The next morning, I took my car back and showed it to the man running the outside. He said he saw no scratches, said it was just dirty and I was lying. How could it be dirty, supposedly, they just cleaned it the evening before. We both looked the car over before I left it to be cleaned. He refused to admit they scratched my car and walked away. Also, when I picked the car up, it was still dripping wet all over and he said, no it's fine. Now I have to either take them to small claims or eat it and pay for the repairs myself. I noticed this location while driving down Buford Rd. and needed a wash, so made a u-turn and drove in. I asked the attendant at the entrance how much it would be to add a basic interior cleaning on. He told me $8 and that it would include vacuuming, wiping down the dashboard, and cleaning out the cup holders. It's been so cold out lately, so I went ahead and added it on. The car wash itself is pretty standard. It gets most of the mess off, but I sometimes will find a few spots that it missed. The interior cleaning took about 10 minutes and was alright. I later noticed a few spots/crevices that they obviously didn't vacuum/clean too well; but for the most part, it got the job done. I waited inside of the lobby where they have some complimentary coffee/popcorn while you wait. The staff were friendly enough, but it did seem like they were a little short-handed.
