid policy of final sale. Not sure of the who was working but if shell gives a shit they will go back and check who was working at 6pm she was a heavy lady who was way to into her magazine during her shift to give a shit about doing her job. When I paid for a car wash there was a valid contract in which I was promised a car wash for the money I gave the fact that I was not given the car wash means there was a breach of contract. Worst. Bathroom. Ever. It stinks, there was a toilet paper cover dangling off the poo-streaked toilet, barely any TP left, and the yellow, dim light flickers like a scene right out of Hostel. I am not picky about bathrooms and not a germaphobe or anything, but this place is out of hand. I got in and out as quickly as I could, and could feel a headache coming on from those lights. Room mate got robbed here and the attendant staff refused to allow her access to the security records, or to comply with the police requesting the footge, as they had decided to delete the footage instead. There was a really dirty feeling , like these people may have actually been the thieves. Also went through the car wash, the machine broke before even beginning the wash. They refused to provide a refund, or to manually turn the machine on when provided with a receipt. They only provided a complaint sheet (specially tailored to the car wash, meaning that this happens rather often) and said that a formal complaint to the supervisor would have to be made to get the refund Do not support this business, they are crooks and will rip you off. read more

I was on my way to work (11:30-11:45 am) and had just enough time to fill up and leave. Pump says "PUMP STOPPED." I went inside to see what was wrong. Didn't ask the guys name, but he said he shut off ALL of the pumps because he was changing shifts. I saw no other worker around. It would be a 10 minute wait. WTF? The lady in front of me couldn't figure out how to use the wash and waited TEN MINUTES to pull forward into the wash. Then she waits in the wash after the light turns green and the dryer starts. After she FINALLY leaves...I put my card in, pull forward...and nothing happens. Naturally, the clerk doesn't give an F and tells me to talk to the manager. I come back the next day, talk to the manager, and they tell me I must have put my card in before the other car pulled through. No apologies, no refunds. I went last night around 11:30 to fill up on gas and the #6 pump had a small leak on the handle part. As I initially started filling up, the handle started leaking droplets of gas and was dropping on the ground. I went to notify the attendant and he seemed supper annoyed that I interrupted his nap. He came out and looked at the pump handle and said "it's dripping because the tank is already full". I informed him that it was leaking the entire time of filling up and he just shrugged his shoulders and went back inside with a "I don't give a Damn" attitude. Do NOT get your car washed. I've been coming here for years, but now the machine is broken and they "blame it on the car who paid before you were out". One night I had to go through 2 times after the night rat yelled at me. EVEN THEN it wasn't clean. Came back next morning to talk to the manager who seemed like a nice guy... pre-bought a wash for later. Somehow, third time's a charm. But that was then... a month ago. Tonight? Nobody in front, nobody behind, and my "Ultra Premium FU" car wash didn't even get my whole car wet. I paid for and went through the car wash but my car was not cleaned. No soap was applied. It wasn't even dried. I drive around the corner to the grocery store, hoping once it dried off it would perhaps look cleaner. My car looks worse than it did before because there are water spots all over the windows on top of the fact that it is just as dirty. Don't come here. The other reviewers don't lie. The car wash could easily cheat you and then you'll have to square up with some rude attendant. Machine didn't work after I waited 30 minutes. I went in and tried to get help and the chick tried her darndest to tell me to buzz off, but I was insistent. The manager came out and tried to mansplain to me what I did wrong. Something about not paying before the person before you finishes. I told him that the machine told me to put in my money. He said that's just how the machine is. This employee pictured (who intentionally took her name tag off and REFUSED to give her name to me... it's Clar...something) is absolutely awful in customer service. At 12:40pm on Tuesday When the car wash broke down, she flat out call the woman who was infront of me and who's Porsche was still 1/2 soapy, myself, and the guy behind me Liars. She didn't go check to see if it was working... she just kept repeating in a bitchy demeaning tone, "it's fine... its working fine." Even though it clearly said "out of order". Too lazy to go look for herself, or try to reset it, she got very aggressive with her tone, rude & dismissive... like we all were just making up this story. When I asked for her name and she immediately covered her name tag, then took it off and kept saying, "you don't need to know my name!" I then went to take a pic of her so Shell could identify their employee (since she refused to tell me) and she literally flipped me off, cussed as me, locked the doors and wrote my drivers license number down. I am absolutely outrage and discusted with the poor customer service And after waiting 45min, my car is still completely filthy. Owner/managers: please notify me when after you've remove her as an employee. I just saved 20 cents a gallon off with my Ralph's Rewards card. Very cool. And they actually have a bathroom that is open!!!! The car wash is way too expensive, for a dollar more I can get it done at any hand-wash place. The place for the most part is clean, you can usually just pull up to a pump but sometimes during rush hour there is a small wait. Watch out for the vendors that appear on the corner of the lot they are a scam. read more

There is an issue using Ralphs' Rewards and if you buy a car wash. It is intermittent but there is no sign. Once you enter your rewards number it should drop the price immediately, if not then re-do it. If you continue you will lose your points and they can't do anything for you. read more

Do not use the car wash here. The sprayer quit running halfway through and returned to the start position, leaving my car covered in soap and waxy spots. Then the entire thing shut down.
